Roy's is amazing and does great work. After taking my vehicle somewhere else that told me basically I'd be better off getting a brand new vehicle, went here got quoted a way better offer and better yet the reason the other shop told me to get another vehicle, Roy's had fixed in a very timely manner and got me and my car back on the road. Forever my new Mechanic and shop. Check them out you won't be disappointed

Roy has always taken care of my family, I know my car is always in good hands. He is very nice and I have never had an issue. He will always remain my mechanic. I have seen reviews saying cars were taking months, I would rather it take some time then send it somewhere I don t trust. It s a busy world we live in and I want to thank Roy for making sure I m on the road for it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was driving down Woodman when my car abruptly just stopped accelerating out of no where. I called my boyfriend to help me and Roy s saw us and took time out of their busy schedule to run outside and help push my car. Then, offered to look at it and diagnose with no appointment. I can never thank them enough and highly recommend. I ll definitely be back if I have any other car issues.

I needed the O2 sensors replaced on my Class B motor home. 2 places had turned me down, because it involved cutting the exhaust, replace the sensor, then weld exhaust back in place. It was done quickly and for a reasonable price. They really are about their customers. I highly recommend their service.

Roy has been more than accommodating with my vehicle and my husband's vehicle. I am in a dispute with the dealership I bought my Jeep from and Roy was willing to speak with them even though they (of course) declined. He is an excellent, honest, mechanic whose prices are affordable! Thank you Roy's Automotive for all of your help!

This place is terrific. Roy is one of the nicest people you could ever talk too. they are not a chain repair shop. If you need repairs you'll get a fair price. they do get backed up sometimes because they do a good job!

Normally I work on my own vehicles for the past 35 years, but sometimes I do not have time to tackle a slightly bigger job. Over the past 5 months I have taken both of my trucks to Roy's Automotive and each time the issue was sorted in a timely manner with a fair cost quoted up front. He will continue to get my business.

Roy's Auto has been our favorite place for auto work for several years now. Prices are as reasonable as they get and we greatly appreciate the integrity of Roy and all of the staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend to anyone!

My family and I have been taking our cars to Roy for over a decade. He's the best, hands down! I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else! Roy's is the only place anyone should go!

I went to Roy's Automotive after calling around for a major repair on my car. Another shop had diagnosed the problem with my car during an oil change. Roy's quoted me a price that was half the competition's over the phone and agreed to give me a second opinion to see if the issue needed to be fixed. After they checked out my car, they told me that the other auto shop had most likely been trying to get more money out of me, because the issue was minor at best and did not need to be resolved, let alone for the hundreds of dollars the other shop had quoted me. They did this diagnostic for free and said that I could bring the car back in a couple of weeks just so they could be sure the issue was fine. It is nice to know that there are still honest people in the world. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, friendly service at a fair price.

He's the "car whisperer"... Roy is always professional and polite, and takes great care of his customers! Like Mrs Gilmer, we've been taking our vehicles - both new and used to Roy for probably 20+ yrs. He has never been wrong, with our automotive work and he is fair in his cost for both labor and material. You can take your car anywhere you want - but if you absolutely want the best service and repair work you'll ever get - then you will never take your cars anywhere again, after Roy does your work. Make him your mechanic and you'll be a very happy customer. Thank you Roy and crew for all you do to make sure our auto-needs are always taken care of. Roy Outcalt owner and propriter is a professional and curtious man who is master mechanic and will repair just about anything. The prices for repairs are very reasonable and are the lowest in town. I've always received quality work and at a great price. I would recommend anyone to chose Roy's automotive, you can't go wrong.

If you need any car work done Roy is your guy! He is very friendly and is very honest. He is the one who answers the phone when you call! Really sad there isn't more shops around that operate like this! If I could rate higher I would!

My vehicle has been sitting in his lot for TWO weeks. I have been told someone has "looked" at it twice but can't spend any time on it because staff has been calling off sick. I went there last night and my vehicle is sitting exactly were I left it. It hasn't even been moved. I came here because of the reviews but can honestly say this is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. BB number please.
