Since RNR has opened in Huber Heights they have been amazing! We have used them several times. The staff is awesome and there is a great waiting area. They are our go to for any wheel/suspension issues.

Went yesterday with my 08 CTS 3.6 Cadillac for issues I was having with the rear of my vehicle. The staff was super friendly and more helpful than I expected. The tech checked my vehicle to the T and wasn t able to assist because it was something with my transmission. But even still he gave me a shop that would take care of me and I was able to get my ride back together. I ll definitely be going back.

Absolutely great experience, right now they have a good special going on, 4 months same as cash and it really has made my vehicle safer. The staff all were great all the way across the board. Give them a call or stop in see what they can do for ya

Got me in right away, Jay and Dave patched a tire and checked the others. The up front lady was nice and helpful from the beginning. Such a relief, cause I had just came from a rude toned and speaking competitor that is discount, if you know what I mean. The competitor was reluctant to check all my tires and said I needed to wait 2 to 3 hours. But checking one was only one to one and a half hours. So glad I left and came to RNR were they helped me eagerly and quickly.

I do not recommend this place. Had appt at 10 this morning to have tire checked to see if it has nail in it. Called at 1155 and was told the tech just took it back and she would call me in 20 to 25 mins when it was done. 130 still heard nothing and drove up there. Car was still in same spot. Asked the man at the counter the status and he said they were getting ready to take it back. We asked for our key and left. They lied to us twice. Don't recommend them at all.

We were helped immediately and with great courtesy! The people in the office as will as the technician who worked on my car were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family.

3 major issues, 1st, I asked for a quote on 4 New tires, they came up with $ 706.60, and if I put $ 100 down that they would match it, so that brought it down to $ 506.60 to finance for 4 months, I asked them 3 times if I was only financing the $ 506.60, and received a yes reply, well after they installed the tires and front end alignment, I went into a office to go over the financial loan, she showed me the contract and it reads estimated monthly charges of $ 221.82, that means I'm financing $ 887.28, even after putting $ 200.00 down, they use a Bate & Switch to get your business, 2nd. I asked 3 times what the technician found out on the front end alignment was and never received a answer, 3rd, the worst one, the next morning I had 2 flat tires and low pressure on the other 2 tires, come to find out the technician never changed the Valve Stems, even though it says in the contract ( Free Valve Stems ) this is unacceptable, I'm really not the one to complain much, but people should know what this company is all about

I was there for a flat and was very pleased with staff and how the service was done. I will be back to purchase some tires very soon. I will definitely recommend to anybody that needs help in fixing or getting new tires.

I recently came into the shop with a tire that was in need of a patch. Everyone was very friendly and they were able to get me taken care of in less time, and cheaper than expected. One of the better repair shop experiences I ve had in recent years!

tire bill came to 1000 I payd 300 to get them put on came back next month to pay 600 then they told me they gonna need the last pay by December 23 I said ok why they still taken money out my account 129$ I'm bouta sue because why?? might as well went to the west side

I had a tire losing air and I couldn t find anything stuck in it. Stopped in here and they found a nail, patched it quickly and wished me safe travels. No charge. Amazing service. Thanks Wyatt and crew. You ve earned my trust.

Watch out for Wyatt. The little snake will quote one thing and try to charge 150.00 more than what he quotes.Then after being there over 3.5hrs and the car is tireless in the air, while laughing, the GM informs us he only has 3 of the 4 tires he sold us. Highly advise staying away from there

Took over 3hrs just for tires!! Then after wa that long didn't even have all 4 tires. Had to go back to get other tire. Should have been checked from the get go if all 4 were in stock! Girls in office found 2 discrepancy in the paper work that was wrote up. Angela Kates was super super nice and made us feel welcome.

Went in telling them I needed a new tire, the mechanic came out a few minutes later and told me it was only a bad valve. Highly recommend!

Shawn, Ronnie, and staff were really good. Very knowledgeable of the merchandise, very friendly and accommodating. The time lasted a few hours but it didn't feel like a waste of time. It was a team effort with a team environment and I greatly appreciated the "serve" mentality!

My experience with RNR was excellent. I couldn t ask for better service!!! Everyone in the office was so kind to me and treated me as I was a part of their family. Kaleb was the sales employee and went above and beyond to help me out. He answered every question I had. He made it his top priority to make sure I was satisfied. April the lady who went over my financing with me was very thorough and polite. The manager also made his presence known and personally spoke with me. Kudos to the team at RNR in Huber Heights, OH. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. I haven t had this type of customer service in many years and it was nice to experience. I will be coming back and referring family and friends as well!! And to Kaleb thank you for the exceptional customer service you provided to me. You re a great person and well raised. To RNR you need to do whatever it takes to him employed with you. He is a HUGE asset to your company. April is also deserving. I do home health and oversee our operations in my region and customer service is what I strive for to be excellent at. It can make your company or break you!!! If you need tires and wheels and need an affordable payment plan the. Go check out the guys at Rent-N-Roll Huber Heights! They ve undergone a huge staff change and the new crew is awesome! Shawn will take excellent care going above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want! Ronny is a fantastic manager who will make everything right and will work with you as long as you are straight up with him! April is organized and makes the paperwork process a breeze! So stop in or call up there and make sure to see Shawn!! Love this guy!!
