If I can give negative stars, I would. My parents brought a transmission on 1-30-2024, When my parents Mechanic went to install the transmission not even 2 to 3 weeks and he informed my dad that the transmission was bad. My dad contacted the company they said bring it in along with the receipt. My parents brought it in along with the receipt and The company refused to give my parents back their money. Not only did they take their $752. They also sold my parents coil and didn t pay them for that either. Here they are with a transmission and they re out the original coil. I ve contacted the Better Business Bureau. This is not OK you do not Do the elderly this way!!!!

They were fast cheap and very good customer service the ladies there are very very nice and so is the owner. I got exactly what I was looking for for way cheaper than the other scrap yards around. I got the headlight assembly and turn signal light assembly all for $40

Best prices on anything in any of the junkyards around dayton. (If they have what your looking for. ) also super friendly customer service. They will try to find what you need even if they aren't sure they don't have it.

I think I was taken for my money I have tried to reach out several times an it was. Guy on Facebook an he took me for 500 then another 200 I trusted this dude but nope if I could give lower stars I would thanks. Rip off

I came on seeking a rim, after about 40 minutes of looking through the yard and contacting another business they were able to find one. They said it was going to be about 35$ for the rim, as I was checking out one of the employees said it was going to be 100$, but they stuck with the original price. I'm a little skeptical about the random employee that I hadn't even spoke to trying to change the price though. Over all it was an alright experience.

TERRIBLE, if I could give it no stars I would . I scheduled my pickup for 4pm today. I waited til about 4:15pm to call them because I never got a call nor did anyone show up. So I called to hear that one of there people called in sick as that they didn t know if it could get towed. So I was upset for a couple of reasons: for one, while we were on the phone the first employee kept setting it down in mid conversation and a next employee would pick it up then again with another one so I repeated the issue three times. Second, they never called me before 4 or even at 4pm to say that they were short staffed and couldn t make it . Third, when I said that they need to call to let me know if he was coming or not (with an irritated tone in my voice I admit), she told me not to tell her wat she needs to do. They are unprofessional even due to their short staffed circumstance. And I never got my car towed by them .

Great salvage yard with a very kind staff! Seems to be that I call around for different parts and I more often end up going to Quick Parts as they seem to be the best value and often have what I'm seeking!!!

Very nice place always busy Ive got my parts and got some cars here for 10 plus years highly recommend very friendly I recommend every I know to them and to the people that say they are unorganized it may look like a mess to you but they know where everything is on the shelf

They sold me a bad part, (they also didn't mark it) so when my mechanic tried to get an exchange, yea well nothing happened, so I paid $134 for nothing...guess they thought I was making a donation, BEWARE!!

Drove almost an hour to pick up a part they assured me they would have and that i needed to be there by 3. I was there at 12:30 and the (assuming) mechanic refused to pull the part.
