These guys are the best hands down!!! They work with your schedule in every way possible and when I had an emergency repair happen was told to show up Monday at 7am and would be able to see if they could do anything. When I showed up they was no questions it was pull around and pull in building and immediately was pulled in and they started working on my trailer! With the way the workers and management is here at Quickdraw I can guarantee there will never be any other tarp system on any of my trailers!!!! Thank you to everyone in Dayton,OH!

I went there to get my tarp patched in 2 spots and fix my rails so that I can open my tarp easier. I went to see what was taking them so long and they took off patches that I had put on that were working fine for over a year. After almost $600.00 and 2.5 weeks later, every patch they put on was open and coming off. They were unable to fix my rail and its still hard to open and they put in screws in the frame of my rails where I could only open my trailer half way. They said it was to stabilize the frame. It don't matter if I cant get a load. So now I'm out all of this money and more problems than before. And they said there is no warranty because a patch is just a "bandaid" and I should make an appointment to come in and get a whole new section of tarp.

Great folks here.... knowledgeable, we went through my trailer, and figured out what we needed to do... gave me a price, got it done...In and out in about five hours.Thanks for a quality job well done... with no surprises.

If the quality you after look no further but the Ohio office crew - these guys are on top of their game - attention to details on every aspect of installation afterward inspection and work ethics are burr none.Thanks guys!
