Amazing straightforward car buying experience!! Literally took less than an hour in person!! Z was available via text and phone to answer any and questions!! Fully explained everything regarding my loan and even got me a great warranty and coverage!! I highly recommend anyone to come here!!

Really easy to talk to. Didn t give me any problems! Communication skills were absolutely wonderful I had aye very great experience with prime motors. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before I walked out the door very pleased

I came in to look at a truck and I wanted a certain payment. The gentleman named Z I dealt with was awesome. He wanted me to look at other vehicles I was interested in before making a choice and was very patient with me. He worked out a deal with the bank that worked for me. Highly recommend coming here.

Went looking for a car on a Sunday , normally they were closed but this day they was open. Z was an amazing help to get me in my car. I ve never had someone really care to get me in a car the same day. I will gladly go back

My son bought his first car from them and they were amazing. Answered questions and texts outside of office hours - got right back to us. We had to drive an hour to get to the dealer but I'll go back to them in a heartbeat! The car has been great!

They where very rude , rushy then start driving the car just for month or two start having problems back to back to point I m paying more into car parts then I m paying on car note i felt like I got scammed just to put down payment of band n new parts in car just for it not to last or 4-5 months so I m warning anybody who s looking for car to last long don t go here they will not help you with another trade out car even though he says make few payments n bring it back for trade never in my life did I have to put so much money into car just for it be sitting and im still in debt paying it off. So for next people who trying save at least band or 2 try another lot.

Overall the experience ok. Took awhile to get things finalized, but seller went above and beyond to allow me to get the car of my choosing. Honestly was hoping for more room in negotiation, but got the car of my choosing. Much thanks to the seller.

I bought a 2010 Chevy impala from them back in march and at an affordable down payment and monthly payment. They ve also been so very understanding of any problems arise in life . They just need communication at all times. They are very friendly people and treat me how anyone would want to be treated . Definitely recommend & plan on paying this car off then getting my next vehicle as well . Hopefully something bigger lol

First let me say if you want a decent car, walk on by. This lot is dirty. You can see trash lining the fence in the lot.Went in looking for a GMC terrain, but the guy with the man bun (that should be shaved) just wanted to try to sell me on an Acadia. If I wanted that I would have inquired about that.If you are looking to be pressured this is a great place to shop. But if your like me and know what you lookin for, pass them by.

The staff are there to help you whatever your needs might require. Fantastic selection of cares to choose from, and a extremely helpful staff to get you into the car you've had your eye on. Don't walk, run to Prime Motors of Dayton and drive away with that new decoration for your driveway. First class all the way.

I purchased a Toyota Sienna Minivan from this amazing establishment on April 20th. It's now a full month later and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase, the transaction process and the staff. Buying a car through Prime Motors of Dayton was the easiest no hassle carefree way I have ever bought a car. I will never go to a dealership again and be subject to the games. I felt totally in control of my choice and purchase. I have loved the vehicle since the day I drove it off the lot! It's a gem, with ton of really thoughtful features and amazing dependability.! I can't wait to take it on a road trip with my family this summer!

Clean, sales person very nice. Professional and up front. Not pushy. Gave one star less because the wipers on the car we purchased were all bad. They did offer to pay for new ones at their mechanic down the street, but they were special order and it was raining, so we had to go to the auto parts store and buy them. Transaction of sale was smooth. They allowed us to take it to our mechanic to get checked out before we bought. Would definitely recommend them!
