Polestar 2 dent repair. Two different shops suggested they could only get 85% of the dent out. I took it to Gary at Preferred Dent Repair. He expressed the depth of the dent would make it a real challenge, but he was up for it. I appreciated the care and time Gary spent with my car. I could tell his work and attention to detail is an expression of himself. He sent me High Def photos of his progress. In the end, I seriously could not find the dent. Absolute perfection! Thanks Gary, I couldn t be happier!

Super Fantastic results!The results Gary provide are short of magical. The results speak for themselves, there is absolutely no trace where my nasty dent was. And this was a dent i complicated by trying to pop out myself a while back. His attention to detail, quality, professionalism, reasonable price and dedicated work is just top notch. Absolutely no reason to go elsewhere for your PDR needs. He is an expert!

Gary did an Amazing Job on my passenger door. The dent was deep and in really hard location. I called him yesterday and he got me in with in 24 hours. He worked so hard to remove dent! My car looks brand new!! I highly recommend Preferred Dent Repair

Had the chance to meet Gary this evening. He went above and beyond to meet me, great communication and awesome to talk to. Very honest guy who knows what he is doing. Walked me through several scenarios on how to remedy the issue on my truck. He took the time to share some knowledge with me too, which I greatly appreciate. It s clear he is a master of his craft. Would recommend him to anybody and will take my work to him in the future.

Gary performed what I would consider to be a minor miracle on our BMW X5 that was damaged by a shovel striking the passenger's door on I-675. We had gotten quotes from collision repair first, because the damage looked that severe, but Gary removed the door from the car and worked the metal to perfection. Very happy with the result that preserved the original paint. Outstanding.

I was given Gary s name by my auto mechanic. He is wonderful. He knows what he s doing and he is completely honest and reasonable. I enjoyed talking with him and the wonderful job that he did on my car. What a great guy and a great business.

Gary fixed 8 dents I didn t know i had in my hood. Also fixed 3 in the front fender. You would never know that the dents were even there. Excellent service and very good pricing. Give gary a call you won t regret it.

I have called this dent repair shop 3 times in the last 18 mos. The reviews appear to be good but they do not return calls. Seems like the work may be good but the customer service is terrible. Kudos to those that got return calls.

Gary is a magician! When my new car got the mother of all door dings two weeks after I took delivery, I reached out to Gary based on the reviews I saw on here and he lived up to my lofty expectations. He got me in quickly, and made the massive dent disappear. Great communication, competitively priced, and most importantly, fantastic work. Highly recommend him and will be referring others his way too. A true professional and a master of his art.

My experience with preferred dent repair LLC was more then amazing I brought my 2003 3rd gen Cummins in for a dent/crease on the bedside, Gary made the dent look like it was never there and even went the extra steps to buff the scratches away and give me a wash, highly recommend!

Gary is a perfectionist!... Highly impressed with his approach to removing dent and scratches from grocery carts hitting my car!... He is very friendly and personable as he also explained each step in the process. Did repair without drilling any holes or disturbing the paint! Amazing!!!... Looked at several of his before and after pictures before visiting his shop! I had the same excellent "before" and "after" experience as shown from pictures from previous customers!!! Highly pleased!

Can't thank Gary enough, he did an amazing job on my car. I felt like he took a personal interest in the repair, and he did more work than we initially discussed. The end result was fantastic and I feel it was a very fair price what for he did. I will recommend this company to all my friends needing dent repairs.

Fantastic! The owner Gary is a consummate professional that exceeded my expectations. He worked within my budget, and the repair was completed the same day with outstanding work. He s willing to share knowledge and expertise in the field of paintless dent repair if you re like me and wanted to learn more. If you ve never heard of the paintless dent repair technology, I d highly recommend getting an estimate from Gary to see if it meets your needs. In my case, it was the only method that achieved the results I wanted and at the price point I was willing to pay. I even got to watch Gary as he worked a true master at his craft!

Great experience all around. Gary is a true artist and super nice guy! He goes the extra step to ensure you are satisfied! He got a deep dent out of my car and the price was very affordable. Let him take a look at your dents before spending thousands at a body shop! Highly reccomend!!

My experience at preferred dent repair could not have been better!! I truly am so grateful for Garry and the work he does. He made my dent completely disappear and even found a previous dent that was poorly fixed by the old owner and fixed that as well. If I could give his business 100 stars I would! When I was looking for someone to fix my car I was impressed by his wonderful reviews and they are absolutely true. Gary should be your first stop if you ever have a dent or ding in your car, you will NOT be disappointed!

As these other reviews state, Gary is a true perfectionist. Had a few body shops that would not touch the dent in my Harley tank. Found Gary on a referral and I couldn't be more pleased with the success he had. I swear I couldn't even tell where the dent was and I knew where to look. Can't say enough about the quality of his work. Won't go to anyone else for any future dent repairs.

Was debating about whether to take my vehicle to the dealership or to Gary to fix a dent in my door. So glad I decided to choose Gary. My door looks like it is brand new. The man is a magician! The repair only took a couple hours and the pricing was very fair for the quality of the work. Gary also has a great personality and was very easy to work with. The online quote was very convenient and was able to text back and forth about the status of the vehicle. Would absolutely recommend Gary if you are thinking of getting dent repair done.

Gary did an excellent job making a door ding completely disappear on my truck. He is honest and up front with his process and exceeded expectations with the results. A true master of his craft, this should be your first and last call for dent removal.

Had multiple dents in the aluminum hood of my new F150 from a recent hail storm. Gary removed ALL damage and the hood is back to its new condition. He even went as far as inspecting the entire vehicle with a special light to be sure no dings were missed. Gary's attention to detail, quality focused skills and outstanding customer service is a breath of fresh air! The price was reasonable and he did the repair while I waited. I had a severe door ding in a difficult spot, near the edge the door. Gary, with a lot of patience and persistence was able to fix the dent. My car looks as good as new. Also fixed a couple dings I wasn t aware of. Gary is a great guy, friendly, personable. Has an impeccable eye for detail, striving for perfection with every job. Gary is an artist. What he does is a unique skill, and his results are amazing. My grandkids accidentally put about a 2 dent in the left front fender of my new Chevy 2500HD pickup. I honestly didn t think it could be repaired. However, Gary worked his magic, and there s zero evidence of the dent. I was impressed. He does outstanding work. I highly recommend him.

Working with Preferred Dent Repair, and specifically Gary, was an amazing experience. When I think auto/shop repair, I have thoughts of hidden fees, poorly completed jobs, etc. Gary was nothing like this. I completely trusted him to properly repair two of my vehicles following hail damage given his professionalism and eagerness to help.Gary was always available when needed and would send updates and even photos while working on the cars. The dent removal was very well done and you would never have known the dents existed. The cars were returned in better condition compared to when we dropped them off - in fact they were even vacuumed and polished; as if they were coming off the sales floorGary clearly takes pride in his work and I can see why. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. Working with him, you know the job will be done properly and in a timely manner.

Amazing work! Gary at Preferred Dent Repair is a true master of his craft. Can tell he truly takes pride in his work. He was very knowledgeable and open about all that would be done. I took my dads 2011 Camaro in for a couple dent repairs for a Christmas present, and I was amazed with the results. Not any indentation there was ever a dent in this car! I was in for 3 dents but Gary was actually able to find a couple more we never even seen. I will be back and would highly recommend Preferred Dent Repair to anyone. True professional!

There s a reason the reviews are so good on this place, seriously. Gary cares about your vehicle as if it were his own. There s absolutely no evidence of dents on my wife s car anymore.He also allowed me to watch the entire process and ask him a hundred questions. He was more than happy to explain and share experiences with me. Gary s really a genuine person and I was glad to meet and talk with him.I m confident that you won t get better quality or customer service anywhere else.

I have been to Preferred Dent Repair twice and will never take my car anywhere else! Gary is very personable, honest, and trustworthy and the best in the business! I was sickened when someone had dinged my door while l was out of town. I took my SUV to Preferred Dent Repair and Gary removed the ding while I waited and even allowed me to watch and explained the whole process as he was doing the repair. He removed the ding and my SUV looks like new again. I am a happy camper! I will be honored to refer Preferred Dent Repair to anyone. Thanks a lot Gary! You rock!

Very happy with Gary's work! My car had a dent on a front fender, and a paint and repair was going to cost over a thousand dollars. Gary was able to fix it and make it look as good as new for a fraction of the cost. It was quick too, less than a day. Thanks Gary!
