Staff was very professional and provided excellent service. Communication was clear and concise. I was informed of what was needed before and after the service was completed. The price for the service was reasonable and fair. Working the manager, Jon, was very pleasant and I would definitely go back and recommend others. It takes good people to manage a good business. Great customer service. Worked well with my extended warranty in getting my parts replaced and labor covered. Didn't over charge me for the diagnostic fee and had a speedy turn over getting me back on the road. It has definitely been my go to especially having a foreign car. Those guys know they STUFF!

This was one of the best mechanic experiences I've had in a while! I took a car in for a used car inspection because I was planning on buying it. They did an incredible job. They were very thorough and explained everything that they found. Everyone was so kind and I could tell that they genuinely wanted to help me. Fast, honest, and affordable. I would reccomend this place to anybody!

I am very happy with the service I received here and even more so with how fast they got my alternator replaced and got my car back to me. It can be hard to find a mechanic in a pinch situation. $137 for labor and I supplied the part. I don't think that was too bad. Thanks guys

Great fast service. Nice and clean restroom. And the workers are very considerate about getting your vehicle fix asap.they are very knowledgeable and they have a understanding of your circumstances. You can tell they care about their job by the way they handle your vehicle when it s in their care. they re good about telling you the truth and about what you need done with your car at the time you come in. if you need anything extra done that s really important they can let you know that as well. they don t force it upon you to get it fixed.Service: Oil change

I feel obligated to leave a review because these guys were so cool. I probably called them four times before booking an appointment, and Mike answered so fast every time. Alignment was DIRT cheap and done perfectly, also got my AC drained and it barely had anything in it so Mike didn't charge me! They were very short staffed the day I brought my car in an hour before closing time, but sure enough I got a call first thing in the morning that it was done. They also let me know they heard a clunk noise (I knew about it but didn't know what it was, so I didn't even mention it) but Mike told me exactly what was causing it. I've definitely found the shop I'm bringing my car to from here on out, I can't believe how awesome these guys are.Services: Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

We are always so thankful for Mike and the team at Precision Tune Auto Care. He has always treated us with respect and fairness when it comes to honesty about what is going on with our vehical and pricing. This is our established mechanic and we will be going back anytime we have an issue with one of our cars.

50$ for an alignment!!!! The guy up front was so freaking friendly man!!! Was in and out and I was a hr late he had one guy in the back. That's LOVE THANK YOU

James and Jeff at location 060-14 (North Main Street in Dayton) are awesome! Very courteous and helpful. They got my blower motor and power steering pump replaced and two new tires put on, all in just a few hours. They threw in a free oil change, and then fixed my van's sliding door for free as well! We will definitely be back the next time we need auto service.

Came in as a walk-in around 8:30 a.m. 10/22/19. I already knew the quoted price for my tune-up from yesterday conversation. I read the reviews and did a little proactive "work" on my part. I recorded everything that was under my hood so I would know if anything was missing. They guy on the phone was pleasant, and both workers I interacted with today were pleasant as well. I asked to see my old spark plugs just to make sure they were really changed. It took maybe an hour for completion. Not too bad. $129+tx for my specific vehicle. They have a restroom, and charging ports for phones. I rarely give 5 stars and this location might have received one BUT those chairs are outdated for certain wide hipped clientele; they should have no arm rest on them AND at 8 a.m. they had no coffee!

This place is a RIP off they advertise wheel alingment for 49.99 and they tell you they can't do it because you're tires aren't good enough you need new tires and charge you 23 dollars for not doing the alingment have been to other Precision Tune never had this problem they are a RIP off don't go there what else are they ripping you off forService: Wheel alignment

I bought a wheel alignment from Groupon and every precision tune around me told me that there wheel Alignment machine was down and they couldn't tell me when it would be fix.It's like to me like they didn't want to except my Groupon. How do I call 3 precision tune and they all said that there machine was down after I said that I was using a Groupon

Horrible experience, I called Monday to schedule and appointment for today at 8am. Came in and one of the gentleman told me I d have to come back tomorrow because he had 5 cars ahead of me. Not knowing i live 25 mins away and have no time to come back tomorrow. He shouldn t have had me set an appointment if they were not going to stick by it now I have wasted time. This is ridiculous, you re better off going to valvoline!

I went in to have brakes done on my Tahoe. Customer service was friendly, courteous and professional. They offered coffee and water to everyone in waiting room. Tech told me what to expect and when it came time to authorize the repair he gave me an estimate. I even asked to take a picture of the damaged rotor and he obliged without hesitation and even explained to me the damage as I reviewed it. I talked to several customers who were in the waiting room and one guy had been coming to them for over 10 years and he highly recommended them. They took care of my problem fast and at a fair price with good customer service. Can't ask for more than that!

They help me out as best they could, my only beef is they had an advertised price of $44.90 for an alignment, and they charge me 49.. I guess I won't be having three beers at the bar Friday only two,, LOL professional staff clean waiting room I would go back if I needed their help again

Stopped in after work on a Friday with no appointment for an oil change, was there less than 15 minutes and they added air to my tires and checked my liquids - definitely will be back.

Everyone there is great. Felix and Connie are fabulous people. I was looking for a new place to take my vehicle, and they earned my respect immediately. Felix has been very honest and explained things in detail. I trust them completely, and now I only take my vehicle there!
