Huge shout out to Bob and Andrew over at the Harshman location. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule on a Sunday for my trailer tires. Thx for making me feel at home. Not only were they cheaper than any of the other tire shops, but their customer service was second to none. You will always have my business, great job fellas, keep up the good work.

I would recommend this location to anybody who needs tires or service done. I was told my car needed a particular service done, but when they checked it out I didn t even need that service I needed something else done. They were honest with me when they could ve just taken my money for something I didn t need. I really appreciate Bob and Drew. They really took care of me!

Both Bob and Justin were so helpful today. They were both knowledgeable and friendly. They got me a great price on new tires and they fixed several issues on my car, all with a smile and utmost professionalism. They also communicated everything to me as it happened. I will be going back for all my future needs!

Justin and Bob were great! Found out that I had a nail in one of my tires and I had to drive 12 hours to get back home. They were super quick and got me in and out. Definitely recommend!

Great service! Not looking to get over on you like other car shops, fixed exactly what was needed on my Impala 5.3. Shouts out to Bob and the other guys in the shop, cool atmosphere. Highly recommend

Went in to get my tires replaced and the guys really treated fantastic the people in New York that's where the call goes to when you try to call. They sent the work order and had the wrong tire size so the manager made it right and even saved me some money. So to the guys at NTB thank and keep up the good work

I just got my tires changed here today and I have to say that was the friendliest service I've had in a long time when it comes to car maintenance. Bob helped me out, worked with me, and made sure I walked out with everything I needed without breaking the bank. Absolutely amazing!

I had an appointment elsewhere in the morning at a shop down the street for a front end alignment- the mechanic there had none of his tools with him and no idea how to do an alignment.I searched for other places in the area open on a Sunday that could do an alignment for me and came across NTB. I called and they said I could bring my car in anytime.They took me right away and kept me updated on the process and everything. They made sure there were no issues at first before starting and let me know I was good to go for the alignment. Before starting, Bob let me know how much the service is before starting, which I greatly appreciate!!I seriously recommend this location, especially Andrew and Bob. They really helped me in a time of need.Being a girl and not knowing too much about cars is difficult, but coming to NTB they truly helped me with that worry. I 100% will be recommending family and friends to come here.

I had two get two tires for my vehicle. Called and spoke with Bob on Saturday and he got me in Sunday morning. Excellent service and super friendly staff. They will continue to get my business and I will recommend to family and friends.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They didn't try to take advantage of me or upsell me like other shops would. Straight to the point, and only performed the oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter replacement as requested.

This place is amazing, the employees there were wonderful, theyre cheap and honest and they do a wonderful job. My husband and my car was having issues with the brakes, thought we needed new calipers and they found our issue to why our breaks were squealing (wrong size bolt grind8ng unto the rotor) Labor is also a decent price too. We will definitely be coming back when we have more car issues.

Great quality work my tires were shaking at certain speed now it's perfect after they balanced all four tires.. I've had previous work done here great service every time...other shops seem like it never gets done correctly..

All of the technicians were great help with both an oil change and 4 new tires at an affordable price. Bob and Dustin were very personable and overall great experience. Everyone had a wealth of knowledge and I will be back for anything needed in the future.

These guys were amazing! Especially Dustin! They took me last minute after both my tire popped and my spare was flat and replaced them so I didn t have to wait overnight to risk anything. Incredible work and very kind, thank you!

Super helpful! Had a tire that lost pressure and they discovered real quick that I had a slash in my tire inside wall. Recommended plenty of tire options so I knew all my options. Fixed same day on a Sunday! Highly recommend working with NTB. Bob was very nice!

Absolute best around, the Manager is amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will help find the right service/parts and gets them promptly. Never had to wait over a day for any service. They got me in quickly and completed it just as fast!!Would recommend here for the services provided and needed to keep ur vehicle running smoothly.

I went in the day before a long road trip with a nail in my tire. Bob, one of the service reps, took incredible care of me. They ordered the tire I needed for the same day and got me in later that day to change it out. Before leaving, my low tire pressure warning was still on. I went back in and notified the store manager, to which he responded "it just needs to recalibrate, just drive around on it." Well, after driving around, the light stayed on. I checked the pressure and it's at 21, when it should be at least 33. That's quite frustrating that they would put myself and my family's safety at risk without even checking for a mistake on their end before I left.

I came to visit my boyfriend from new york and got a flat tire. walmart would not help and i called NTB and spoke to Bob, who could tell i was stressed. he got me in right away and made me feel at ease, he is a true professional and such a kind human! thank you Bob!

This was my first experience with NTB and I couldn't be more pleased with how it went. I went in because I had a slow leak in my front passenger tire. They were able to diagnose the issue and provide me with a recommendation on how to handle it. Because I drive a Subaru AWD, and my tires were already pretty worn down, I needed 4 new tires. They worked with me to get tires that fit my budget while also being high quality. The staff was super friendly and kept me in the loop of what was happening every step of the way as they inspected and replaced my tires. I will definitely be returning in the future!

My tire blew on a Sunday, and I was left stranded. A family member helped me out and after calling several places with no luck, she was able to get through to the guys at NTB. They helped tremendously, highly recommended.

I was coming from South of dayton when I ran into tire trouble and had to make an emergency stop. NtB huber was the nearest place. Bob and Dustin took amazing care of the situation. They were very tentative to my time and made sure I was happy. they have earned my business and I will drive out here for future needs.
