I am extremely thankful for North Dixie Auto Collision! My son was in an auto accident in November. Founders insurance took over 6 weeks to determine if they were going to cover the accident because their insured wouldn't respond to their inquiries....even though the insured was ticketed and indicated she was at fault at the scene. My son continued to drive his car during this time and his tire/suspension broke. Thank God he wasn't injured. They did a marvelous job working with the insurance and getting this covered and his car was washed and looked excellent when we picked it up. Thank you for your hard work

Quality of work-excellent, communication to customer-excellent! In a world of mediocre customer service, this place is a breath of fresh air, highly recommended. Took my brand new EV in because a deer wiped out the whole driver side, picked it up a brand new condition. Thanks Jerry and the team, greatly appreciated!

These guys I gotta say are the truth they have done by far the best work I ve seen out of any of the body shops I ve been to here in Dayton Ohio If you any high-quality bodywork or A paint job for any newer or older vehicle you will be satisfied with a high quality Out come These guys are true professionals this car looks better than it did when we got it from the dealership so if you have any intention on getting your vehicle restored free of Any scratches dents or any kind of fender bender s or have been recently in any kind of collision with another vehicle these guys are the ones you want to take your vehicle to, Very nice people and very professional In my book there a 10 star outfit So if you wanna good job I would advise you to give them a call So thank you North Dixie collisions for the great work.

Exceptional customer service! The entire team is professional and willing to go above and beyond to help customers. I called for service and my vehicle was scheduled for repairs right away. The insurance claims process and the needed repairs were explained in detail. The quote was competitive and my SUV turned out beautiful. They fixed my car a couple years ago. Completely replaced a door panel. It turned out great.My significant other used them earlier this year and they did a fantastic job. They dealt with our difficult insurance and made the process easier for us. Thanks guys!

They did an excellent job. Something hit the hood of my suv while on the expressway. Took to them for an estimate. They were going to do the whole hood, not just the dented area like another repair shop said they'd do. My suv is only 2 years old. It is perfect, I highly recommend!.

This place is the best! I got rear ended and my bumper and taillight was so damaged. They made my car look new again and made getting hit not such a stressful situation because I knew they were taking care of my car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Don't waste your time with this company. I made an appointment a week out for 8/23/2022 at 4 pm (they supposably close at 5 pm) for an estimate. When I showed up they were closed and locked up. They didn't even try to call to explain why they couldn't do the appointment. When I called the next morning to reschedule they said they would have to push me back to the following week because they are so busy. Maybe if they worked their hours of operation they wouldn't be so "busy".

The guys here are great. We took our car here after a branch landed on the roof . They went above and beyond. Even finding damage we didn't see. They did a great job on the paint and even warranty their work for life.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Well I have been taking my vehicles there for 25-30 years. Have always been happy. I m the kind of guy that gets attached to my vehicles.And I m very picking when I get them back and has always been happy with there work.The owner will not let anything go out the door unless it is up to his standards. And since he works there daily you can rest assure that it will be right. KEEP UP YHE GOOD WORK GUYS.I HAVE ANOTHER ONE THERE FOR YOU NOW.THANK YOUTHANK YOUTHANK YOU

I have had three cars repaired by them the quality of work was excellent and the communication was above average. However I currently have a car that got into a fender bender and the insurance company wants to total the car. I have not decided if I want to Total the car or get a salvage title. The car is drivable and the accident happened in February and I have been driving it in the meantime but the grill and the hood and a bunch of other stuff is all smashed up and strapped up so it doesn't fall apart. So I get a letter from the insurance company saying that they are not going to pay for storage after today. So I make a special trip out of my way into the body shop this morning to let them know about the insurance company not paying for additional storage and that I wanted to pick the car up that evening. They told me not to worry about the storage whatever that means. Totally ignoring the fact that I said I wanted to take the car home. So between me and the insurance company they had agreed that the car would be ready tonight for me to take home or the next day knowing very well that it would not be ready today. Don't understand why they are hem hawing around and playing silly games. I don't like to make excuses for people but because they are not forthcoming with information I have to guess that they were either super busy or they just weren't ready to put the car back together. Like I said they have always done great work for us in the past and have been upfront and honest I don't know why they are playing these silly games we will see what happens tomorrow.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. Owner or manager (not sure on this) seems to be overwhelmed just answering the phone. They called me to bring in my truck that was just having the trailer hitch and bumper replaced. When I brought the truck in they wanted to know why I was there. I told them they called me that they were ready to do the work. He said he didn't know why that the bumper was not in so they couldn't do any work. Several weeks later they replaced the hitch and bumper but said they had to send it to a mechanic because the bolts on the hitch were rusty. They had to pick up my truck from the mechanic. When I went out to get in the truck the paper and tape to protect the truck was still on the truck and the women started pulling off the tape. As I was pulling away one of their body man waived me down because the lights were not hooked back up. He quickly did that. This was still during cold weather, a couple of weeks later I discovered that they did not wire the for a trailer which it was when I took it there. I also had to remove the tape residue and some tape they missed. Unless you want a hassle and a headache avoid them. Not judging the people who actually do the work in the shop. Just the ownership or management.

Will never do business with this shop. Very dishonest . Truck was 2017 no dents or scratches in it other than where I got hit . When I went to pick it up there was a dent on the other side that wasn t there and they denying itThe owner is rude and mean he uses camera to take pictures and play with the dates on it. Very shady . Avoid this body shop. Go south Dayton better Service and professional job.

Went to get my car fixed from a side swipe, and these people were so much help. They did an excellent job, and helped me in so many ways. They really went above and beyond what they were being paid for. Would definatly use them again!!!!

My third time dealing with North Dixie Body Shop throughout the years, and all I can say is: "Wizards." It's an absolute skill to make something that was beat up look so good. Highly recommend. Better than new once they are finished

North Dixie Body Shop what can say they are the best.Growed up with my husband doing body work and repairs,so I do know about what's going on.Anyone that's needs repairs go to this shop you will be very happy.Thank you again North Dixie Body Shop,I cryed after I got home.I had only had my car for 2 weeks and a girl hit me and ran.I had never be in a wreck and my car looked awful,I had never had a car this nice before I was devastated. I CANNOT THANK THESES PEOPLE ENOUGH. GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE,THANK YOU,THANK YOU THANKYOU

I couldn't be happier. They were fast, good, and installed the piece WHILE I WAITED (they painted it ahead of time). And their quote was a couple hundred less than some other quotes I'd gotten.

Terrible customer service. Made an appt twice and both times the "boss" (owner, not sure) was very rude, didn't have our appt on record, yelled at everyone around us in front of us, treated his employees horrible in front of us and made us so uncomfortable the 2nd time that we left and went elsewhere. I don't even want to give them even one star

Honestly my truck looks as good as it did the day I bought it. Took a few days longer then expected but I understand things happen. All and all a good experience .
