I don't normally review but this deserves it. The older gentleman who I believe is the owner has done all my cars an ive never had a check engine light come after the work they done. Always had the best prices an has always been reliable also gets the work done in a very timely manner. Does great work great prices an very reliable work what else can you ask for. I'd recommend for anyone looking for solid exhaust work

Pulled up to Muffler Man and was meet with the owner outside. I explained to him about having a problem with my front drivers brakes sticking. His associate pulled my vehicle in and he took a look. After telling me the issues we went inside for a price. At that point he informed me that if I don't get the work done there will be a $50 service fee. I told him that I wasn't informed that there is a service fee. We began to debate about him not informing me about the service charge. At this point I just wanted my vehicle and gave him my credit card. He gave me a receipt for my credit card transaction for $50 and another receipt for $50. I have no reference for the estimate that he wrote down on his pad. If you're going to go to this business, asked him question before he takes your car. I'm going to call my credit card company to dispute this transaction.Service: Brakes

Very nice owner does straight up fabulous work not too many businesses that do great work and are 100% honest just know if you do you re vehicles maintenance here you are in great hands that s a fact..

My Ford had a muffler issue. I took it in and they fixed it. They were courteous, and respectful. I was satisfied with the work they performed, I give them an excellent rating.

Big John and his co-worker are the best in the business. I've have known Big John for over a decade and I take all my vehicles and family vehicles to him to service them. He knows exhaust systems like the back of his hand. All of his work which he done for me was excellent. His prices are reasonable and he'll treat you like family.Is very hard in this day and age to find quality/ trustworthy repair facilities that's honest and transparent. Rock on my main man!P/s. Excellent locally owned garage in every way. Explained the problem and helped me find a solution within my budget. I don't expect any major issues with my vehicle but if it does happen i will return to them for my needs. Thank you.

They were great.had a hole in my muffler and they put a new one on.Very fast and professional.I would really recommend them.They are at the corner of Salem and Wolf road.

This business will definitely treat you fair very good service, a long time ago this guy use to worked for the Big M Muffler but he quit before getting fired for making recommendations to customers for what they needed not what they didn't need, If you've ever taken your car to Midas then you know what I'm telling you.

I went there today, after CarX said it would cost $174 for the muffler installed... Got it done for much much less and fast service!! Can you hear me driving? Of course you can't!! Not any more!!!Fay C

See, I'm young so you know shops like to try to run games, prior to them I had FOUR shops try to tell me BONKER prices, couldn't even tell me what part I needed, tried to tell me things that weren't damaged at all needed repair etc, man needless to say in less than 24hrs I'm back driving smooth. Thank you guys!

Was on a road trip when my exhaust fell off. Hobbled in at 10:30am on a Saturday and was on the road by noon! Super honest, great prices, great people.

Not the best customer service. My first and last time. VERY condescending. Not my first choice, took someone's advice. Only time will tell if it was worth it

My Husband just went there today,& asked him if he could fix one side of the breaks on our van & how much it would cost,he said he couldn't fix it in a very rude way,I don't think it is proffsnol to talk with customers like that.
