Been going here at the Muffler Brothers, Smithville and Wayne for probably since they opened and my father has also been there. The guys are super friendly super knowledgeable in all round place to go get your automobile serviced thank you Tim and Bubby

went to the store at wayne and smithville, To get new brake pads and rotors on the front of my SUV, Over $500 worth of break work. Come to find out they didn't replace the rotors. Totally got ripped off. The guy that runs the place is super nice.I can't believe this happened.

The muffler brothers in Chillicothe fixed my exhaust for $100. The muffler brothers in Dayton wanted to charge me $200 for a new battery. My car started without a new battery. I do need fluids. Now to find an honest place to do an oil change and top off fluids.

Excellent shop, they achieved the three Fs. Friendly, Fast, and Functional. I brought my older car in because I didn't know what was wrong with my brakes, but they found the culprit and sorted it out. FFF!

Muffler Brothers Belmont set's on the corner of Wayne avenue, and Smithville Road in Dayton, Ohio. Tim the manager, and his crew are the most honest, and best mechanic's in the city of Dayton. They do almost anything one would need for a vehicle. So if you are in need of a repair visit Muffler Brothers Belmont.

1st time visit. Extremely friendly and professional. Tim introduce himself to me and showed me great customer service while taking care of my vehicle. Wish I would have come in to this shop sooner. Will be back.

A man called Tim was very rude to me on phone when i tried to book an appointment with this branch..I would definitely not recommend anyone this branch.

Tim and staff are always honest and up front with us about repairs, and they do great work. If there is a mistake (very few over 7 years of business with them) they make it right immediately. They are trustworthy and operate with integrity, the most important qualities we look for in mechanics. Keep up the great work!

I had a new muffler put on today and it is the first and last time I will be coming here.I thought that the price was outrageous. I got charged over $400 for parts that retailed for $60. I will give them three stars for the fast service though. The manager Tim also did a good job. Tell your friends and family to stay away from this place.

Heard about this place on google, asked them in person about an estimate to get my muffler replaced. The price was not bad I was able to get my muffler fixed on the same day, didnt take them that long at all. Really good people, best customer service as well. Now my car rides really great thanks to these great people. Will come back when I need more work done on my car in the future.

These guys have always done the job for us! My husband and I both have had issues arise in our vehicles in the last year and Tim is ALWAYS on it. We use them for everything! Having them in the neighborhood gives us complete piece of mind whenever problems arise Whether it be simply putting air in our tires during frigid winter months, or routine maintenance, they are always incredibly helpful. Prices are reasonable, they are timely and very communicative. Couldn t ask for a better local shop! They will always continue to have our business!

I stopped in, (no appointment) after being directed there by Auto Zone, because I needed to swap the license plate on my car but the screws were rusted and stripped. I had gone multiple places and tried numerous things with no success. When I went in, I talked to Tim and explained my problem. He came out, quickly assessed the situation, and in no time flat had the screws out! But the new screws were to long and we had to do some problem solving. After about 20 minutes, I was on my way. The entire time, Tim was absolutely amazing and helpful. When I tried to pay for his time and materials at the end, he refused. Can't recommend them enough.

My new place to go for all of my automotive needs. Tim was very engaging informative. The work that they did on my vehicle was fast and the price was right. The public area was clean and organized and I take this as a sign of people who are proud of what they do and where they work!

I've been bringing my cars to this shop for years. Started with Tim's Dad. Tim and his crew have always been very helpful and friendly. Upfront. Reasonable prices. Definitely an A+ shop. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

My husband has been going there for several years to have his oil changed and other things like that. They have always been honest and done a great job on his car. I took my car in for the first time for my first oil change since buying my used car and they were just as awesome with me as they were with my husband. I hope that they stay around for a very long time and don't ever change how they treat their customers. Thanks for the great service guys!

I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. They found an issues that will need to be fixed soon. I was told a have a window of time to do the repair which gives me time to plan for it. After trying two other shops to check out the car I was test driving, I was lucky enough to find this shop. The man up front was very understanding and took time to test drive the vehicle and give it a good checking out. I was confident in their judgment and it was reassuring as a woman that I was treated fairly and not overcharged. Great job guys, I would definitely recommend your shop.

I don't know why anyone would call these guys rip-offs. I've been getting service there for over 15 years because I can trust them to be honest and fair with me. I dropped one of my cars off today because It looked like my exhaust was hanging different. A short time later Tim called to let me know there was nothing wrong and my exhaust should be good for a while. Any owner you couldn't trust would have found something to bill me for but I was greeted on return with the keys and a thank you. If you want a place to get your car serviced by someone you can trust, just stop in and ask for Tim.

Two weeks ago my husband and I took my car to muffler brothers.struts,tail pipe and new tire.they did an awesome job. Today at 2:30 pm I took it in for the front brakes and rotors.i told them, I needed it back for work tomorrow. The guy said I understand and no problem. Before 5pm the brakes are fixed and new rotors.. Great job muffler brothers
