Made an appointment for an oil change, which was honored. It took about 1.5 hrs to get the oil changed and tires rotated, which was honestly longer than I expected. However, I am left a little bit frustrated that they did not respect my car. No protection was used for my car seats or floor mats, and now I have oil all over my mats (see photo) and shoes and will need to clean up the oil off the mats. They also did not put in a new sticker in the window for the next oil change reminder, which I think is pretty standard. And they forgot to put on all the hubcaps on my wheels, until I reminded them that one is missing. Very sloppy in my opinion. I think I'll go back to Tire Discounters as I have always done.

I had an exceptional experience at MIDAS thanks to David, the manager, and his team. They took great care of me and my Honda Pilot, ensuring it runs perfectly. I highly recommend this place for their outstanding service and professionalism.

Wonderful experience! I was in and out in 30 minutes for oil change. I use to wait an hour at least even with an appointment at Grismer tire. David and Jason were very nice and accommodating. Price was great with online coupon. This will be my new spot for oil changes!

Excellent service. Beyond being cordial and polite, the aim of their game has always been about putting the customer first. Now of course this is aspect of conduct is embedding in every business plan but, here, they are truly genuine. Transparency like no other. Then again, the motto has always been Trust the Midas touch so I should ve figured

This is the best car repair experience I have ever had. I ran over a piece of metal and quickly drove to Midas and they helped me with only 20 minutes left open on a Saturday. They were kind and extremely helpful.

Really enjoyed the experience. The staff at this location know there returning customers well. They feel genuine, and are not interested in selling you what you don't need. I'm switching my car needs to this Midas location.

I typically take my car to the Midas location on Miamisburg Centerville Road. I know that the guys here do a good job. I do have 2 complaints/recommendations:1) If you agree to get the recommended repairs done, they should apply that diagnostic fee to the total cost of service, or at least to the parts cost of service.2) I was told that it was gonna cost me $388 and change to fix it and when it was rung up at the register it was $463. I was not told at the time that I was given the initial cost that there were any additional fees or taxes. So with there almost being a $75 difference, that s that was a bit of a shock.3) Last year when I had one of my cam positioning sensors replaced, less than a year to the date, the labor was $98 TOTAL. My labor cost for this visit was $280, which I m assuming include the diagnostic fee. I m wondering how much a diagnostic fee was a year ago? I understand that everything s going up with inflation, but this is a bit much.

My control arm broke as I was driving and luckily pulled in here. My car was a mess and Dave and his mechanics were amazing getting me all fixed up in one day! They showed me everything in person that was broken and were very kind and professional. I was really impressed with them and will take My cars there in the future.

David and the rest of his crew are the best throughout the entire Dayton area. He gives top notch service and doesn t take advantage of anyone if they are unknowledgeable about their vehicle. He s very personable; yet professional. I m not getting paid for this review, so I have no reason to fabricate. I ve been coming to this location for years, without zero regret!

I love this Midas. I take all my cars here for service. David Weeks the GM is wonderful. He always helps me out and makes sure I understand what needs to be done. I love this location. Would recommend to anyone. The manager is always polite, and I feel like he knows what he's talking about all the time. I love coming here, they will get you in and get you out in a reasonable time and they will let you know what to expect if you decide to go somewhere else and dont want to get something to get fixed right away. They will tell you what to the truth unlike other people they care about your car and your life and time in the car that's getting you to and from where you have to go...

(Not this Location) I had a bad experience at a Midas of theft of money being stole out of my car and management did nothing to rectify the situation once I noticed it. Every since then I have been coming here 1980 Miamisburg centerville Rd. I had an issue with my A/C not working properly it would work some days other days nothing but hot air, I came here got my A/c charged it leaked out about 24 hrs later I brought it back told them it was not working they recharged it they told me they didn t spot any leaks so the second time was the Charm it has been working. I did get told if it happens again it may be the converter which takes the liquid to a gas.Bottom line this location gives Excellent Service top Notch

Having interviewed at this store and been a customer with this franchise a while back, I can say definitively that this Midas -- like so many others of its name -- is just trying to get your money. Darrell, the area manager (who oddly enough, left a review on one of his own stores - isn't that unethical business practice?) just wants to see high sales numbers regardless of whether the customer truly benefits from the service/product sold. DO NOT ACCEPT THE PAYMENT PLAN. Also, quality of tech work is not that great; they messed up the oil change because they refused to change my filter. They also didn't reset my maintenance message. Now to address any possible backlash that this review is from not getting the job: I want to make it clear that the original position listed was for a service writer. Darrell and his manager at the Miamisburg-Centerville location (can't remember this store manager's name, just that he'd been married 6 times) were using a bait-and-switch method to just hire more techs. Moreover, these two kept beating me over the head about how they're trying to get customers' hard-earned money -- presumably while playing favorites with who gets the commissions from the sales. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS like the plague they are.

Honestly, I had an issue with a repair they did to my car. Not only did they not fix it, it was worse after they worked on it. Turns out it wasn't really their fault. They were given a faulty alternator by their auto parts provider. When I was able to get it repaired, after having it towed to a dealer, they apologized and refunded the amount they charged me for the alternator and its installation. I will give them another try, after all, nobody bats a thousand.

This Midas location on 725 is great. The online scheduling system is convenient and efficient. Their prices are fair. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of this business. As a young woman, many mechanics take advantage of women and overcharge or even out right lie about services needed, this has not been my experience at this Midas. This Midas location is trustworthy and honest. It feels like going to a family friend to get my oil changed, I know I am in good hands.

I have had my rotors replaced twice in the last 2 1/2 years and now they saying they need replaced again. New brake pads all the way around 18 months ago and they already need replaced! Less than 8,000 miles driven in that time. What kind of cheap freakin parts are they using here?
