Scheduled a simple oil change on Sunday online, called and verified the wait would only be 30 minutes. When I arrived was then told it's going to be 1.5hr wait. I only have weekends off and don't have that time to wait for a simple oil change. Granite they're not a huge money maker but a money maker none the less. Manager offered to reschedule for the following week and I did but ultimately pulled out, turned right and went a block up the street to a competitor and got it done in 15 minutes. Don't expect anything to happen quick at this place that's for sure and they're online scheduling an appointment set up is a complete waste of time obviously.

generally, I go to different, local car shop, but I've come to this Midas a few times over the years when I've been in a pinch, like needed something fixed asap, and this shop has always come through.as many others have noted, Josh was who I interacted with, and he was lights out, fantastic guy. hey, corporate, you better pay him what he's worth, because he's the best, and would honestly be a valuable asset in any field of work. pay him, like, yesterday.he got my car in same day, same afternoon, ordered parts, got everything done, and we've above and beyond with a free synth oil change and even ordered another part for free."above and beyond," dear corporate, of what you ought to be paying this crew, starting with Josh.10/10, no notes.

Excellent auto repair and service experience. I had a scheduled appointment for an exhaust inspection. I brought with me an invoice from a competitor.(which included the rusty exhaust) While showing Josh the invoice, he noticed multiple cervice quotes and asked if he could do the same. Thirty minutes and a much lower quote later I gave Midas my approval for the work. In addition, a worn belt was noticed and also replaced. My car was serviced, repaired and ready for pickup the same day. I SAVED a lot of money. The competitor tried to scam me for unnecessary repairs, inflated labor charges and damages from the overlooked belt Thanks from this highly satisfied customer.necessary repairs, inflated labor charges and damages for an overlooked belt.

Caught a self tapping screw in a steer tire and after checking in with Josh he took me in and took care of my wife s tire without question. He was pleasant and friendly and I will definitely return when I need him and his team!

brought Oil and Filter , Brake discs , they provided the pads for my VW tdi , Did a great job and quick . Saved me the hassle to do it myself , thanks to Josh , great first experience.

If you re about to go there I suggest you to go somewhere else. They just tryna overcharge you by saying non sense. I ve asked for oil change but they removed my tires without my concern also gave me a big quotation for not required. Better go somewhere else or your car get ruined by clones and get rid of overcharge. Worst Midas I ve visited.

We went in for a check up on my vehicle due to a grinding noise that had started and we got the pleasure of having Josh work with us. Josh was very nice and professional and fixed everything and then some. Thank you Josh!

Inflated my new tires to over 40 psi when they are supposed to be at 32 psi. Couldn t figure out why the TPMS system they charged me $200 to fix wouldn t work despite me returning for them to check.Another tire store figured out the problem and all Midas did was offer me a free oil change which I refused. They should has refunded the labor charge of $120. I contacted corporate and am waiting to hear back from them.Lack of attention by Midas has probably shortened the life of my new tires and was extremely dangerous as I drove to and from Notth Carolina over the weekend.

This location apparently agreed to host an event in conjunction with KPD to host a "free" Catalytic Converter Marking Event. Arrived for my 9:30 appointment. After sitting for an hour, I asked when my car would be ready as I had somewhere to be at 11. The employee I spoke with told me it would be another 20 minutes, and turned to laugh about it with another employee. So, one hour and 15 minutes later, I finally got my car. The employee who brought it out, did at least apologize for the wait. The employees, save one, were all polite. They were just unprepared for the volume they were dealing with. I guess this falls into the category of "there's no such thing as a free lunch."

I Took our car to this location for a repair, and they kept it for nearly 7 hours and gave me a diagnosis for a very expensive item for my budget.After that, I left the shop and within 20 minutes the car was doing the same thing we bought it there for repairs.I'm very upset with the service, still have this unresolved issue with my vehicle, and winter is nearly here.

Waited an entire day to find out tire couldn't be patched. Told they would have replacement tire by noon the next day. At 2pm the next day they decide they won't have the tire for 2 more days. 2 whole days wasted, missing work, then another 2 days wasted because it took them until Saturday afternoon to let us know they weren't getting the tire they promised at noon. Not the first time we have had issues with this place. Will never waste time going here again.

I called to let them know I was running late and they told me it was fine and to drive safely. When I arrived I was greeted by Anthony who was working the front desk. He finished up helping a customer and then helped me. His customer service was great and he was very friendly. I had a really great experience and I will definitely come back.

Best service I ve ever had at an Tire shop! Logan took my Prius in, and Travis took care of the rest. Leaving the dentist s office with my toddler first visit for her tire pressure light comes on and they took care of it right away.

My husband and I were going on short car trip, and realized we were overdue for an oil change. We arrived at Midas last minute, without an appointment. The staff was so friendly and helpful! My tire blew on Dorothy Lane and I walked over to Midas thinking I would probably have to wait forever and be overcharged, but to my surprise the manager, Mark got me right in and the service tech Jason fixed my tire quickly and efficiently without overcharging me. I would highly recommend! Thanks guys

Marcus and his crew got me in quickly for a full synthetic oil change. Not only was the service friendly and quick, with an internet coupon, I got a full synthetic oil change out the door for under $60. Other "quick service" places were all closer to $100 even with coupons. I have seen several reviews where this location also fixed flat tires and didn't charge. That's unheard of nowdays. Highly recommend this shop.Service: Oil change

Business was booming with a LOT of people coming in for catalytic converter etching. Employees were friendly and courteous, even cracking jokes with the folks in the crowded waiting room. Great business example!

On a Saturday, I had an appointment at the dealership for a simple oil change, and when I arrived, there was a three hour wait to get it done. This kind of left me in a tight spot. I called up Midas and Mike, new manager, answered. He got me in promptly, changed my oil and also replaced my rear brakes, which had been on my to do list for a while. I called Midas and scheduled an appointment. I showed up to the South Dixie location and they didn t have my appointment saved after I booked it with them. I called Midas on Dorothy lane and spoke to Josh! He had me drop my car off for an alignment and he worked me into their busy day last minute! He then called me and was honest and informed me that I didn t even need an alignment! Quick, reliable service and honesty was what won me over! Thanks Josh for your amazing customer service!

Hit a curb going 40 and had my car towed here to get the tires replaced. Staff were very friendly and made the whole experience as seemless as possible. Good price for what I got in return. The East Dorothy Lane location had a KPD catalytic converter etching event, even though it was busy the staff updated the customers of delays and progress. Nice staff and pleasant and a cool waiting area. Thanks to everyone involved!

Ford F-150 2013. Work truck. Just started having trouble turning over at times. I m thinking dirty fuel filter. Take it in for a check. Get a call back. It s my fuel pump assembly and other things that involved the pump. This is from the diagnosis test the manager told me. This being my work truck I travel all over the states and I need this fixed. They do the work and with a Synthetic oil change. A grand total of $1650 buckoroo s! Wow right? Well, I can t get stuck in the middle of nowhere working let s do it . Fast forward 3 days later. In the middle of nowhere Kentucky, my truck won t start. I do my own research and check the fuse box. Found a burnt but sometimes working fuse. $3.99 pack of 5 20amp fuses. Put in the new fuse and started right up. Ending my story with the Mechanic said he checked the fuse first thing. Ok sure, maybe . I know it s a hustle game. Secondly, manager was new and seemed confused on what to say. He did not apologize but why should he? It s my story vs. his guys story. I understand. I will not be coming back. (Who cares right) This message is only for the public to check themselves or ask them to check the fuses first. (I know the mechanic lied and said he checked the fuse) I also love I ve never got a response back! Where s the boys at now? Go to Bellrook Automotive. Just a little east of this hustle.

I have never had a more pleasurable experience at any auto shop! They are fast and efficient place, they are very kind and professional. I recommend this place of business to anyone who is having any type of car issues. Also a big thank you to Chris and Logan and Charles for helping me get my car fixed and for making sure my car was safe, and not only myself but my son as well. The Midas branch at East Dorothy Lane in Kettering has always served us well. They patched my wife's car tire a few months ago and did the same to mine yesterday at no charge. Was having a stressful Sunday. Drove 200 miles, noticed my tire was very low. Put air in it. All shops closed (Sunday). Quickly drove home.Left it overnight at Midas on Indian Ripple.Put my keys in the box.The next morning, my tire was patched. Cost me $0. (Yes, they did it for free).Totally made my day!Service: Tires
