I can t recommend the Midas on Farhills Avenue enough! I recently needed all four tires replaced, and they not only beat the dealership price but also offered a fantastic warranty.But the real stars were the staff! Manager Kevin and mechanic Mark were both top-notch. They were friendly, professional, and clearly explained everything to me. It s obvious they take pride in their work.If you re looking for honest, reliable service and a great deal, head to Midas on Farhills Avenue. You won t be disappointed!

The guys at Midas always do a great job on my truck. They fixed a wiper switch & heater hose in a timely manner and at a fair price. I always take my vehicles to Midas and they have earned my trust !

Great service. Very helpful and friendly. My mom went in for a minor thing and they fixed it fast and it was so nice they did not charge her for the heat shield fix she needed. Will tell everyone to come here to get their car fixed.

I've been to this Midas multiple times over the last few years and I will continue coming back here. The guys have always known what they're doing, will keep you informed of what's going on, and most of all are trustworthy. The level of professionalism from this store is top tier. If you need anything for your car, definitely come to this shop.

The employees at this Midas are the nicest auto shop employees I've ever worked with. They are kind caring and I don't feel like they are trying to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. 10/10 would recommend

reat service. Very helpful and friendly. I was there on January 26th for a minor problem with a rattle in my heat shild and it was just the rings hat hold it. They fixed it fast and did not charge her for it. I have a couple of other things I need done in the near future. I will be back. Thank you. I will be telling everyone I know to go to Midas.

If I didnt have to select any star to post this I wouldnt. "I went in without a leak and left with a leak from my trasnmission." Also they will do things to your car WITHOUT asking you first or telling you. WHO PUTS JB WELD ON A TRANSMISSION! But yet some how they can't fix it or justify how they did it. I have to pay to get it fixed.... when their the only ones that have worked on my car but can't fix what they've done. I have a really big issue with that. They are NOT on the customer's side that's for sure. I've been in customer service for a long time and sales, and they DO NOT know how to speak to anyone that is upset!! That's what I get for trusting Midas on their word.I will NEVER USE Midas again.I shouldn't take my car into a shop, and then have to be looking for a new car now!Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement

Last placed messed my car up! This place was top notch..they made sure I did not go home with a continued oil leak. I received pics of any issues before I even left. That comforted knowing they weren t just coming up with things to charge me for! I ll be back for sure!

I can't express how thankful I am for this shop, I am very happy and pleased with the service I was given. I came one-day for them to put a lugknock back on my wheel and he noticed a sound and spotted out my issue that I didn't know I even had after taking my 300 to three other different Midas stores this shop got me together!!!!! And not only did they get me together they fixed everything that was messed up by the other Midas stores very nice, respectful soft spoken Nice spirits I am so thankful for this shop I live all the way in Huber heights I will always come here for my car services thank you so much!!!!Service: Brakes

This shop helped me out BIG time with a major headache on my Honda .without a scheduled appointment! Not only that, but I was treated well and charged very fairly for the work provided. Their technician, Mark, did a fantastic job with the work and was also very personable, informative, and complimentary. I was very happy with the overall experience in my own particular case and would recommend this shop to anyone!

Best Customer Experience I've ever had! Spent over $1500 at another shop for front end problem. Needless to say, they didn't solve the problem. Midas had it for less than 30 minutes and found the problem immediately! They looked after me and took care of me just like I was family. In my opinion, I didn't pay enough to get that top shelve, white glove experience! I got videos of my inspection sent to my emails as well as a detailed inspection report. I believe it was Mike who helped my boyfriend when someone keyed his car when he came in he had no idea that s what happened but Mike helped point that out which hopefully will lead to justice for my boyfriends tire. Thank you Mike I hope you have the best day you possibly can.

Customer service is bad. Moreover don t know how to treat the customer.And doesn t know the difference between the lane assist and self centring steering. Don t have minimum knowledge on the service and blames it on the engineering schools.Since there is no rating lower than 1, I'm giving it a single star.And moreover the employees are also don t know how to treat the customers and they fail to follow up with customers after completing of service.

Midas had been my choice for car repair for years. The inside is very covid friendly and clean. The manager is Awesome, all service men go above and beyond. Car inspections address through and they take time to explain what's going on with your vehicle even showing the issue. Midas has coupons to save customers money. Stop by or make an appointment. I came in yesterday on my lunch break with a tire issue and derrick helped me with the problem I was having with my vehicle. He was very helpful and explain why I was having the problem I was having and the cause of it. he was very sweet. took them maybe 20 minutes and the price was fair. Midas on Far Hills performed excellently! I appreciate their quick, courteous, and efficient service. The communication from the staff member, Mr. Tanner, was superb. Midas has taken care of one of my vehicles yet again. Derek was more than kind to do a full diagnostic and take care of the issues. He gave me a true customer service-oriented quote letting me know what was dire to fix today and what could wait. I got quotes from 2 other places and both were higher than midas. They had my car back 2 hours early. I highly recommend this Midas and Derek and Mike were fantastic.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
