Curt Thomas helped me purchase my first car, and he was amazing. He made me feel comfortable, explained everything to me in depth, and didn t pressure me whatsoever. I would recommend anyone who needs a vehicle reach out to Curt, he is truly phenomenal! I will be sending all my friends and family his way. Glenn also assisted me with my finances and helped present all my options to me, he was very kind, patient, and personable. This was a great first-time experience for buying a car, thanks to Curt and Glenn!

I ve been a customer since 2015, and the experience is always great. Cindy, Andrew, and Glenn helped me with my lease purchase yesterday, and the process was quick and easy. Andrew went above and beyond by preparing everything in advance so that my time spent at the dealership was minimal. I appreciate that he was willing to communicate via text. He was thorough and quick to respond. I d absolutely recommend Matt Castrucci Honda to anyone looking for a trustworthy sales team and high quality vehicles at a competitive price. Here s a picture of my new Accord (in the dreamiest dark blue ever) next to our CR-V. Love them both!

Nick always does a great job servicing our cars whenever we have problems. He s super informative and transparent with problems and pricing. Recently we have had some issues resolved under warranty here and it wasn t a hassle at all.Also they go above and beyond. Yesterday I took my car in for a steering issue for my civic si and not only did they fix the issue the same day, they also gave me a free alignment and tightened up some things around the car like the shifter for me. Super grateful to Nick and all the techs here at Matt Castricum Honda, they treat your car with a lot of care.

Curt Thomas sold me my Honda Pilot, my girls and I love it! He was honest and cared about what I was looking for in a car. I started out looking at hrv s and crv s, this pilot was my last test drive. I d say my daughter had a hand in picking it too. She was adamant we get a pilot from the start. I agree now that I ve driven one. Great service and would highly recommend Curt and Joel at Castrucci!

I had set up an appointment to have the CV boot checked and or replaced Mike was the technician and the boot needed to be replaced. I had expected when I set up the appointment to drop the car off and pick it up several days later which was fine and within about one hour, I was contacted by service because I was still at the dealership and was informed that the CV axle did need to be replaced for the boot and that they had the part in stock and it would be done within several hours so I just waited at the dealership so the repair that I was expecting to take several days after dropping the car off only took several hours and there was no need to return to get the car, everything was done the same day which I was very happy with so again. The service at the dealership was well beyond what was expected. They did a fantastic job yet again.

First let me state that I am not an easy customer to please. We had a very good experience from beginning to end. Went to numerous dealerships and ended up going back to Castrucci because of Sayyid Sy Jones. If you are looking for someone in sales that is more about answering your questions with a low pressure sales approach that feels comfortable and natural vs. a pushy salesman that makes you uneasy, then Sy is your guy. We will return to Matt Castrucci to buy from Sy again. The finance piece was quick and painless as well. Highly recommend.

Joel, the sales manager, seems to be the best part of Pre-Certified Honda. He makes customer satisfaction a high priority. Honda builds one of the best vehicles in the world, they can sell themselves. Joel is the first person to actually provide the social investments needed to establish a relationship with this car buyer, out of the five sales persons I have dealt with during my three car buying experiences at Matt Castrucci. If it were not for Joel, I would never return nor allow my children to ever shop at Castrucci.

Love the car , I mean if you go looking for a used car at a dealership to finance you know you re gonna pay 2x what it cost originally. But they definitely worked hard and got us approved for a loan .

Al Glover did a fantastic job helping me make a purchase. He will give you his honest opinions when asked. When things take a long time, he will check in on you and answer any questions as they come up. If you need it, he will give you space to think over offers alone so that you will feel confident about your decision. I was able to count on him for anything, from helping me pick the right trim (he was able to answer all of my question by heart thanks to his rock solid knowledge), to helping me decide whether to buy a new or used vehicle, and even fixing the coffee machine when it was broken. He was a very genuine and truly attentive salesman that will make you feel valued, 10/10 service!My only complaint (not related to Al, but the center in general) was the time the whole process took. You might easily spend your whole day there, especially if you go on a weekend, waiting for paperwork and waiting between negotiation rounds to get the sales manager to agree on a price. The center's bureaucracy is really time-inefficient sometimes.

Last week, 4/3/2024, I was at Matt Castrucci trading in my Honda for a new Honda. My sales consultant - Sy Jones - was the best car consultant I've ever had. I've bought vehicles from Honda between Dayton and California. Mr. Jones by far was the best consultant that I have ever worked with. He was honest, answered any questions, thorough and to top it off, had a great personality. Very genuine and kind. Thanks Sy, for making this experience great & not like any other car buying experience I've had before - which had been overwhelming previously. He deserves every bonus, raise etc that can be offered.

Was looking to sell my 2019 Honda Civic, good-great condition, 60,000miles. I thought a Honda dealership might offer a competitive price for a Honda. Apparently not. Not great service, I was made to wait for 30min then treated poorly when I went looking for someone to assess my car. After they did, I was given the Very lowest offer of literally 8 offers from different places, and was told they wouldn t go higher as it s not worth it to them. Maybe they re good at selling cars, but to trade in or sell your car I would recommend anywhere else.

I have been a repeat customer here at Castrucci, first leasing Mazda and then moving to Honda. I love their selection here and Andrew Glaser-Atkins always knows how to make our experience smooth! He was able to put me in a 24 Civic for very little additional monthly cost to me. In these times of financial turmoil, that is a pretty great blessing in itself. We will continue to shop here!

Just bought a new 2024 Honda Pilot from Matt Castrucci, Dayton! The best part? Having Al Glover as our sales agent! He did a fantastic job- I walked into the dealership with very little time and a baby in tow and he immediately greeted me at the door and started to help. I told him what I was looking for and he knew the exact car I needed. He was able to answer every single question I had instantly because he knew the car so well- he didn't have to riffle through paperwork and look up all the details, he just KNEW it and understood the car and the different models that well! He was extremely helpful and did not pressure us at all during the buying process. He was there the day we picked up the car, too! He helped the transition go smoothly and again was there to answer every question and perfect every detail. Thank you, Al! If we ever buy another car again, we will be looking for you!I would also like to thank Adam Littman, our service advisor! We added a few accessories onto the pilot which he helped us with! He was able to message me via text which was extremely helpful and he was very kind when I kept adding accessories over the period of time the car was in the shop. He was very responsive and kept me in the loop the whole time! Highly recommend Adam and will go to him for all the car's oil changes and maintenance over the years!

I just bought a brand new 2023 Honda civic sport. It s white with some nice black trim and rims. Andrew atkins was the salesman we worked with and from the moment we walked in he was super friendly and great to work with. He was upfront and honest unlike most of these dealers. I appreciate him and his loan managers help. They were all great with explaining warranties and explaining what all the car has. Great company and great sales team!!

Has to be the worst experience with a shop I've ever had. Will never be using Matt Castrucci for any business again. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP! Diana (Manager) and Sondra (receptionist) will lie directly to your face. They will say something is fixed when its not, then try to send you home with a broken/unclean car. They dont know how to detail cars, and cant reinstall window trim and OEM parts, which caused a whistle coming from the front door, and was very loud at 40mph+. 4 attempts it took me to get my car back... They even had to take the car offsite to get it detailed... Then to top it off, when I asked for the email address for their boss, Sondra wrote down the wrong email address. No doubt in my mind she did it on purpose. Any other body shop is better than this one. If anyone from Matt Castoodges is reading this, I have all the photos and videos you need. Honestly, someone (Sondra) needs to lose their job over how bad this was... actually, Diana too, cause she had never personnally looked at my car until I made her the 3rd time I was there. A horrible example of a "manager..." Theres more to this expirence too.If you want to give me a call, Id love to talk about it with the person who runs the Body Shop.

This was my first time going to this Nissan Dealership for maintenance on my sons car. Their customer service was excellent as was the staff. Chris also kept me apprised of what was causing the issues and explained how to get it fixed. Overall great experience. Thank you.-Rachel

Matt Castrucci Nissan was great when I recently leased my new Sentra. Cathy found the car I wanted within 3min, Andrew was a great salesman and got me a great deal. Rudy and Ahmed were extremely helpful as well. My previous purchase was only a few months ago and AJ and Cathy were amazing as well. I d recommend anyone to this dealership!

You first turned my car away from the tow company which caused a ton of problems but I will say the tow company didn't have the keys, he didn't wait as he was supposed to. Your prices are higher than the other local Nissan service centers and I will go there before coming to Castrucci in the future. My mother purchased a new Kia there and found the same to be true with their service centers. We have both taken our business elsewhere. The positives are that you did get back to me fairly quickly on the repairs needed but a thorough inspection was not done for 160.00. your service department couldn't tell me if anything else was wrong so I was unable to determine if I would be able to cover all repairs financially at the time. I opted to tow my vehicle home and check with other companies for a more thorough estimate. Just lackluster but then I expect people to go out of their way because my normal dealership does which is why I pay their dealership inflated prices. Still. Cheaper than Castrucci with better service.

I had a wonderful experience with Phil.I went to 2 KIA dealerships and I almost didn t buy a car because the salesman were awful. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted! Phil answered all my questions and honestly made my buying experience FANTASTIC! I was only in the store for a small amount of time signing paperwork for my car. I would come back and buy another car from him because he was so fantastic and accommodating. If you go to KIA ask for Phil. Truly, I want only positive interactions in my life and I got them at KIA with Phil.
