Cathy was super helpful with my purchase. She made this process smooth for me being this was my first time financing a car. I ll be back for future purchases. 10/10 do recommend. I just can't say enough about how awesome an experience I had. Being a repeat customer, I already knew what a great experience I would have again, but nothing prepared me for just how positive it would be! I purchased my second Nissan vehicle from here and my salesman Noah Coleman was exceptional! He and the staff worked tirelessly to find and get me into the vehicle I wanted and made sure I was totally happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks afterward, I was in a vehicle collision that rendered my brand new vehicle unfixable. I never second guessed where I would go for my replacement vehicle! They were so helpful in getting my wrecked vehicle account closed out by sending all the information I needed for insurance and GAP, which they did not have to do. Noah and the staff were quick to get me into my new vehicle again and made sure I was as happy with my purchase on the replacement as I was on the one before. I am so happy and fortunate to have found this dealership and would never think of going anywhere else! If you chose this dealership for your next vehicle purchase be sure and ask for Noah Coleman! He was exceptional!

I just purchased my used 2017 Kia Optima today. Cathy and the entire team there made the process painless! Kathy took her time to explain the loan process (as I am a first time car buyer) and worked with me to make a deal that was more than reasonable! Curtis found me exactly the truck I needed. Personable throughout the whole process, did not rush me but was immediately there when I was ready to talk about buying.Before the truck, bought my Rogue Sport from there as well. The Castrucci team has earned my business for as long as I m in Dayton.

I used the Body shop for an insurance claim and it was a horrible experience. The unprofessionalism, lack of communication and ineptitude was unbelievable! They had my car for 2 months for a scheduled repair that was to take 5 days! They cost me a fortune in rental car fees and they had not even started the repairs on my car! I will NEVER use the body shop again and will tell everyone I know how awful the service was.

Great experience!! Morrie helped us the first day and Cathy the second, and then with the buying process. As a first time car buyer I am not only impressed, but will absolutely tell anyone I know looking for a vehicle to come here. My experience started out great, but is ending terribly. I bought a new frontier in 2020, upgraded to a used Titan in 2021. I ve had the truck for 2 years, it s been in the service department 3 times, and is currently for a total of 9 months. Their service department has been unable and unwilling to fox the same recurring problem that is under warranty. They ve led me around in circles. It s impossibly to get a meeting with a manager. They are real good at selling your car, but apparently have no interest in maintaining a relationship with their customer.

Liars, horrible people. Damaged my car and refuse to fix it. Their body shop is extremely negligent and incompetent. Probably the most unintelligent people I have ever dealt with. They do not know how to detail cars. Do not give this joke of a company any of your busniness.I was already in contact with Mo. I told him to put me in a new car or fix mine. He tried to rip me off on a new car, $7,000 over MSRP on a 7 year loan... I said no deal, fix my car at the shop of my choice, which is Ohio Law, and he has refused to respond. Your body shop caused $2000 in damages to my car and refuse to do anything about it in accordance with Ohio Law.

I must say this place has exceptional customer service I spoke with SY today about purchasing a vehicle mind you i've been shopping around this is a big purchase so I like to do my homework. Most salesman are pushy and want you to see things their way. Sy was the complete opposite he informed me of deals and answered all my questions and trust me it was a lot of questions. This was my best experience yet and I think I may have found my Guy going in after thanksgiving hoping to seal the deal and the only reason I'm coming in is because of the wow factor customer service I received! That's how you get Americans to spend their hard earned cash with all the competition out here.

Went to Matt Castrucci in a bind. Lost my vehicle through no fault of my own and was very limited in my buying options. AJ was amazing, helpful, and very understanding of my situation.
