Thank you to Abraham and main tire and auto. Amazing service, friendly, very fast service, cheaper than anywhere prices. Had a tire emergency even upon closing jumped right on it. Highly recommend them

My daughter stopped in to have her tire repaired. Volkswagen road service actually put on her spare tire and didn t see anything wrong with the tire that was flat. She left with a used tire on the car. I called and questioned the new (used) tire and Danny actually FaceTimed me to show me the damaged tire. I was shocked that the tow truck driver didn t see the torn tire. I asked him if I could have the damaged tire back so that I could possibly exchange with my warranty because the tires only had maybe 2000 miles on them. She returned to the store and they removed the tire and put the spare back on. So she s right back to where she started. It s 5:00 and she s needs to get home which is 3 1/2 hours north. I begged to talk to someone and they refused to talk to me and refused to listen to her. She was horrified and scared. She couldn t stop crying. Again I kept calling Danny on the store phone and his cell phone. They / he refused to answer. They thought it would be a good idea to send a girl off crying with a donut on the car knowing she needed to drive 31/2 hours away.She made it to Walmart and was able to get in and get a new tire. I wouldn t give that company my business even if they were doing it for free. Horrible!!!This is the first time I ve ever done a review and you re not telling the truth. You didn t answer your phone you didn t listen to my daughter you didn t listen to me when I said I wanted the tire back I didn t say remove the new tire and put the bad tire back on her car!!!! Maybe you just can t quite understandBut that s the truth and you re LYING!!!!!If you were a honest man you would have answered your phone and I couldn t have told you that all I wanted was the old tire, end of discussion .. but no you had a attitude and wanted nothing to do with me. I suggest you find another trade. In your business you need to communicate well with your customers.

So I went by this tire shop today and asked him if they could switch out a couple of tires and they told me $20. I told him I was just able to American veteran. And they still wouldn't help me out, so they don't respect. Your veterans do not use this tire shop. I do not recommend them they don't even Get one star but I had to get a star just to be able to put this on here.

Terrible customer service and respect! Glad I only needed air! Wow! And still charged me $2.15 for 15 psi in one tire, lol! Didn t even have the decency to do the other 3! Zero stars!

The automotive repair is quick but somewhat questionable. I came here for a power steering pump replacement and after paying $150 for service, they never properly bled the pump for air and it's still making the same sound. I'd have to recommend you may want to research somewhere else to go to if you don't want to second guess their workmanship.

I usually don t leave reviews but the amount of understanding they possessed was amazing. They allowed me to go get my parts and waited 30min for me to come back. Talking wise, a little nonchalant but they re just there to do a job. Very efficient and very affordable!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They are Crooks. Just wasted $40 on a tire. I got a tire 9 days a ago on a Saturday at 4pm. On the highway going 65 miles per hour the tire bust. I couldn't get the tire off because they put 2 of the bolts on crooker. I had to spend $150 to be towed after 3 fireman 2 emergency roadside vehicle people and the tow truck drive couldn't get the bolts loose to remove the tire because each one said whoever put your tires on put them on crooked. I had to rent a vehicle. They wouldn't replace it because Sunday made my 7 day. Which they're not open on today is Monday so I'm past the seven days of the return policy. All I was told was it's not their problem. And it would be another $40 . I took it to someplace else to repair it and was told it was a bad Tire in the first place and there was no nail in it like main tire told me . Main tire and auto all I know is they are Crooks and Liars.

Shady work, dishonest people, in a bad area, with bad service. Avoid, avoid avoid. Had a tire blow out on the highway, needed a quick repair or a whole new set of tires as I was already considering replacing them all any how. They offered to help me out for $45 service fee, which I was ok with. Originally had discussed buying a used tire, glad I didn t buy a used tire as they sell used tires that have nails/screws in them, but figured I d ask for new tires if they had any, turns out they did, but only 2 happened to be in stock at this store. Guy that was helping me called his boss to check on the price of what I could get all four for with balancing and the service call. Was told $400 out the door, so I say cool I ll pay for the two here and pay for the other two once they get to the store and he said that would be fine. 15 mins later boss man calls back and says that didn t include the service charge, so now my current total is $245 instead of $200 for the two tires. So I paid it as I understood, then it takes 2 1/2 hrs to get my 2 new tires mounted on the rims. Yes 2 1/2 hours for just 2 tires. Also they scratched my rims in the process while getting them extremely dirty with all sorts of different types of lube they put on to try getting the tires on. Oh and i had to wait in the cold while this was going on as the place is junk hole and doesn t have a waiting room or any heat of any kind. Guy put my second tire back on my car and completely forgot to balance it. I had to say doesn t it need balanced. Does a piss poor job of cleaning all the gunk off of my rims and I finally leave. After I get home I take 5 mins to properly clean both of my rims and notice just how bad my rims were scratched up by these amateurs. So after all this I decided I d still buy the tires as I liked the tires I got and would just have another company mount and balance them. So I call to see when they would be in and the boss/owner not sure tells me he told me they would be more expensive for the other 2, as he gave me a deal on those 2. Claims he said this to me while i was in the shop, even though all he actually said was your getting a good deal like you hear any where you buy any thing from. Wouldn t give me a new actual price and try s to talk up the tires that were new that I just bought by saying they still had the stickers on them like all new tires do. Tells me over the phone he would get a price for the two and call me back, he never called as I knew he wouldn t. Shady place, shady workers, shady company.

We bought used tires from here and they did not balance them- They said they did not need to be balanced. On the drive home the car was shacking so much we had to stop at another tire place to get them balanced, costing us more money. The people at the other tire place said they couldn't believe they didn't balance them and said all tires need to be balanced. Also one of the tires we bought was bad. We went back the next day with the receipt showing we had to get the tires balanced and would like them to credit us back since they didn't do their job correctly. They were very rude and said they would not give us the 12.00 dollars-seriously 12 dollars for their mistake-I do not recommend anyone going there. They will lie to you and then not fix what they did wrong

I went to get 3 tires and the tires the young guy showed me didnt have much tread on them. The tires on my car had more tread on them. And he wanted $45 a piece for them. I told him I needed to go get cash and went somewhere else.

I just bought a tire for my 1995 Chevy Astro cargo van and they are very fast and very good at their job. I definitely recommend them and I will be returning to replace the other 3.

This place is a hole in the wall type establishment but the guys are pretty cool. They take care of you right away and their prices are super reasonable. I would recommend.
