I went there because my friend blew her tire and needed one on a Sunday. It was overpriced and the tire itself was just weird looking like it didn't belong on the rim even though it said it was the right size. Most likely they damaged the rim putting it on. Less than 3 weeks later she is telling me that she is sliding because the tire is bald. I would never go again. Their customer service was terrible as well because I called before I went and dude was short and snappy when I was asking about the tire size and pricing.

They got my tires replaced on New Years Eve! They were really good tires and was only $50 each tire. They put them on while I smoked in my car lol. They used two big floor jacks so you feel pretty sturdy and safe while they work so do they.

Amazing level of service. Even though it looked really busy, I got attended to right away, they replaced my donut with a used tire in under 20min, and it was only $55. I had my local tire shop check it out the next day (I needed a replacement mid-travel) just in case & they gave it their bill of approval, so I'm happy.

They get confused about the tire prices amongst each other.someone always trying to make an extra dollar on the side. MAKE SURE they BALANCE your tire.They have tendency to just throw it on.

Called them said they had a tire size that I needed quoted me a price super quick then I got there and the worker said he couldn't find that size, the owner said he could sell me a new one for $40 more than I had been quoted other places then another guy found the right size went to put tire on said it was a bad tire then found another one that was good but never balanced the tire and then they charged me $20 more than what I was quoted on phone. So def not the best experience

Reasonably friendly and knowledgeable crew here. Three stars because the used tires are very high-end on used tire prices yet although the owner/manager is very attentive and thorough with his conveyance of the customers needs to his crew, what is standard with the service seems to be geared more toward the lower end price range of used tire sales. My meaning is although they grind the rim for a clean mating surface when putting one on, the only replace a valve stem if they detect that it's leaking or upon request, and any type of balance for the tire must also be requested. Those things, at $90 for a used standard load tire, should be included in routine service without a customer who may not be knowledgeable having to ask for it. Some vulcanizing bead sealer to paint on the rims would be nice to for that price.

Pros: I showed up at a busy time (around 8-9am) with a busted tire. Someone gave me a ride there. Didn't call ahead, didnt make an appt, nothing. They had the old tire gone and new tire back in my hand in under 30 minutes.Paid $48 total for a used tire 185/60R/15. Not a terrible price. Not the greatest either considering it was used with no warranty, etc. (Walmart had new tires for a similar price. They also take about 4 times longer)Cons: While I was waiting to pay, the owner (who tells the guy at the window what to charge you) stopped to talk to another customer asking for a lower price.He could easily have just finished with me by saying one word to the window guy but I had to wait like 2-3 min while the guy haggled with him.But more annoyingly he lowered the guys price by a good amount. Which left me feeling like I overpaid since I wasn't aware haggling was a thing here. So I guess you should go ask the guy for a better price at the end."Ok I got you this time but next time take care of me" or something along those lines is what he told the guy.Tried to go back again few days later. Got there about 30 min before they closed. Or so I thought, No work was being done but someone eventually came out to tell me they were closed. He said all he could do was give me air and I'd have to come back the next day. If you stop working 30 minutes before the time you have listed you should change the hours listed. Again, there were no customers there and everyone inside was standing there not working.I said ok. After putting some air in the tire he looked at me and said it cost $2. I didn't pay the $2 because he should have said that before he put the air in the tire but he made it like it was free. They could easily have just sold me the tire and been done within the time they were supposed to be open.

I had mixed feelings reading reviews but they legit were awesome. Even worked with my messed up rim I had to drive on, they fixed the rim . Even gave my daughter a bandaid because she fell and barely skinned her hand, and let me pee because I've been at work all day Definitely will come back.

I recently had 2 front tires replaced on my vehicle. They did a great job and gave me really nice tires for the price. Unfortunately I went to do my brakes one week after and the lug nut was torqued on too tight at an angle. The wheel bolt snapped under manual pressure when loosening. Wheels were not balanced on install. For the additional cost I would have just gone and got 2 brand new tires. Customer service was Beyond expectations.

This is primarily a used tire place. They charged me $20 to mount my tire from home! Fantastic workers, they charged me a tire disposal fee of $5. Fair prices! They do the work outside right in the parking lot. The manager deals with the money, however the workers want and deserve tips. My new go to place for cheap prices!

Never tf again I asked for new tires they gave me old ones wasn t even 30days and I needed new ones if y all need anybody I know a good guy around the corner from them just email me

First of all, I live only a short distance away from this tire shop, and one morning my hubby & I were leaving out to do some errands. We didn't notice we had a flat tire until we started moving. Not only was it flat, it had a huge hole in it! That particular day we were completely flat broke but took the chance to go to this tire shop in hopes that they would have pity upon us. After slowly rolling our way to the shop, one of the employees approached & upon learning that we didn't have any money, he refused to help us. Then, to our relief, the owner approached & told the worker to go ahead and help fix it. We promised to return and pay them when we got paid, which we just did today. It surprised that worker that we actually kept our word. Not only are they thoughtful & considerate, they do superb work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done correctly on their vehicle. Whenever we need anything else done on our van, I know that we can go to them and know without a doubt everything will be repaired the right way & we will not get ripped off.

THE BEST place for an extremely affordable quick fix. They also have mounted new tires I ve ordered online, and balanced them just fine. Been coming here for years, no complaints. And everyone I ve encountered is polite too.

Extremely fast service. New lady inside is really nice and so helpful she makes sure that your taken care of, you feel welcome and you know what your getting before you pay for anything. Very convenient when your in a hurry. Location isn't the easiest to get in and out of but there are newly painted lines so it makes it a little easier than before if you back in its much easier to exit than if you had pulled straightforward.

If I could give a negative review, I would do so. The only reason that I went there was my desperation for a new tire on a Sunday. Everyone else was closed. The place is so small and it's almost an auto accident waiting to happen. The guy that worked on my tire had a terrible attitude. Pretty much yelled at me for asking to check a leak in my tire. He replaced the tire with a defective tire. It was never attached correctly to the rim. I went to another tire shop that told me of the defective installation of the tire. This tire kept losing air. I was filling it up every day. This other tire company told me to take it back to Main tire. They gave me a hard time about returning the tire. Now, I am sitting in another tire shop because my car was shaking. I drive a very nice autobahn gti and it never shook. The steering wheel was shaking and was unmanageable at 55mph. I found out Main Tire put the wrong size tire on my car!!! This place should be shut down and reported to the Better Business Bureau. They are a complete joke. I have wasted time and money because of their lack of knowledge and customer service skills. Never will I go back to this horrible place!!!!!

I purchased two used tires from here this past Monday. After i purchased, I took the tires to be put on my car and realized they were dry rotted, cracks in them and the inside was patched by tape. By the time i realized they were already closed. I called tuesday morning to notify Sam (the manager and the person that told me to contact him i had any issues) when I called to speak with Sam, upon me telling him he told me messed up tires, he proceeded to talk and hung up on me. I went there shortly after to receive my refund.

Not sure about their prices but if I could give more than 5 stars for customer service, I would! My truck ran out of gas on the street about 100 yards away from their shop while I was on my way to the gas station right across from them. Put my hazard lights on because it was snowing and ran to the gas station to get a gas can and gas. Once I put the gas in, I went to start my truck and the battery had died. I came into the shop and asked if there was any way they could send someone out to help me with a jump, and they immediately grabbed a jump box and came outside in the cold and snow and gave me a jump. Didn't ask me for any money or anything and we're extremely friendly. A+ customer service, and I will probably come here next time I need any work done on my vehicle because of this experience. Thank you guys so much!

I called in about 20 minutes to close as a belt tensioner had locked up and we had no power steering and would soon be without battery power as well. Laura who answered the phone reached out to a mechanic named Jesse who said he would wait for us to arrive. He pulled apart the belt assembly and told me exactly what I needed and waited another 30 minutes for me to return with the part. I came back with the belt tension assembly and walked in to find my wife and daughters laughing with the crew Laura, Levi and Mustafa who worked there. Jesse had everything back together within 30 minutes and everyone. They really went out of the way as it was Sunday evening and we were 160 miles or so from home. All I can say is thank you to this team and to Mr Sam, you have a great team of workers!!

I had my brakes and rotors changed. As soon as I picked my suv up i could still hear and feel the grinding of the brakes. They pulled my emergency brake out and broke the plastic covering. And ever since taking my SUV here, I have to have my vechile jumped every few days. $750.00 dollars later I should not have more problems including the one I went in for still happening!This place is an absolute JOKE!

I went yesterday and there was a gentleman there that put on a tire for me that ended up being a bad tire I was very upset. I initially came back today to let the people know about this tire feel like it was making my car driving real wart another young guy put a tire on and now my tire drives great I will always return back to these guys they will get you together

Please avoid that place.... i went there for 2 front tires ..and when i left I noticed it was pulling really bad to my left side i took it back and they told me that i needed the front end aligned it didnt pull that bad when I got there..and when I got home from that place my boyfriend noticed that the tires were 2 different sizes they just threw whatever tires they had that would go on ...and sent me paying 80.00 and now my boyfriend called them to address the issue and he got called every name but his name ...how is this place still open ...THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FEMALES BY THEIR SELVES ...TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU THAT KNOWS WHO IS ACKNOWLEDGABLE TO WORK THAT HAS TO BE DONE ...BE AWARE FEMALES DO NOT GO THERE BY YOURSELF YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ..THEY DONT CARE

I took my car to Grismer Tire and Auto but soon after my tire began leaking again, I payed 30 bucks. I needed my car working soon! So I took it to MainTire that same day. They did the job in under 10 minutes and charged me only $10! If you want speed and accuracy, take your car to Main Tire first.
