Best shop around hands down. Took my Delta 88 to get air conditioning installed. Got parts, new hoses, flushed fluid, rerouted fuel line perfectly, etc. Everyone I talked to was friendly and provided full information on what I needed and expected for the job to be completed. They all work like a true family, and take pride in the work they do. Just wanted to thank you for the job well done. Will do business again and refer others as well.

They are friendly and professional. I had appointment at 1 o'clock to get my headlights replaced they let you bring in your own parts and my car was finished by 1:35. They don't charge you high prices like Midas does. I prefer going to Ludlow Automotive than any place else. They treat you right. Thanks again Ludlow Automotive.

Chris and his team are a very knowledgeable and friendly group of people. I had a long list of repairs done on my '92 Trans Am, and they provided fair, honest diagnostics and pricing. They do great work and prices are reasonable. Staff is polite and friendly. They've done work for me several times and in a timely manner. Great job on my Lexus 2004 brakes.

I just had new rotors and brake pads put on my 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt, and I'm very pleased with the work they did and the price they charged. I'll be taking my vehicle back there again when I need something on my car repaired. Very happy and satisfied. Didn't take long to get my car back either.

I dropped my jeep off 2 weeks before I left for school, thinking that would be enough time for any business to complete a service.I kept calling and asking about it, telling them I was leaving for college and I needed it soon, and the lady that answers the phones (doesn't know a thing about cars) kept feeding me lies. Things she thought I wanted to hear about my car like "it's almost done" "it'll be on the rack by lunch" and whatever else she could to keep me "happy".3 weeks later my jeep STILL was not ready. Once they finally did call me in to pick it up, they put on an extra piece (steering stabilizer) that I CLEARLY told them I didn't want because I had the aftermarket part in the car and I just wanted them to install it by simply installing 2 bolts. they then planes ME for the mistake, charged me for it and said I would have to come back the next day to pick it up.In total it took 3.5 weeks, $600 dollars and a terrible experience. This was the worst experience I have ever had as a customer at ANY store. Please do not work with them, I cannot stress that enough.Last thing: I just called today to ask them to fix another issue they caused. The lady that answers phones (complete moron) started to borderline yell at me telling me how wrong is was and saying I should take my business to a different automotive shop.Just terrible.

In the past I always did repairs myself, but sometimes with work and being busy I rather pay someone than lay on my back in the driveway on my days off. A friend referred me to this place a few yrs ago and have used them every since, with not one issue. I think bad reviews of this place was written by people who know nothing about cars and expect miracles to be performed on theirs for practically nothing.

Took my Jaguar in to find out why I didn t have heat. Ludlow Automotive found the problem and had to order the part.They said it would take a couple of days for the part to come arrive. Told the guy s wife that I would pick my car up the same day and drop it back off when the part arrived. I got off work early to pick my car up, only to find out the wife didn t tell her husband I was picking my car up. The husband said he had to put my car back together. I figured if the part was coming in 2 days, they could just keep it. 2 days later found out the part was coming 7 days later.7 days later the wife said the part came in, but they had to fix the cars they were working on & she said she would call me back and let me know.Never received a call back that day from anyone at Ludlow Automotive. I called the next day and they said they were working on my car.Paid over $600 & when I got my car there was white paint marks on the passenger side door (there wasn t any white paint dots on the door before).The heat worked, but I think someone drove my car because there was a lot more miles on my car than when I dropped it off.The 2nd morning after getting my car back, there was smoke coming out of my hood. I figured it was from anti-freeze being spilt on the engine. Also noticed that my car was leaking something.3rd morning still a little smoking coming out of the engine. When I got off work it was cold so I turned the heat on & for the whole trip home (25 minutes) cold air.When I got home, the engine fan turned on to cool the engine off.Turns out the clamp on the engine was not secure & the hose was coming apart & leaking anti-freeze.They put the old clamp back on the hose when they could have put a new secure clamp on the hose. $1.50 for a new clampI could have cracked my engine. Kind of upset about that.

Chris and his staff worked on our 2006 Jeep Commander. They did an excellent job repairing the transmission cooling lines. Quality work and great people!

The staff is friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. The lot is very safe and secure with fenced parking and cameras. The work area is clean and has just enough organized chaos to know great mechanics are at work.

Great place!! Had a gas leak fixed and they were very fair and did a great job! Would recommend and I will be back! Thank you for being so helpful! And the guy with the Jeep... Your a joke... Get a life!!

If you need work done this is where you need to go. Had my truck in for some repairs and had it done ahead of time and running like a champ. Highly recommended

Might be friendly but they gave me back my car still messed up making crazy noises but they told me it was ok " it comes and goes." Be prepared to be ripped off
