Due to my own stupidity, I caused some bad scratches on the rear passenger side of my car. I went to a chain auto body repair shop who gave me two estimates- one for $1200 and another for over $2000. Then I called Little Giant. The owner, Dave, said to stop by anytime during business hours for a free estimate, so I did.Dave looked at it and said, if I can get that off your car right now there won t be a charge. I had tried compound, but to no avail. Sure enough, he managed to get out all of the embedded residue within minutes, and told me to come back and drop it off anytime- he only needed the car for half a day to buff out any remaining scratches, restore the original finish and asked I bring some touch up paint. Dave did not charge me for the initial work.Figuring I had nothing to lose, I went to my local dealership, purchased the last container of touch up paint, and went back on Thursday. Dave was not in, but the technician who helped me gave me his cell and encouraged me to call him. I did, and dropped off my car at 8:00 the next morning. He got it into the garage first thing and it was done in an hour.He charged me NOTHING, simply smiled and said he was glad to help and to spread the word. I was truly stunned by this whole experience. Not only was the work top notch as you can see in the before and after pictures, but I received excellent customer service, personal attention and for no charge at all. I am speechless.Needless to say, I am sold. There are many other testimonials to the excellent service at this shop, and now I believe them. Check them out- you ll be glad you did.

It was an unusual first visit...I actually received my quote from the shop owner, not an employee.I exercised due diligence and got two more quotes. Having the background of a tooling engineer, the conversations I had with the other two locations made no sense to me. The damage to my vehicle did not require completely disassembling all the components. Merely fixing the damage by a staff of artists that are fading fast.Dayton has always been the hub for talented engineers and trades people.I think the name chosen for their business is too modest. I think it should be changed to "The Big Giant".

Charged full insurance estimate and only did part of the work. The work they did was shoddy and they took 2 days longer than they originally told me. Highly recommend against anyone ever using them. If a 0/5 was possible, that's what I would rate them. These are after the repair, 3 push-in retainers missing, headlamp bolt not tightened down at all, NEW damage, wheel never fixed or replaced (part of the estimate), rear view mirror never repainted (part of the estimate). For a place with such raving reviews, their quality of work seems rather poor.

Dave might be the most honest businessperson I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I can't say enough about the level of customer service, professionalism, communication, and impeccable quality of work. I found Little Giant on an online car forum, stumbling upon rave reviews about their work and Dave's exceptional honesty. I looked up reviews on Google and immediately knew this is where I want to take my Tesla.�The value of what I paid was unheard of. �If I ever need to have any auto body work done, I can guarantee I will return. Take a look at the rest of Dave s reviews. The incredible experience I had isn't a rare occurrence, this is how Dave treats all of his customers. Great business, great people, great work! Very honest and good people and good work! Thank you folks for helping us twice ... once on my husband's car mirror and once when my driver side window wouldn't go up. It is so wonderful to find this kind of excellence and professionalism yet friendly and kind. And good prices. Thanks so much.

After an extensive, and failed, search to find a new boat to meet our needs we elected to restore the boat we bought new in 1985. We took our boat trailer to Little Giant to see if they could match the paint to the original color of our boat. Dave the owner of Little Giant made a very interesting suggestion, paint the trailer with bed liner used to protect the beds of pickup trucks. Dave told us he had extensive experience on applying the product and certainly the product had a significant history of being a hearty and scratch resistant solution for pickup trucks. However the typical black color and rough texture seemed out of place for our restoration plans. That is where things took a most interesting turn. Dave told us he could match the main color of our boat as well as reduce the texturing level to something he felt would be pleasing. We took the leap of faith and told Dave to proceed. A week later we got the trailer back. They did a marvelous job of matching the color and the texture reduction more than met our expectations. They also did a fantastic job of covering every square inch of the trailer as they actually turned the trailer upside down and painted the bottom before setting it upright and finishing the job.We would highly recommend Little Giant as the communication and level of work was excellent. We have had numerous comments on how well the trailer matches the color of our boat and how well it withstands the rigors of us climbing on it with wet and sometimes sandy shoes which used to literally destroy the previous paint job. After months of usage the fenders show no signs of scratching from us climbing on them and many miles of use on the gravel roads and boat ramps. We are so happy we chose Little Giant and trusted Dave s bed liner suggestion to start our boat restoration project.

Every once in a while, you come across a business or person who just knocks your socks off in terms of their inherent GOODNESS and this is one. My sophomore at UD had two accidents in one semester near campus. We had a very rough experience at another local body shop nearby with the first experience, so we tried Little Giant for the second after a couple recommendations. The FIRST question Dave asked when I called was about my son's well-being. He told me that it would likely be a couple months before the car would be ready and the honesty/kindness was so appreciated that waiting would be a piece of cake! Well, they finished the car 6 weeks earlier than we expected it, did outstanding work and to say working with them was a pleasure would be the understatement of the year. My son was educated at a Jesuit HS and is attending a Marianist university, so his formation has been learning to be a man for others/a man who works for the common good of all in his community. I take care of sick kids and believe in putting as much light out into this world as possible.What a pleasure for our family to have a brush with a business living those values every single day. Thank you Dave and all your staff. You're a light in this world!!!

Dave and his crew do excellent work. We are fortunate to have a good relationship with them and unfortunate as well since we've had many scrapes and fender benders over the years. Dave is our "go to" guy and we appreciate him so much. He runs a solid and upright business and would highly recommend him to anyone. The customer service is also great. Not often, just every once in a great while. I find a business that really values the customer. I managed to gouge a fender flare on my brand new Tacoma. I figured at least $400. Dave took one look and said he could sand and paint , $100. Super great guy!!! Couple days later, looks factory new again

This shop has excellent service and the staff is very friendly and I know it depends on the the extend of the repairs but I was not expecting to get in and out so quickly compared to other shops in the area, it wouldn't be until April that I could even get into another shop. All I was getting done was my front bumper and driver side wheel well liner replaced and everything was ready within a few days paint and repairs and out the door within half a day after I dropped my car off at the shop. These guys do nice work paint matched perfectly and it looked brand new. Would recommend these guys for there excellent work.

Best body shop in Dayton! I came to Little Giant after receiving a high quote from another body shop in town. I was greeted by Dave, the owner who was incredibly welcoming. He was very thorough explaining my options. He gave me a quote that was substantially less than the other shop. He took amazing care of my car. It looks brand new now! His shop even took the time to straighten my license plate that has been bent for years. It is the little things that count. They pay close attention to detail and are very friendly. I will be recommending them to anyone who might need their services.

Dave and the team did a fantastic job. Reasonably priced, super quick turn around, and high quality work. They were great to work with. Definitely coming back here if I ever need it again and highly recommend to anyone in the Dayton area!

Excellent and honest auto body shop! They quoted me at 1/2 the price of other places in the area to fix my bumper. They also made it so that I didn t have to go without a car while the repairs took place. Dave was very friendly and personable. I will definitely use them in the future!

I needed work done after the Ohio winter had taken it's toll on one of my passenger doors and window. They were fast, used quality parts and communicated well during and after the repair. I had a chance to snoop around a little bit and see other work they were doing while I was there, and I will definitely be taking my bike there for some customization. Great place all around and great guys to work with you. I highly recommend them!

I m not one to normally write reviews, but I definitely like to read them beforehand. Well I felt compelled to write one.This shop was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a paint scuff and dent on my bumper a few inches long and came in looking for an estimate. Upon seeing it, they quickly grabbed the necessary cleaner and paint and fixed it right there on the spot. What great people. Great and honest shop, with employees that are people of integrity. Couldn t ask for a better experience

We have a car from hell! Feels like a bullseye on its front grill. We have dealt with Little Giant collision center for the last few years! They are the kindest, knowledgeable professionals we have ever dealt with! Dave, the owner took care of paper work with insurance companies and getting car parts that were difficult to locate! the staff were wonderful and always kept you in loop when it took a week longer to be complete. Even dealt with a rental car agency which was less than cooperative!! They are the best!!!!!

They did a great job with my car - looks almost as good as new and the color match was perfect! They even went the extra step and vacuumed/cleaned the car before i picked it up. Very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend their business!

HIGHLY recommend this shop for any of your collision repair needs. Sent my car in on Monday and had it back Friday morning. What they quoted me is exactly what I paid, and they did a stellar job with the repairs. I will definitely be telling my friends/family about this place!Bonus - the staff are all INCREDIBLY friendly. :-)

Went here for a fender replacement based on the excellent reviews/recommendations and they more than lived up to the hype! These guys are the best, are enjoyable to work with, do quality work and are priced the best by far. There isn't a more fair or honest shop in the area!

We have had numerous cars fixed at Little Giant and they do excellent work. They are honest and their customer service is great. Dave, the owner goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied and your car is fixed to your satisfaction.
