Wow, where do I even start? I recently took my car to here for a routine check-up, and let me tell you, I was blown away by the level of service and expertise I received. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this was a different kind of mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain everything they were doing in a clear and concise manner.The work that was done on my car was top-notch. Moe identified a few issues that I was completely unaware of, and they fixed them promptly and efficiently. The best part was that they were transparent and upfront about everything, so I never had to worry about any unexpected costs or surprises.I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the shop. It was clear that they take pride in their work and strive to provide the best possible experience for their customers.Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received at the shop. They are very professional. They have become like family to my family. They have great people skills. I have not had a complaint with anything that they have done for me. If they are not to busy and you bring your own parts and its not a really big job. They can get you in and out in about 2 hours or less. Cash only no credit cards. I highly recommend this place!

I took my wife's car in for a diagnostic on it and to check the brakes. Although I had made an appointment, they told me when I got there that they wouldn't be able to look at the car for another couple of hours. This threw a monkey-wrench in our day, of course. When they had finally performed the diagnostic, and my wife came in with an uber to pick it up, the car was blackened on the inside from oil and soot; there was seemingly no attempt made to keep the car clean; they suddenly told her that they didn't accept cards (only cash) and struggled to make change. I don't recommend this place.

I bought a car from them maybe 7 years ago and it was a great car it was a Chrysler 300 and my car had gotten stolen about 2 weeks ago and I went up there to get another vehicle and they were as gracious as they were 7 years ago and this kind and it's courteous to me thank you Keowee Auto
