I had my oil changed Thursday morning Sept 7th. I set in my car during the oil change. I noticed that none of the services provided for the oil change took place, such as the air in the tires or topping off of other fluids which is on my invoice. I left and went to work the following day and didn't drive much Saturday or Sunday two quick stops to Walmart about a half mile from my house. Monday I drove my car from Xenia to Franklin in the morning to take someone to work and was on my way home after dropping the person off at work. I had just turned on Indian ripple when my check engine light came on and my car started smoking and shaking profusely and stalled out. I pulled over and called for a tow. Once the tow truck arrived he got down to put the hooks on and noticed a large amount of oil under the front of the vehicle and running down the middle of the car. I had the vehicle towed to Xenia back to my home, I called jiffy lube on Indian ripple where the oil change had taken place and told them what had happened. Ryan the supervisor sent two technicians out to take a look. They arrived without any tools not even a jack. Upon arrival they told me the tech that performed my oil change had been sent home for messing up frequently recently. I gave them the tools needed to check the car and jack it up. Once underneath the tech stated the oil filter and oil nut was barely on and the oil was very low in my car which I have on camera. He managed to hand tighten the filter and tighten the nut with I believe a 18. They added oil and had me start the car at which time the engine was shaking and jumping. I shut the car off they checked the oil level once more and tried to have me start the care again at which point it just stalled. At this time they called Ryan and he said to have the vehicle towed to jiffy lube or the place I purchased the car. I got the run around for a few hours before speaking with Ryan directly and he became very rude and hostile at which point I asked to speak to his superior Jake Hites. Ryan stated I wasn't allowed to speak to Jake and he was as high up as I could go and there was nothing he could do. I called corporate and they sent over a claim to jiffy and 10 minutes later I received a call from Jake who was polite and accommodating. I had the vehicle towed to where I purchased the vehicle as jiffy lube told me they would not accept the car. Wednesday jiffy lube received a diagnostic and invoice from the business I purchased the car from. I spoke with Jake today Thursday Sept. 14 at which point he said the engine is a GDI and they are notorious for burning oil. I have had my oild change at this same jiffy location 4 times since I purchased the car it has never burned oil or been low. But now I am getting the run around again from Jake at jiffy.

The work is good, quick and efficient. The only constructive feedback is when they fill my tires with air it s usually below the recommended level until this last time and then they got filled to about 8 lbs over.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I stopped at Jiffy Lube to get an oil change as the signs outside read $19.99 oil change. They pulled me up had me get out of my car and began the oil change while I waited. Then came time to pay it was $91. The claim was the sign was for conventional oil and my car used zero oil. It should be ILLEGAL to render a service without the customer knowing UP FRONT BEFORE THE SERVICE BEGINS the actual cost. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE JIFFY LUBE AGAIN!!! The tactics are dishonest and the cheap oil change signs get you in, they remove you from your vehicle without telling you the cost, there was no one around to ask and that was by design!!! Never ever ever again!!! I have encouraged all of my 4000 plus Facebook friends to boycott you as well!!

I had some issues with my Mazda 3 2012, I had my car towed there. When I arrived, my car was already jacked up in the air. The service crew already knew the issue and was ready to fix it as soon as I signed permission for them to do so.

Was very disappointed about that franchise not giving half off a synthetic oil change to. JD Byrider customers. It was very recent and no warning. I had to pay quite a bit more than I ever have. To be honest, the only reason I went to Jiffy Lube was because of the discount. Probably won't be back. There are places much closer to me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Was not excellent service, they did not know how to reset my oil notification button. Also, not sure if they put air in my tires or even topped off my liquids. I was already skeptical and drove off dissatisfied.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have not once left this Jiffy Lube feeling anything but impressed and informed. Always grateful for their speed, skill, professionalism and kindness. If there is a service my car needs that they don't provide, they refer me to somewhere closeby and helpful. They give a level of service that is usually only attainable if you know someone at the garage. They consistently go the extra mile and have earned my trust for life!Services: Tires, Oil change

I had a flat tire. The guys at Jiffy plugged the tire so well that I don't think it will ever be flat again. Great job! Saved my day. Service: TiresService: Tires

Replaced my control arm when clearly my brakes and axle were bad. Did nothing but make the car run worse for almost $400.

I traveled to Dayton to buy a used car. I was on the test drive and noticed this place. I pulled in and asked if they would inspect the car for me before I bought it. Since they weren t busy at the time the whole team looked the car over the car top to bottom and pointed out the one small flaw. I asked how much I owed them and was told no charge that inspections are free. I would definitely go back if I was in Dayton again and needed service.. Keep up the good work team!!

Wow! I cannot recognize the location by the Greene enough. They fixed my headlight so quickly, and when they did not have the right bulb for a turn signal light, they ordered it and let me know when to come back. They fixed what was wrong and let me know of other potential issues without pressuring me to buy any extra today. All the employees were very respectful and helpful.Service: Electrical

I recently got my oil change from this place and they forgot to connect the air tube so it caused my transmission to have issues and I had to pay $170 to Germain Ford to fix it. Don t go here.

Upsell artists. Liars. Ridiculous prices ($190 for just pads, but get ready for the $450 rotors ultimatum). Rude attempt to steamroll me in conversation. I could be here all day but I'll just say I refused their $900 insult and changed my own breaks for $45. Turns out my rotors are 100% fine, and not "dangerous". I didn't spend a penny there and I won't ever.

I have been coming to this location for several years across two different vehicles. I've mostly used them for oil changes, but also purchased tires one time. No issues for these years. I've been pleased.I returned about a week ago for a standard oil change. It had been awhile since I brought my car in, since this location is close to my work and I was working from home for a year. Immediately, the General Manager told me how my rear brake pads were wearing unevenly and I was low on brake fluid. My pads were 2.5mm and 4mm per the GM. I declined brake service and just got the oil change.Since my car is still under factory warranty (40k miles) I took it to the dealer to have the brakes addressed. I had also noticed leaking which I assumed was brake fluid since I was told the brake fluid was low. I had a full brake inspection by the dealer and no issues were found. Brake pads were at 7mm (unlike 2.5 and 4mm as told by the GM of Jiffy Lube) and the brake fluid level was where it needed to be.Turns out the leaking was engine oil since the oil filter wasn't properly installed by the techs at Jiffy Lube. So I ended up paying for a unnecessary brake inspection at my dealer and a second oil change to fix the initial screw up.This whole interaction at Jiffy Lube occurred on the last day of June, so it was likely an attempt by the GM to hit monthly sales quotas by selling brake pads. With this new lack of trust, there is no way I can return to this establishment again. It's unfortunate, because it's very convenient for me.Service: Oil change

Sadly not the best experience. They had virtually nobody (2 people) working there. One was a kid who looked about 16 and the other was maybe late twenties early thirties and it seems as if both of them barely knew what they were doing. They were nice but nice isn't why I went there. I needed full maintenance and they just did a top off on my oil and they said I'm good to go then I had to ask them for full maintenance again, and then they said I was good to go AND THEN I had to ask them to check my tire pressure. They just wanted me out of there and this was my work vehicle and I needed this stuff done and now I have to go somewhere tomorrow (which I'm unsure if I have the time to do that) and get another jiffy lube to do what they did not do. Anyways 2 stars because they were at least nice. But big waste of time.

Been using Jiffy Lube for years with all of my vehicles. Always been satisfied. Recently, I discovered an issue following my most recent oil change. Took my car in and my concerns were top priority by the staff there. They knew I was concerned and they worked right on it. They worked extensively on addressing the issue and doing what was needed to correct it. The attention to detail and making things right was their tip priority! Brad and the rest of the guys were awesome! They will continue to get my business for all of my auto needs, as I know I am in great hands! Thank you all so very much!

They need to understand HOURS OF OPERATION means they are to conduct business from 8am to 7pm, not turn customers away in order to stand around and wait for the clock to strike 7 so they can leave. After being turned away from the Wilmington Pike Jiffy Lube because they were too busy fixing a problem they created with another customer, I drove here. Because this was an unplanned second stop I showed up about 15 minutes before closing time. I was relieved to pull up to 3 empty bays and several employees standing around, seemingly available. One of them saw me pulling in and promptly came out to greet me. After I informed him I just needed a traditional oil change and nothing else he told me "We're not doing oil changes right now but we open back up at 8 tomorrow morning". When I asked why they're not doing oil changes he responded with "We like to leave at 7". Beyond frustrated, I said a few things with an attitude and began backing away. After I had already started turning around he said "Well... let me go see if we can fit you in." No thanks, I don't want you under my hood frantically trying to change my oil as fast as you can just so you can get out of work as quickly as possible.UPDATE: The district manager reached out to me and informed me he'll be taking action with the individuals I encountered that night. He was very apologetic and offered to make it right. I'm incredibly appreciative that he read my reviews and immediately tried to correct the problem. I've had positive experiences with Jiffy Lubes in the past and he reassured me these most recent visits were isolated incidents.

The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in the lobby and they had the oil changed, wiper fluid filled and put air in my tires within 20 minutes. I highly recommend getting your car serviced there. I even got coupons for the next visit

Customer service was excellent and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes with 4 in front of me....however lol. Tried selling me on a 55 dollar cabin air filter. Purchased filter for 16 dollars and changed myself. I get it though they got to make money. That's why businesses exist. Just seemed a bit high.

The entire team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This was originally going to be a very positive review unfortunately, I was under-quoted by $100 so that was a nasty surprise when it came time to pay. There weren t any unexpected factors or challenges with changing my breaks (which I understand sometimes happen), it was just that the guy who gave me the quote forgot to include the price for the rotors. It s too bad because I enjoyed interacting with the team at this location but unfortunately the prices are pretty outlandish and you can get the work done elsewhere for much cheaper so I won t be returning.Service: Brakes
