The people here are absolutely amazing!! My sister-in-law had her van stolen and it ended up at Jamie s shop. They were nice enough to help us out free of charge with a tire and topped off our fluids in the van. Everything was stolen out of the van including 3 car seats for our littles. The men there was able to message family and friends and get us 3 free car seats! I definitely recommend all this shop!!

Was a great experience, given a stressful situation. I got a nail in my tire and the staff at Jamie s tire were so kind and helpful! They got me in so quickly and out with a new tire! Both Richard and Sam are great! Highly recommend!!

Awesome job!! They have taken in my fleet vehicle a couple times for scheduled service and have done a great job. I brought my personal vehicle in this for new tires. They did not disappoint. Their service team was professional, great and honest. They continue to earn my business!!

My alignment was recently done! Let me just first say my car drove better the 5 years of owning it verses after the alignment was done. Every time I hit a bump or pothole my entire car jerks doesn t matter if it s left side or right. Very disappointed because I called right away! The manager told me to wait a week and bring it back in. I m not waiting another day after the way my cars been driving!Update: I brought my car back in a couple days later they were very professional, apologized and made it right. Thank you.

I m very well greatful for my service and Samantha was a great help as well I ll always take my car there I m broke now lol but it was well worth it to be on the road safe and sound God bless

Best place to take your car for phenomenal work and customer service. One of a few rare shops with mechanics honest enough to tell you what's wrong with your car without ripping you off.

I was traveling through and had a few minor needs along my road trip. The Northridge location was closest to my route. The staff was friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Jamie s Northridge and I m sure the other locations are also great! Awesome customer service, quality auto repair, and was honest about what I needed. They got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time!

These people literally saved my life and the life of my car. Mrs. Samantha. You are an angel. Keep being the person you are. We need more like you all. The management team is amazing and really helped me get my safety issues done with my vehicle. It was a ton of work and the mechanic even gave me a ride back to the shop after it was completed. Thanks James. I'm so thankful. This is my only stop going forward. Oh and the videos of the work really helps me stay in tune with all progress to my vehicle. This is an amazing feature.

Got my oil changed here and all of the employees were fantastic! I live in Troy but it's worth the half hour drive. Samantha, Bobby, James, Ron, and Paul took care of my Hyundai like it was their own! Thanks all!

I've brought my car here for my latest oil change and tire rotationMy car uses full synthetic and I was paying over $100 at the valvoline quick lube, here it is only $80! I love that the technicians check out my whole car and with thier new digital inspections, they can send me my whole inspection along with pictures so I can see what going.on with my car and don't have to crawl under it myself. I fully trust Bobby and the crew there!

I know I needed four new tires and my rear brakes replaced. I dreaded doing this for 1 the price and for 2 The difficulties I have making an appointment with the dealership for maintenance. To make a long story short on my way to work this morning I picked up a piece of metal in one of my tires of course my tire pressure was dropping because I seen the warning light come on. Dale's was close by so stopped Expecting short notice I would not get any help or at best I would have to Wait for several hours to get the tire patched; so I can be on my way to work again. Let me just say this place is awesome With excellent customer service they dropped what they were doing I ended up getting 4 new tires and my rear brakes done in less then 2 hours. I just walked in because I had a problem No appointment and wow I was truly amazed. We need more places like this!! Thanks Dale's. Happy life long customer here. Prices are competitive, But I feel there is no dollar amount that can beat excellent customer service and quality work.

Took my Hyundai here to have them check a problem. It turned out to be the catalytic converter and other components causing the issue. They ordered the parts, which took a day or two, and had the repairs done in less than a day. I had no issues with waiting to have my vehicle looked at or anything. Contrary to the dealer who couldn't get me in until mid July. They were easy to talk to and fixed it right. I will be using this facility again if I need repairs or service.

It's difficult to find a tire center that will change a lawn mower tire. Jamie's tire had no problem changing it for me and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Jamie's tire center!

I have a Class A RV and needed some tire and shock work, plus a little front end attention. I'm not a fan of RV places because of the cost and lack of personal service. I called Jamie's tire on a whim and Richard the manager not only accommodated my RV, but spent time assessing it and performed the repairs. These guys are awesome. If you have an RV, in Dayton, go see them. They don't make better people or customer service. They don't advertise for RV things, but if they can go the extra mile to help you, Jamie's Tire will do it.

I'm very impressed. They had a cancellation and fit me in. Very nice service. Had my grand daughter with me and ask if we wanted to watch something kid friendly while we waited. Service was fast. Wasn't waiting no longer then 35min. I will return. O, price was responsible.
