Unbelievable service! Not to mention very kind and honest group of guys! But to be fair, I only spent 17 minutes with them. Because that's how fast they were checking my existing battery and changing out for a new one!

They did an excellent job The battery was 5 years old with a 6 year warranty. They prorated the old battery towards a new one. Excellent service too. Employees are helpful and friendly. Great place to go for a battery.

This place I feel tries getting on women. They tried charging me an extra 35 to 40 dollars to take my battery out and put it back in ! Lol, needless to say, I did it myself and kept my money. Other than that, I can say they have decent used batteries for a reasonable price.

This was the most convenient and pain free auto repair I've ever had. Up front pricing ( fair pricing too). I was thrilled that they did other auto work besides batteries. I've had them repair my vehicle 3 different times, each time was great and work done fast. Steve was a pleasure to work with. Don't over look Interstate battery for your next auto repair you will not regret using them.

I talked to a nice lady on the phone before I left and I told her where I was at I was in another city and they had the Pacific size battery I needed and it was charged up so I drove there and she kind of dropped the labor cost on me and I said no I can save the labor cost at myself and drove it in the first Bay had my tools clean the battery terminals and the cables installed it myself and it started right up and I'm very happy so for half the cost of other places I've called the price was very reasonable and for two years I can relax now so yes I was very happy buying a battery from them so take care and God bless

Steve was great. I came in to get a battery and immediately he knew it was my starter. I was able too get starter drop car off and it was done and running fine the next afternoon. I d definitely see Steve again.

The Guys there came rite out told me to pull my car up and they put a new battery in my car ...and changed my battery cables which wasnt a bad price and didn't charge me a high price for the battery with a two year warranty.... everyone there was very professional...with no wait time they got me n and out ..Thank You interstate battery....!!!on Stanley Ave... in Dayton

Got there about a half an hour before they closed. the two gentlemen quickly got my Infinity in and out in a timely manner, even made sure that my alternator was functioning properly, and the battery price was exactly as they quoted on the phone and my old battery even had some prorated life left and they gave me credit for that.great service

Highly recommended for a great long lasting impression as well as a battery. Place is packed with vehicles and about 8 people who are there for the same reason. Had walked in to get a battery and have it installed, was leaving in less than a half hour later. That's how you do business & Great job !!!

Purchase and replacement of the new battery took about 10 minutes. They attached a unit to power electronics during the replacement. This prevents loss of custom settings. The agm version of their batteries is more expensive but also more durable and less susceptible to damage during deep discharge.

Basically was told that a battery that I bought from them, That is still under warranty, that dies when it gets cold is not their problem, I just have to bring it to them so they can charge it when it dies, Never mind the fact that it leaves me stuck and I have to charge my battery and be late to my appointments because the battery dies every time it gets cold.

Took my old battery in and was out with the new battery (they carried it to my car) in about 10 minutes. Price for the new battery was lower than I expected. Awesome business.
