Had a nail in my tire... Was able to get in plugged for cheap!!! They get you in and out fast... I always come to Henry's for my used tire and plug needs!!!

Crooks. Sold my girl bad tires then charged her to put her old tires back on her rims after taking the bad ones back. Bad business. I DO NOT recommend.

I like these guys. The place doesn't look like much, but they do a good job. Always come here to have tires repaired, rotated and replaced. EDIT: another patch today, did a quick and nice job.

There's no clear direction or like it's very confusing where to park when you first get there and also the people who work there and the guy that helped was a complete date. Other than that prices were very low and they did great on my car but when it comes to service and help the employees treat you very s*****. But the work was good.

Update: lady on the phone was rude and lied about the cost of a repair!! NEVER take your car here!!! Went above and beyond to repair my tire!! A month later I took my vehicle back for a repair not only is my car running soooo much better but I save a ton in gas every month!! Thank you Henry Tire

Very grateful that the current day staff remember & honor the funding person in Henry. He passed some 6 years ago and the ethic he instilled is still respected for the greatest good of greater Dayton, by the people currently serving us, a few tires and smiles at a time. Henry would be very pleased.

Convenient location for down town, these guys know their stuff. Don t be put off by the packed yard and lines. That s because they are solid local mechanics who take care of their neighbors. longest I ever had to wait was 20min and I go there regularly.Edit: the tire they sold me last was flat with two weeks with no use! Much less happy with their service and I hope they make this right.

I came here once about 20 years ago.. They took care of my SUV with a whole set of new tires . Well guess what I'm back.. This place of business took care of me far beyond the normal. Yesterday bought all 4 tires from here.. At an exceptional price.!!.. If your car or truck needs tires .. This is the place to get them.. They will treat you good as well as treating your automobile good. Go on... Give them a try.. You and your auto will not be disappointed. Thank you Henrys Tires..

They charged twice the amount that they charged two weeks ago for the same job. They illegally charged sales tax on labor. Too many consumer protection laws were broken in this transaction. These guys were fantastic. I drove up, asked for a tire change, and they had it done and I was on my way within ten minutes. And the price can t be beat.On top of all that, they did this on a Sunday! I couldn t find almost anyone else open on a Sunday. I can t say how grateful I am for this place and their great service.

Quality service at reasonable rates had a lug nut that was broken off they got it off . I went to several different places and they where the only ones able to do it.. I highly recommend them

I have an emergency situation where I needed a belt put on my alternator. They were able to get my car in the same day, get the part ordered and have it on within about an hour. They were polite and helpful and I will definitely be returning.

I came in to buy a tire less than a week ago and my steering wheel is now shaking and the car is pulling to the right didnt do this until i got the tire put on at Henrys. I will go back on Monday and they better put a better tire on it.Service: TiresService: Tires

They don't even deserve the single star I just gave them, I bought a tire from them a few weeks ago and by the time I got it home it was completely flat. When I took it back to get them to replace it, they tried to say my cars a frame cut a hole it in the back of the tire. There was 0 physical damage to that tire. I would not recommend them even to someone I dislike. My wife has gotten tires from them before that weren't dry rotted as bad, but within a few houses same result. Don't go to henrys tire unless you are looking to lose money and gain frustration.

Great Customers Service. I paid $95.00 for a new tire. AAA wanted $365.00 for same brand tire. Saved money and go to Henry's Tire.

Went in to buy new tires got good deal. So within less than week got 2 more. Was not only not balanced but got asked to marry worker for green card but solicitide for prostitution as well.

I use to like henry tires..a long time ago wen it was the old man running it but i dont know who runs it now but there is a guy that works there that is very very rude i use to send my people ther for services but not anymore because of rude services ftom the one guy because of him i know of atleast 10 people that stopped going there anyways they wont gett another penny from me or my people and mske sure yure yu get a reciept

very upfront on pricing and always answers the phone the tire and the automotive center are two separate departments Dave is the one in charge of the automotive center and he is very honest and very forthright I've never dealt with the tire center and I can't attest to how they are but I can tell you the automotive center is superb and above quality.

Cheapish prices but used tires are very worn out and are not 50% tread, more like 30% but you pay half the price of new, only worth it if your broke and desperate. One time they replaced my tire and somehow my other tire went flat because they have screws all over their parking lot. Dont take your car here take an uber or walk to it in the hood of the east side of dayton or have your "friend" take you and bring the flat tire you want replaced lol. They don't charge for tax either obviously lol goes with the territory

I used to go to Henry Tire regularly, for plugs, used tires, etc., and I had nothing but great things to say about them, they were fast and affordable, very friendly.About a year ago, the shop was bought out, and the 'techs' that were hired to run it are dangerously unqualified. Only one of the two (that it took to change a tire) spoke English, and neither of them had any experience, that much was very clear.I literally knew more about tires than the guy working there, and I don't work on cars for a living - He tried to tell me that the '205' on my tire was the outside diameter (It's actually the width)... They put the wrong size tire on my car twice before finally correcting it, and even after that, the tire wasn't properly balanced, so I had to bring it back yet again.On top of all that, they broke my the key to my wheel locks by using an impact wrench on them (any experienced mechanic would know this). THAT ended up costing me a trip to the VW dealer and then another $35 headache trying to buy a replacement from McGard.Don't go here. It definitely ain't what it used to be.

Got pill great used tires that looked almost new from Henry's Tire. The owner at the light helpful I'm very informative. Also is a Puerto Rican own and run business which I support because I myself am Puerto Rican and proud of it

A guy that calls himself Richard Rainwater but signs His name as Eric works here and sold me a car and I got maybe six minutes down the road and it broke down on the side of the highway won't move or anything else I asked him if I could please get it back to him would he please just mygive me my money back that's all I had I have nowhere to go and that car was going to be all I had and was supposed get me back and forth to work.... He blocked me.... He put a fictitious tag in the car got the title illegally notarized and has a fake business name on it..... is all I wanted was my money back so I could get me a car to get back and forth to work I'm just trying to rebuild my life and he played on my need to get a car and took advantage of my situation.... What does it say about this place if a man like this works there....
