From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. Dylan was absolutely awesome,went so far out of his way for me I felt more like family than a customer. My parts were in early,the work was done perfectly and my car is better than ever and I know it's safe.I went in to find good mechanics and not only found them but made a friend. Well done guys.

Dylan and staff customer service and service of my vehicle was outstanding. I appreciate the attention to detail. (The only thing I don t appreciate is being charged for a flush when I got a new radiator. So essentially I was charged for something I didn t need.)

Dylan was, still is, amazing! People say, car shops take advantage of women nope not here and not with Dylan. He made sure I knew and understood what he was talking about and telling me. I would and do recommend him!! Thank you Dylan!

Customer service was excellent. The new Manger of store was friendly and he did not do sale up charges for the services. I highly recommend this store if anyone wants to get a really good oil change in the Trotwood area.

I ll just start be saying Dylan is the best. He explained what was wrong with my car and what the cost would be to repair it.He called and we talked as if we had met before. Such a gentleman.My car was repaired timely and I will use them again.

I went to have an oil pan gasket replacement done. After further inspection it wasn't going to fix the leak 100 percent. They could have very easily replaced it and charged me accordingly. Then after some time I would have still had a leak from the rear main seal. Their advice was sound and professional. Saved me money on a 22 year old truck that is just on its last set if tires. I would give them 5 stars but do to me taking off of work just to find out an employee called in "sick" but was not sick enough to miss the following day. Shouldn't miss work just because you are uncomfortable.

Find someplace else to take your car! This location is the worst choice of shops I know of. When they weren t sure, they were still willing to make an expensive and useless guess. Their idea of correcting their mistake came without the suggestion of a refund. Evidently, money trumps service here. This place is not good for this community s level of income having to be paired with such expensive incompetence.

Grismer on Salem in Trotwood is a GREAT place to get work done on older or newer vehicles! Dylan (store manager) was so helpful with my Saturn Vue.. Got me back rolling after doing my brakes and even went as far as to help with getting my new tires! It s definitely worth the FREE oil changes I found my NEW mechanics!!! Shoutout to the mechanic that went above and beyond to get my brakes done, staying past his time to leave. THANKS SOOO MUCH!!!!

They were super friendly and helpful. I was on a long road trip with a toddler, a baby, and 2 100lb dogs. They allowed my dogs inside while they worked on my vehicle. Very reasonably priced and did not try to take advantage of the fact I was a girl! Highly recommend them!

Customer service was excellent and thorough. They found a discontinued part from their suppliers and it arrived within 24 hrs. All the work was completed within a couple hours. It was an expensive fix and would have appreciated a discount on the diagnostic when I chose to fix the problem with them. Overall a positive experience.

I was very satisfied with my service from Grismer tire service on Salem Avenue, Dayton,Ohio...I had a 10 am appt and I got serviced within a decent amount of time..not a long wait at all, even though it was really busy. The staff was friendly and helpful...this location is a block away from my job which made it very convenient...very satisfied, would definitely come back to this location for future service if needed. Thanks!
