I called Greg's to see if they had a tire for my car and mentioned I needed a tow to their location. At first, I thought I would have to call roadside assistance to get it towed, but Greg had a tow truck and came within 30 mins! He was very friendly, professional and checked my other tires as well. The staff are also friendly and knowledgable. They provided speedy services and affordable prices. I would highly recommend going there.

A hot mess. I got there first for air only 2 other cars pulled in before me and were serviced.I went to another tire place up the street and got air Never to return for this type of disrespect.

Stopped by yesterday after calling for a quote for a used tire + service. It's pretty average to pay anywhere from 25-60 for a used tire (excluding service), depending on quality and wear, from what I understand. They quoted me about 60 ish for everything over the phone. Got there and asked if they could take the old tire off the wheel I was buying a tire for (the spare was what I drove there on) and they only charged like 5 more to do that plus they insisted on putting the spare back under the truck bed (it's a whole process with a 2001 Ford Ranger IYKYK). It was 70 in total for everything. They topped off my tires without me asking. Both guys were friendly and helpful. They had great attitudes and struck up comfortable convo with me (which with my social anxiety that's rare). They assisted as soon as I got there and had everything done in probably 15 min. Definitely tipped them as I felt the service was good enough that they could charge more. They are a small business, so there isn't much of an indoor space to stand in, but I like small business vibes, and it was sunny, so I chatted with them while they fixed my ranger up. As long as the tire proves sturdy, I enthusiastically plan on going back there. Just EXCELLENT *real* customer service. Love the people. Oh, and I just went out to check on the tire (I drive a different car, I am about to sell the truck I took to Greg's), and it is still inflated. Don't know enough to know if the amount of tread was fair for the price, but given the excellent service, I am hoping they were honest with prices as well. What I ACTUALLY came on here to add was that they cleaned up my super dirty rim on the wheel that was replaced so that it looks almost brand new! Impressed. The other wheels (not tires) look terrible in comparison now . Didn't realize how dirty they were.

Whoever answered the phone is kinda rude and careless as hell but I guess I suppose to want to spend my hard earned money and not expect any actual good customer service not to mention I've been here before the other workers customer service suck also but who am I but a paying customer not to return the star was needed to review not deserved or earned thanks

They deserve extra stars. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I had an issue with another tire shop and Greg's fixed the problem. My wheels are powder coated and are very easy to scratch, but their shop manager BB handled them like a pro! I will definitely go back to this place, worth the drive to the West side. Good people, great work.

Hi, just letting you know this sounds like a great tire shop! I haven't been there but my son REALLY loves tires so I'll have to stop by. He's going to Yale for his masters degree, I do worry that he hasn't seen enough of the world yet before he goes off to learn about fancy scientific concepts like Abaddon's Theory and I want him to avoid the woke mind virus spreading through America's colleges. What better way to see the hard working heartland of America than seeing the good people of Dayton fixing cars and doing god's work. I think Greg's will be the best place to show him that the american dream is still alive, especially for ambitious young men willing to start their own business, and get their hands dirty doing it, What's a little engine grease and motor oil if not seasoning for your devoted traditional family's dinner? Thanks for serving God and Dayton Greg, your sacrifice does not go unnoticed!

I thought I had a bad Tire on my Van, but it was just the Sensor Stem that was leaking the Air. So the Service Man brought Me out and showed Me what it was. The New Sensor would cost $85+ Tax. I was able to get it @ this time. But so happened I Lucked up and came in on Free Day. So he said I can but a regular Stem on but ur Sensor Light will stay on. I said that's fine and when I can I will switch it back and get the Sensor Stem.The cost was Free and they checked all my Tires for the correct Air Pressures and put Caps on my Air Stems. Yes, just got the Van going on 2Weeks and had no Air Stem Caps. I was going to buy some but Free day supplied them, "THANK GOD!!"Now if ur Reading this Free Day is every Tuesday I believe and it's for Tire check and minor Tire stuff so don't go over thinking U can get a Free Tire or anything like that, Lol They're very Hospitable and Friendly there. I'll be going there from now on for anything that's in need for my Tires.

We pulled in with a nearly bald tire 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday. They still made sure we had a tire and were back on the road safe and fast. Best tire company in town. We are big believers in supporting local business and you can't go wrong at Greg's.

Definitely recommend Greg's Tire Service. The prices are reasonable, the workers are friendly. They inspected my tire and patched it up. When was the last time a big box tire place offered to patch a tire?? I will definitely use them again.

Came in today with ford edge with flat tire Service was awesome guys were fast, thorough and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked, cleaned my rim and topped off Al my tires to appropriate pressure, thanks again will definitely be back.

I had traveled down from Columbus to have a motorcycle rim repaired, upon talking to them They didn t feel comfortable attempting to straighten it. But the part that stood out was instead of just turning me away they got me the direct contact number for the guy who will do it. I say this is far more respectable than being turned down or given back a product that could put me in harm. Fully recommend these guys!

Friendly and professional! I just took my Porsche 911 in with a dent in the rim. Greg got my rim nice and round, cleaned and polished it. It looks new and rolls smoothly at very high highway speeds. No torque wrenches in use, but that is not uncommon, but great prices and really nice employees.

Broke down with front end flat on 75 northbound at 65 mph..whew. ended up on a shoulder with afternoon traffic! Sandy's couldn't make it for another hour. Greg's was there in 20 minutes! Very professional. Got 2 brand new tires for less than 300! I'll never call another service for tires. They are the best.

Greg's Tire Services is a great place for tire service. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Their explanations are clear and to the point. Their work is excellent. The office/accounting staff are professional yet friendly. Parking and accessibility is great. The pricing is fair and maybe even a little on the low side. I will return to Greg's Tire Services for further business.

I came back here, after I bought a used tire. Everyone was so polite and helpful. It was a wonderful atmosphere and great price. They gave the best of what was in my price range. They are great people with great prices! This will always be my preferred tire place!

I was Refered here by a friend of mine and i am very happy i took that advice. The respect and friendliness of the staff here is outstanding. We were greeted immediately and were very well taken care of. Even the owner of this company was inspecting his employees work as they were working. Top notch service. We will be back for any tier service we need. Bravo Zulu.

They were very nice, quick and honest. They let me know that my rim was bent and offered us 90 day guarantee warranty as long as I switched the rims, which I have a new one at home. Thank you for being so quick!!

When I had a flat, a friend told me to takemy car to Greg's because this is where she takes her cars. Everyone that I encountered was polite and friendly so, I happily return every time I get a flat. I've also told family and friends that this is a good place to take their cars.
