SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!!I ordered an engine for my car. And I paid in full, few days later they delivered the wrong engine to body shop. After calling them, Sheila, the manager didn t want to admit the wrong engine was delivered and was delaying the process. After making number of calls, she finally confirmed that they will pick up the wrong engine. And will refund us the money back.After picking it up, I called Sheila again for the refund and she said give me a day, I will process your refund next day , but she never processed the refund and she stopped answering the phone calls.And she didn t return my calls back, even after leaving voice mail. A week later I had to go to the location to get my refund.Horrible service, I highly recommend Sheila not having this management position. I also, reported this incident to BBB so this company should be looked at. They are doing unethical business.Don t recommend buying any car parts from them.

Company of Champions ? Maybe champions at ripping people off. Their sign says they buy cars, should say please donate. Tried calling to see what I could get and no one would ever answer the phone. Left messages and never got I call back. Finally drove down to them in person. Their offer was less than scrap with a bunch of conditions: Must be complete, must be clean, must have NOTARIZED title. Take your car to a scrap metal yard and get more with less hassle.

I bought a transmission for my daughter in laws 2017 Jeep Cherokee. I also bought the extended warranty. The price was good and the delivery was quick. After my mechanic installed it there was a problem. After issues with my mechanic, Grade A stepped up and found one of their mechanics and had them fix our Jeep. Turned out it was the transmission that was bad. They replaced it and got us back on the road. Our sales associate, Ruth was good about staying in touch and keeping us informed throughout the process. I recommend them and will use them again in the future!

I love about 45 minutes away so called ahead of time to see if they had the part I needed. They verified and called me back confirming it was in stock. I got a ride all the way there since my car is down waiting on this part. Once I arrive they charge my card $80+ and then can t find the part. I was desperate for this part so asked if there was a way I could get my money back then vs waiting the 3-5 days for it to show back up on my card so I could go down the street to olive rd and get one. Nope. So ask if they can just call and pay the other place and not refund me that way I can get the part while I m out here. Nope. The lady tells me she will just void my order so after they close that day it will just go right back on my card. Wasn t the answer I wanted but what else could I do. Here we are a few days later and I STILL don t have the money back on my card, and I STILL don t have a running car. My kids have missed sports, open house for school, and fun activities their last weekend before school starts because of this experience. Would NEVER recommend this place!!!Edited to add its now Tuesday the 22nd and I STILL don t have that money back that I was told would be back on my card that same evening!!!

Searched for weeks for a part that we didn t know was rare. Luckily Grade A had one available at their TN location and brought it up (no extra outrageous charges) to their Dayton, Ohio location so we could pick it up! We called on a Wednesday and they had it ready for pickup on that Friday!! Excellent service. Will definitely do business again. All the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and overall great working with. If you need something special, simple or what have you, give these guys a call!!

Very easy to do secure business with. Sales rep Tennessa was a refreshing change with upbeat positive can do attitude. Very friendly and showed a genuine interest in her customer. Transaction was quick, secure, and easy to complete. Look forward to working with them and Tennessa again!

I had a good experience there. When I first went there they were short on staff. So they gave me a good time to come back and when I did everything was excellent. I hardly had to wait for the part that I needed. They are very pleasant people. I recommend them highly.

Great bunch of people. They know what they got and can get anything you want. Best prices in south west Ohio.I told them what I was looking for and when it come in they called. Got a much needed front clip from this car

Worst place to work at. You get paid nothing and people that make 15 dollars an hr make the same as people that make 20 an hr. Read that again. There is a huge health hazard with mold through out the whole building. Workers that work outside have to work hard. While employees inside get to play shoot at each other with air soft guns. And most the time do nothing but talk. They want the parts puller to pull the parts. Write down the stock numbers. Take pictures. Load the parts. Take them to the warehouse. Unloading all parts. Then the parts puller also has to do qc job. And put all the parts in the computer. Why would the parts puller be doing any of that in the warehouse when that s what qc job is for to look over all parts and put them in the computer system. This place is a con and they wan t you to do way more than you will ever get paid for all the weekends I gave up stayed when they needed was worth nothing. The over time was nothing I got paid 20 dollars a hour and barely brought home 600 dollars while employees that made 14.75 made over 500. The place is disgusting go in take a look for yourself osha needs to be involved. The water they supply you with is also in open containers huge health violation ..

Bought a used door for my SUV. They were very transparent about the normal imperfections in a 9 year old door. Raymond was very friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to shop for quality used parts. I love going with my boyfriend just to hang out. The place is very well organized. The staff are great too. Brian is always helpful with finding just what we need. Friendly, respectful and even puts up with our crazy humor. I recommend these guys to all my mechanic friends and the ones who just need to save a few bucks on part.

I had to get a lot of parts for my Jeep Terry was a great help throughout the process and very patient with me! I definitely can say I had great customer service from Terry and Richie! Even though I felt I was calling every other day Terry never gave me a hard time and was very helpful!!!!

Good experience for me. Richie I believe is who helped me. Found my part 1st time I called. Very nice guy. And I have a 25 year old vehicle. Of course I had to wait a few days for it to get to Ohio but hey I got it. Recommended. For the people complaining did you go here undr previous owners.? No no no!

i have used Grade A auto parts for several usee parts. They ordered my parts and they arrived the next day. My parts were in good condition and exactly what I ordered. The prices were great and the service even better. They answered the phone quickly we're polite and helped me locate my part. When I arrived the building was clean and the staff very nice The cashier was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Grade A Auto Parts.

I work for Watson Gravel here in Ross, Oh, needed an engine called and talked with Tennessa and she found me what i needed quickly. Gave me the price, and we bought it. She had it shipped arrived on the day she said it would. Installed the engine and truck runs like a dream. Tennessa is very knowledgeable, friendly. Highly recommend her.

Rich did a great job! I explained my radio that I wanted to replace and how it had Sirius XM. He understood and ordered me an exact radio replacement were two other salvage yards did not. Their pricing was fair and competitive and he let me know when the radio came into their location to pick up. Will buy again from them...

Office staff made us feel very unwelcome when we walked in, who was annoyed actually by our visit. Don't be fooled like us. They lied to us about their return policy. Refunds are only store credit as read on receipt after you pay.

I purchased a mirror from grade a, that was supposed to be there in 2 days. 2 mirrors later, 2 weeks later and 2 different, 1 hour round trips, I got my part. I paid for another part that was $40, for the mistakes they took $20 off the mirror. Eventhough very late it ended up working but i ended up not needing the other part. So 3 weeks later i go to return the other part, they took the money off the other part i had instead of the mirror. So i only got $20 out of the $40, i paid for, for the other part. I spoke to management that told me I was wrong! After the run around and mistakes, I didn't receive anything off the mirror! Not happy and this is bad business. The money isn't going to make or break me but it's the principle! They had no problem taking the money but don't want to make it right, that's on them. Beware of ordering parts from this company

Grade A is typically cheeper of all recycled vendors, and Richie is fairly quick to get back with me if parts are not acceptable. He will never send me a bad part and looks it over before it heads my way. Thank you for being so great!

I needed a part for my auto and was greeted with a warm smile and professionalism by Raymond who gave Superior Grade A service. Called looking for a bumper. They told us that they think they have it. We drive 30 minutes to get there and they charge us $2.00 per person to get into the yard to look, and require a phone number and birth date to get in. I started getting SMS spam while I was still in the yard. I knew I should have given a bogus number. They did not have the bumper. We walked out $4.00 poorer and an hour of travel wasted. But, hey, they made $4.00 for doing nothing! Sounds like a great business model if you rarely have anything of value. Just charge people to look around!

I had ordered a part over the phone for my 09 Silverado that had to be shipped to the store. When I came today to pick it up, I found it was the wrong part. Raymond in the Full Service center was very accommodating, checked the system, got assistance from Ritchie, and found the part I needed in their yard, even though I wasn't doing a great job of explaining the exact part.This is a part I've had a great deal of difficulty finding and I was very pleased to not have to keep digging to find it.Thanks to Raymond, Richie, and Charlie at the Dayton location for going above and beyond to help a customer.

Absolutely the worst used part buying experience I've ever had in 25 year of doing repairs. Full of excuses and empty promises (Terry).Tied up my lift for 3 days and then brought the wrong part. If you value your time and do repairs for a living skip this place altogether.

Don't even bother calling within 30 minutes of closing time. They won't answer. Recently sold me a Chevy engine that was so broken that it bubbled into the cooling system when cranking. And since it was paid for by check we have to wait weeks for a refund. Poor service for sure.
