Would NOT recommend going here. Had my hellcat worked on here months ago and initially everything was great. The estimator and I did the walk around of my vehicle, sent the quote to my insurance, and had me in the shop within days. Was told it should only take about two weeks. My car ended up being there for months, kept being told that they were finding "new issues" that weren't even wrong with the vehicle prior to it being there which gives me the impression that they broke things and tried to fix them. The inside of my car was returned in worse conditions than it arrived in as well as my front side markers of my car hasn't worked since receiving the car back due to possible damage to the wiring from them replacing the front bumper. Still haven't received a part that they supposedly ordered months ago. Communication was absolutely terrible had to call just to receive updates on my car even though I was told they'd call and give me updates. Overall, terrible experience and wouldn't recommend or be going here again.

They handled my car pretty quick. Responses were on point. Always trying to keep me updated. Car spent a long time there because of backorder, but they always kept me in the loop. Detailed and topped fluids. Overall a great experience

Did an outstanding job fixing my car after hitting a deer over the summer, not to mention they had me repaired before anyone else would have been able to inspect it. Will definitely return for any future needs

They had done great work in the past but my last experience could have been better.I made a mistake and damaged the left corner. That required some metal work and a new bumper cover. When the work was done the bumper fit wasn't great. I had to ask them twice to fix it and after the second visit there was an improvement. However, I also noticed a number of missing fasteners and the trunk lid bolts were loose. Overall, the car looks good, but they need to watch the small things. I'd give them 3 1/2 stars.

Cooperate helped out with compensation and made up for the employees at this location. I dropped off the car on August 19th. Estimated time of repair was August 27th. The job got completed on September 9th. Make sure you take pictures of your car before drop off because they will blame you for some of their mistakes. They had to use a heat gun to alter the new body part. The first picture is the left side of my car without the damage. The second and third picture is after the "repair", but notice how the part is not flushed like the first one. The last picture is after they use the heat gun to alter the part and it still didn't fix the problem. Highly not recommend this Gerber location, but try the one in Dayton. It seems like a lot of people like that location better than this one.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had appointment on a Monday for an estimate. Showed up and was told the estimate person called in, but they would take pics and send me an email quote once the person returned. Received a call the next day to reschedule the appointment that they said I missed. Explained that I did in fact show up and someone had taken pics of my car. Person said he would look into it. I hear nothing and call back Friday. Same person says the estimate is finished and acts surprised that I did not receive one. Assures me the insurance company has a copy but he will send me one.I wait until Tuesday and call the insurance company and to no surprise, they have not received an estimate either. At this point I am done with Gerber and schedule with a more competent body shop. I then receive another call from Gerber wanting to call the estimate - same lying person who hold me that the estimate was complete! Why would I think they would do honest work on my car??Service: Body & Trim

On the 10th of April I took my car a 2021 Ford Bronco to have some body damage repaired. When I arrived the lady at the front desk took very good care of me. Marylena McQueen notified Enterprise rental car and under 10 minutes they were there so I had a vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired. The manager Candy Johnson was very friendly as were everyone I came in contact with. I was quoted a finish date and it was done 2 days early. I was notified everyday of the status of my car and when it was finished, it looked like it did the day i drove it off the car lot. I am very satisfied with the repair and everyone was friendly and professional from Candy Johnson all the way down to the man that repaired the car. If I ever need car repairs in the future my car will go there. I will also let any friends or family that may need a vehicle repaired to take it to there. My car was over a week late because of staffing issues. I was told the painter got sick. The single painter in a body shop was sick. That seems like a horrible bottleneck. I dont know how long he was sick for but my car finish date was pushed back several times. Not due to parts but 100 percent due to poor planning on Gerber part. The quality of the work is fine and the estimater(matt?) is the absolute best part of going there. But the rest of the shop is enough to not have me come back ever again. The app/text are a joke. It just says your car is started and finished. It tell you no more information on day 1 as it does on day 15. Other body shops have sent me pictures and really kept us updated. This got a little long winded. Long story short. The work is good most of the people are good. But not hitting deadlines for me is a deal breakerServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My auto insurance directed me to use Gerber Collision & Glass and I could not be happier with the service they provided. They had great communication and I received text messages throughout the project letting me know about progress and expected dates. It was a bonus for me that in addition to being able to complete the cosmetic repairs on my vehicle they were also able to fix the internal components that had been damaged. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they completed the work on my vehicle! Overall it was definitely a 5 star experience!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My truck looks great and they took care of some other scratches I asked them too outside of the repair for a great price. Same day quick estimate and they worked directly with the insurance company. This company isLucky to have Don Back as a manager as he was very professional and keep me informed on every step through the process. I highly recommend them and to ask for him personally. I have used this business several times For car repairs over the years. I have always been more than satisfied with the work and the extra effort put forward for me. U liked that I got bi weekly updates on my cars status. The receptionist at the front desk,marylena is very personable and helpful.

I received the worst customer service, in a long time, from Gerber. I took my car in for an estimate, that went fine, but Gerber failed to send the estimate to the insurance company. The insurance adjuster contacted them three times and they told him the estimate was on the way. I called Gerber and the receptionist was very rude. She tried to blame the insurance company but I gave her the times he called. The whole time, the receptionist was trying to get me off of the phone. Needless to say, I went with another company. No problems!

I didn t have the rental car coverage on my insurance. My vehicle was in the shop for much longer than planned due to waiting on parts by GM and they provided my family and I a rental car free of charge so we could take a trip home! Once the parts came in within 24 hours I had the vehicle back!

I had just purchased my new lexus in August and some body backed into it. Naturally I was nervous that the repairs were gonna be not up to expectation. They actually went above and beyond what I was looking for. Not only did my paint match and look awesome ; unexpectedly the inside of my car was cleaned as well. Good job guys keep it up

I wanted to get my car work on at this location. Which I thought is would be convenient since my work is really close by. I make appointment on there website. I got there when sign on the front door say there hours are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays. At this point it look like there was plenty of staffing. Some women say we be with you when we are done with the morning meetings! I sat there until 8:15 am . When there was employees just act like no customers was waiting for assistance. Not sure why Gerber collision center open there door for business 7:30 if there busy in meetings unit 8:30 or so. Plus there website for booking appointment is not a useful tool. I got confirmation email and was told that no appointment was made. I ll be taking car my elsewhere.

Took my truck here as it was a preferred vendor for my insurance company. They had to sub the work out to beau townsend ford which wasn t a big deal. After getting the truck back I had issues with the transmission so called and got it back in under the warranty. They worked with me and got me set up with a rental and got another transmission in doing so they agreed to something beau Townsend didn t. My truck was done and sat for a month because they refused to work with beau Townsend on price on the contract they agreed to with Besslers and Beau Townsend was owed another 1200 dollars during this time I was told they wouldn t pay for my rental anymore and that they were responsible for making sure I have a vehicle while they fix and tried to hide their mess up. Now I m stuck with a rental car bill because they refused to pay 1200 dollars. If you like getting the run around and listening to a company blame everyone else for what they messed up then go here and be stuck without a vehicle while they try blaming someone else for their mess ups.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Bought a 2020 Grabber Lime Green Mustang a few months back. Didn't even make the first payment, and backed into a flipping parked car. Even with the sensors and camera. Such an idiot. Anyway, Gerber Collision took the car in on a Wednesday morning, had it done the next afternoon. Looks the same as it did before I Evil Kenievel 'd it across the street. They even washed the car, detailed the wheels, and cleaned the interior. Top notch if you ask me. Customer service at its best. Kelly was a great help through the whole process. I will definitely spread the word, and will keep them in mind when I decide to perform my next trick.Service: Body & Trim

To be fair I will say my car does look good. However, the BS we had to go through earns them 1 star. We dropped my car off on Sunday the 8th (called prior to make sure ok) was told it was and to be in at 9am on the 9th for our scheduled appt. (I didn't leave a key wasn't told where to leave one) Got a call at 730am on the 9th asking where we were with the key, well my appt wasn't until 9am. During the check in everything went fine, we went over what would be repaired etc and was told we would have the car on 9.12. 9.12 comes along and we are told wrong part was delivered so now it will be 9.13 ok no problem it happens on 9.13 the part was delivered wrong a second time and now it will be 9.16 I am getting a little frustrated at this point but ok. 9.16 rolls around get a text that vehicle won't be ready until 9.19 with no explanation, I received the message after hours so my husband called the next day (we had borrowed a friends vehicle and they needed back) to get the scoop we are told it is because yet again they have received the wrong part (mind you this is now the same wrong part 3 times) husband makes arrangements to pick up car until part is received. We have a $400 deductible owed. At no time do they indicate we must pay in full even though the car is not done for us to use the car until the right part comes in. So he makes special arrangements to go up and get car and then finds out, we offer to pay 1/2 the deductible since the car is not complete and are told "this is not Let's make a deal" and that people all the time pay in full for work not complete. Well I call BS on that because that would've been stupid on our part. We had to get something out of the back, so my husband goes to the car and finds an employees cell phone in the car charging and is livid by this point. We leave the car so it can be completed and receive a message at 4:50 on 9.19 that it is complete we live further away than that and I had no ride, so we picked up first thing 9.20 we received no apology for all of the delays or anything. We will not return and my insurance company will hear of this, since they recommended you.

I had just baught a car from carvana and there was some paint damage, carvana sent me here to have it fixed on them. Gerber employees were always very nice and understanding, they told me it would take a week but they were done a day or 2 early so that was nice. Overall I highly recommend

I called to bring my car in for repair, the guy that answered the phone was so extremely rude and nasty. The guy said he couldn't get my car in for an estimate till November and then when I told him it was an insurance claim and what insurance, He rudely told me that they don't do business with that insurance and he has no idea why id called him in the first place.... never in my life have I ever been treated like that from a business that you would think wants your business.

Don and Staff went way above what I expected. I came in with a door molding that was coming off to get an estimate to put a new one on. Don looked at it and said he didnt think it needed to be replaced. He asked if I had some time to hang out, and took my car back in the shop. When he came back up front, the molding was back on and they had washed my car too. They didnt even charge me. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

Do your self a favor and please dont take your vehicle at this placed, they are very un organized, your appointment well get push out and reschedule all the time, you have to call them constantly to check for status cause if you dont you will be waiting for a long time. and when you take your concern to the manager, its even worse, she is so unprofessional sarcasm, they made my wife with my baby crying cause hes hungry waited for more than two hours, they took may van for repair, drove it somewhere, used up all my fuel and never replaced it and never give my wife the rental car, i was out of town helpless with the setuation and when I call the maneger she give an attitude. So please....please...DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE...

I came in for an estimate because my insurance company needed an estimate to start a claim after I got rearended. I decided to come by for an estimate because it was close to my work and would have been a convenient place to get the work done. I was told that they wont even be able to give an estimate unless the insurance company assigns them to the claim. Laziness. Insurance told me they arent assigning anyone to the claim unless I'm happy with the estimate and the stated methods of repair that the body shop would be executing. So I went down the street to Trimb**** whom has a even greater review on google and they were happy to take care of me. Not only that, they even emailed the estimate to my insurance directly. I guess I should have checked the reviews first.

They overprice everything, had another estimate at 74% less cost on parts and labor. 42 hours to repair rear quarter panel, it took another garage only 3 hours and painted, right tools and skill helps.

Gerber gets you in quickly, works directly with your insurance company and my dealership on parts or labor. Anything you may have concerns about they will take care of it! Thanks to the folks (Candy & Don) at Gerber!

Haven't been there but called Jan 29th for an estimate on one of my cars and they said they didn't work on anything that old. Well I'm like "ok" it's your loss. Just never had someone @ a collision shop say that

Received an estimate and scheduled an appointment through the website. On the day of the appointment I was told that my parts were not ordered and the appointment was not for repairs but for an estimate which they wouldn t do since I had received an online estimate.
