I was shopping around looking for a new vehicle to lease as my current one was coming due in a few months. I stumbled across Evans Volkswagen in my search and decided to go look at some cars. While the dealership is a bit off the beaten path, this dealership gives the feeling of a small town, more personalized sales experience. The Assistant Sales Manager, Kris, was so accommodating to my needs. While I ll only have my vehicle for three years, I m very picky on colors and options and Kris helped me find the right Tiguan for me. Because of my distance from the dealership and the late time of day that I stopped in, Kris was able to help me do everything electronically and the dealership was even able to deliver the Tiguan to me at my home. Since getting my Tiguan, Kris was has reached out and has been more than willing to introduce me to my new Tiguan and show me all the features. I am so happy that I came across Evans Volkswagen as this has been one of the best buying experiences I ve ever had.

Purchased a new Cross Sport from Kris and had the best purchase experience ever. I drove from Charleston, SC for a specific model and trim package. Kris made the entire transaction a breeze. Every employee I interacted with are all 5 star. Josh Putnam, Adrian, and the Parts Manager were also a pleasure to do business with. I d recommend anyone drive 10 hours to visit this crew at EVANS.

This is our second Tiguan from Evans VW. My family has bought from Evans dealerships for many years and we have always had great customer service! Kris at Evans VW was AMAZING. She was so helpful and answered all my questions! I went from a 2020 Tiguan S to a 2024 Tiguan SE R-Line Black with her knowledge and help! It is literally my dream car!If you are even thinking of getting a VW, go to Evans and see Kris. She will take care of you just like you were apart of her family!

On my way home from work, I had a low tire pressure warning light come on. Even though it was after 5pm, Will Blevins got my car checked right away. I had unfortunately gotten a piece of metal in my tire. Will got me a loaner to drive and next day, my car was fixed. He & Cody are always so helpful. I really appreciate the wonderful service at Evans VW.

I purchased my ID.4 from Kristin (Kris). I found the vehicle on Cargurus and submitted an inquiry. Kris reached out to me immediately and from the start she was super easy to deal with and very attentive. I live nearly 7 hours from Evans Volkswagen and Kris made it seem as if I lived right around the corner with how easy this transaction was. She sent over pictures and videos and made sure that the had everything I was looking for. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you find yourself shopping with Evans, GET IN CONTACT WITH KRIS ASAP!!!!! Thank you all for helping facilitate this purchase. I drive a lot and have put over 10,000 miles on it since the end of September, I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!!

Went to Evans to get my 2012 Passat diagnosed for service. I ended up looking at a brand new 2023 Atlas. While just browsing the lot Kris a sales consultant came out and spoke with us. She was very helpful and informative on all the features and questions we had about the car. The sales experience was very smooth. I will definitely be using Evans in the future and recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new Volkswagen.

I had been shopping for a new car for months, after owning the same one for 12 years. The Atlas was the first one I actually liked. Kris was incredibly knowledgeable and informative on all areas of the car and made herself available any time of the day to answer all my questions. Evans was great to deal with and I look forward to many years in this vehicle.

Purchasing a new vehicle can be overwhelming, but Kris at Evans Volkswagen made it feel stress free and seamless! This was my first time buying a VW and she did a phenomenal job at explaining all the fun features of my new car (Taos), as well as the important safety features I will now be riding with. So I've had two very positive experiences with Evans VW. I purchased a Tiguan from Stephen Hatmaker a couple of months ago and, unfortunately, was involved in a wreck. I called Stephen again and he was absolutely professional and put me behind the wheel of another Tiguan. My family will go back again and again!The entire staff was very professional and made sure I was taken care of at every step of the way.

Zac Finnegan's customer service is second to none and is what customer service should be about. We bought our car from Evans specifically because of Zac. He's an irreplaceable asset to any company and was consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time. Our salesperson Kris did an amazing job. Took time to explain differences between different years and models before our decision and took the time after the sale to go over everything on the vehicle with us. She was very pleasant to work with and made the whole process enjoyable. Would highly recommend Evans and especially Kris!!

It s been a long time since I ve purchased a vehicle and was looking into the Atlas. Kris was very personable, professional, and made an otherwise overwhelming car search much easier and fun. I traded in a 2002 Buick Rendezvous for the 2024 VW Atlas SEL and it s like night and day. I didn t even realize how many bells and whistles it had, but pre- and post-purchase Kris went over it all which helped immensely, and expeditiously fixed a few hiccups along the way. The dealership itself is very nice and in a great location as well. Overall, Kris made buying a new car a great experience and I am very grateful for all her help. If you are looking for a VW, definitely go see Kris at Evans Volkswagen!

I highly recommend Evans VW. They were friendly and thorough. No pushiness or badgering. Shopping from another state can be difficult but not with Evans. They were fantastic to work with, from sending me complete pictures and videos to review the Tiguan from a distance, to being patient with me as I made the trip from Michigan. The vehicle was everything they said it would be. No disappointments or surprises.Which I did encounter at other dealerships. Stephen Hatmaker was great to work with! In a world that is lost to customer service, Stephen still has it. The costumer's happiness with their vehicle and their overall experience truly is his number one priority. Scott Evans was wonderful as well! He was kind and made me feel relaxed and comfortable, no stress at all! He also ended up saving me quite a bit of money! I m very happy with my purchase and when the time comes I will definitely be back!

When shopping with Kris, she kept telling us that Evans is a family. I now regret being part of this family due to lack of customer service. We bought a 2024 Tiguan and traded in another new vehicle. Nobody took the time to explain how the trade in process worked. After two weeks of our trade in not being paid off, both myself and my boyfriend reached out numerous times asking for finance. We left multiple messages and never received a call back. After we made a payment to our trade in finance company we decided we needed answers from Volkswagen. Kris who was phenomenal when buying the car told me since the check was mailed a week and a half ago, that it was in the other companies hands now. Being part of the family one would hope for more help than that. Numerous times my boyfriend and I both spoke to the receptionist. Evans manager if you actually read this, FIRE HER. We expressed our concerns to her. And she did nothing to help us. I explained to her how upset I was and why. I asked her to place me on hold and walk to her finance department and get someone to take the call. She said transferring you now ! The helpful gentleman that picked up the phone worked for the parts department. Kudos to him for having the best customer service that was experienced at Evans. I then called back, got the same receptionist, who still refused to do anything but transfer my call. I ve worked in customer service my whole life. If someone is upset I will move mountains to make sure they are taken care of. Apparently this receptionist doesn t feel the same. Finally I spoke to the Volkswagen finance guy. He finally took 5 minutes to explain to us how it works and what the process is. This is something they should have been went over when we purchased the car two weeks ago. So warning, if you re trading in a vehicle or calling expecting help from the receptionist, you will not receive it. Guess that s what you get these days when you buy a brand new $40,000 car!

First time purchasing a vehicle from Evans Motorworks in which we had the pleasure working with Kris. This was also our first EV purchase as we are leasing a 2023 ID4 S. Kris was awesome to work with, great personality, incredibly knowledgeable about the brand (VW) as well as the ID4. Very low pressure, "non-salesy" experience, understood my needs and presented the vehicle that met my needs. I was also introduced to Justin and Zack who were both very friendly and helpful. The finance part of the purchase was quick, and smooth which added to the positive experience. Kris's knowledge of the ID4 was tremendously helpful as reviewed all of the key points to the vehicle during the pick-up phase of the purchase. Finally, all of the ins and outs, additional info and available apps provided to us by Kris have been incredibly helpful for 1st time EV owners. Great experience all around! Will return when the lease is up!

Had an amazing experience with Kristin Rugg! She knocked it our of the park: 1) great personality, like if you bought a car from a cousin or something; 2) quick reply time, and 3) no BS negotiations. She got my wife this surprise belated-mothers day gift from initial phone call to my front step in <36 hours. She heard me out and my concerns from previous dealers, and she took my wants and needs seriously (well, what I knew my wife wanted lol). She also gave me an extremely strong trade in value on top of already having the cheapest Atlas SEL within 75 miles of me. All in all, I know the dealer and sales people have to make money, and it s a business, but it felt like more than numbers to us. It felt like a pseudo-family member helping me out to the max of her/the dealers ability. The difference between a bad dealer and a good one is a bad one wants you to simply buy their car, while a good one wants you to feel good about the transaction now and in the future. Highly recommend!!!!!

From start to finish could not of asked for a better experience from my Awesome salesman Steven who truly was my eyes and ears on the ground. I live 2 hours away and put total blind faith in Stevens opinion and it truly paid off for me. The car was more than I could of ever expected and he is a dedicated passionate person who came in on his birthday to deliver my car to me. Dealership staff was all beyond kind and grateful from arrival to our departure. You gained a long term customer thanks.

We love to do our research on things, so of course buying an electric vehicle was going to be an extensive process for us.. so we thought! We had read up a little before starting our journey to dealerships to see them in person and asking a millions questions to the sales rep. After many failed experiences at other dealerships, we found ourselves passing Evan s Volkswagen and decided to stop in. We were met with a huge smile and warming welcome from Zack.Our experience was next level! Zack s knowledge about the vehicle and electric vehicles in general was impressive. He was patient and listened. We did not feel rushed or forced. He created a safe space for us and our questions. No question was left unanswered and no question was a silly one either. I truly believe he would have stayed all night answering our questions if we asked!We fell in love with the ID.4. Todd and Scott were so kind and helpful. I ve never had someone tell me my time and understanding was a priority before signing paperwork.. and boy did they mean it! Customer Service was through the roof, my kids were even pleased with their experience while there. We love our car, but more importantly we loved our experience! We will definitely continue business here in the future when needed. Thank you all!

Kris Rugg was amazing to work with. I can to Dayton from Columbus as wasnt to happy with the sales people I was working with. She came recommended from my brother in law and was great. Great to work with and very easy going. The whole process was very easy and would definitely recommend her. She went above and beyond. I wanted a black tiguin r line black and she didn t stop until she found one.
