I had a great experience working with Stephen Hatmaker at the Evans Dealer Group. I was looking to get into a newer vehicle, but I wasn t sure what I wanted. Steven helped me narrow down my options and had the vehicles I liked pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Once I decided on a vehicle, the purchasing process went smoothly and I love my new vehicle!

I have previously rates this group a 1 star because of the lying service department telling me I "had to" do a 1,200 dollar repair that was absolute garbage and a lie. Bs that the dealership didn't reach out to me or even respond to that review. Instead it looks like they got it deleted because Google is asking me to review the same location, again. I would give this place an overall rating of 3 because where the service department and most likely management is awful I ran into a salesman who seems sincere in helping me find a new vehicle. Zach Johnson should be thanked for improving my review of your business.

Our visit started out fine. Corbin Sumner was very helpful and polite. However, Adrian blew the sale when he straight up called us liars. Just because he didn't believe the interest rate that our daughter got when she bought her car. He had the nerve to ask us if we had seen the paperwork ourselves. Rudely at that. Yes, we saw the rate. We were with her when she bought it. Not that that is any of his business. We could tell he was upset when we didn't jump to purchase it. That was when he got rude. We didn't like being pressured at all. We liked the vehicle but not the treatment we got. I can't say that we may not go back. But, if we have to deal with Adrian, we will not go back.

Big thanks to my man Hatmaker for helping us pick out our new addition, extremely helpful and answered every question I had perfectly. 11/10 I will be coming here for any future car purchases!

Big THANKS to staff at Evans Dealer Group for making it way too easy to buy my Audi A4!! Letting me take it home for the night before buying, to finding great local financing, to free car washes and more, it couldn t have gone better. I love my new car and would highly recommend Evans to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car.
