One of my favorite places to do business with. Wow. I've had several things done with this store. I was so impressed with their friendliness and attentive nature to my situation. Whether it was sales or repairs. Always upfront and straight forward with you. This place gets my: you don't want to pass this place up. You want to put this place first in consideration when you need tires or work done on your vehicle. You won't be disappointed! Wow!

Good shop. Seem to be good about not charging for something simple to gain business later. Also we're open to me getting tires elsewhere since they were so much cheaper and they would install.

Highly Recommend! Wound up with a screw in the sidewall of one of my tires. By God's grace, I was minutes from this DT and they kindly and efficiently got me squared away in no time - just over an hour from pulling in to leaving with two new tires. The manager, Caleb, went above and beyond in multiple ways - very impressed!!

This store is amazing! I bought wheels and tires here a few years ago and then on my own stupidity I put aluminum valve caps on the brass valve stems. They fused together and I couldn't get them off. Even though this problem was my own fault I took my car in and they replaced the valve stems at NO CHARGE!!! Aaron was awesome and that store has a customer for life!

Wait time sucked, but of course I had a conversation with a lady in the store who was also waiting. Thank you for listening miss lady Nice enough guys working here. They had a wheel and a tire in stock for my baby. Price wasn t bad, could ve been better, because I ve been going to discount tire loyally for like 20 years now . four stars cause I was there for like I don t know even how long I was there, and no free coffee but go get your tires here.

Excellent overall experience! I walked in to inquire about getting new tires for my van and ended up getting the work done on the spot and completed within an hour. Caleb and Morgan did a great job helping me while answering all my questions. I'll def be returning for all my tire needs!

Have been coming here for years and last Tuesday was one of the worst experiences I ever had I will not be returning I will find another tire shop to go to I went there on Tuesday only one person ahead of me took them 3 hours for a tire rotation and a balance when I get my car back my tires are vibrating down the road worse then what it was when I brought it in they did not balance them I don't know what they did but it's pathetic they have all new employees there and it seems to me as they have no idea what they are doing I would not even give it a one-star I have strongly recommended friends and family in the past and I will not anymore I will take my business elsewhere

My mom flowing my dad a loyal Griesmer Costumer. She 83 see a low tire goes to the closes shop Dis. Tire they fixed n 10 min bad tire valve = free no charge. I bought a front set, Grandson bought 4. They have our loyalty

Always a good experience in dealing with this location. I typically purchase tires and set the appointment online through their easy to navigate website. Staff is on top of it when it comes to communication and customer service. I ve had tires installed on several personal vehicles as well as commercial work vehicles for over 15 years at this location. I highly recommend them!

Buyer beware! I purchased 4 tires and 4 rims from this place ($2,100). I also purchased the warranty for all 4 tires.Well, one of the tires that was put on my truck had a confirmed manufacturers defect. They replaced the defective tire but charged me an additional $45 to put the warranty on the replacement tire.You tell me if I was sold a defective tire to begin with, why was I charged at all? Think about it this means I paid for 5 tire warranties but only have 4 tires. I m livid. They lost my business

Overall good service and helpful sales staff - longer than expected wait times.I was here over an hour past my quoted completion time (over 2.5 hrs overall, and they weren't even that busy).They recently implemented a text tracking system to help you keep track of where your car is - I love this idea, but unfortunately they don't keep it updated. It DOES tell you when the vehicle is finished, but it doesn't help you keep track during the service.Would love to see them be a bit more realistic in their time estimations. No one loves sitting in a waiting room for an hour longer than expected.

Dawson was amazing, We got a flat tire, changed it on the highway brought the flat into the store explained my situation needed it done quickly. I was amazed less than 10 minutes and then said there was no charge. I will buy all my tires from discount tire this store and this young man was amazing.

This is the only place we go for tires and we highly recommend it! The service is always amazing. Today, I took my vehicle in, and Jordan took care of me from beginning to end. He was so professional, and so nice. Wouldn t dream of going anywhere else.

Manager is a sleezy salesman who will do whatever it takes to make you spend a ton of money. Do research about the condition of your vehicle before going. Make sure not to let them tell you what you "need"

Great customer service, fast install service! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Great deal on tires too! They were able to replace 1 of mine on a road hazard warranty, even though it was pretty far along in treadwear. And gave me a killer deal on the 2nd tire, so it wouldn't be uneven on the rear end. This is my 2nd purchase from them, and I will always go back now! Thanks again for taking such good care of me

this manager has no morals at all, my friend broke down and they couldn't fix his wheel. he asked if he could let it sit untill tomorrow so he could take the wheel somewhere that could? and he told him to get the vehicle off the lot or he was towing it off the lot.then they drove it on a flat tire and ruined a 2000.00 chrome rim.SIR you are some kind of a human being for sure...you won't see my family's business anymore.and I will report this to the Brass.

These guys are the best. They ve been helpful with vehicles that I ve purchased tires for, and recently my sister in law had an issue with 2 tires that were not purchased from Discount Tire.They fixed the issue with no appointment in less than an hour, and had her back on the road FREE of charge.Tires were bought and put on at Walmart and they had messed up by not removing a sticker inside the tire, causing it to slowly lose air over a few days constantly.Thank you Discount Tire team!

During a roadtrip, we hit a massive pothole in Indiana and needed a new tire ASAP. Aaron and the rest of the crew were able to help us out at a moment's notice and provided incredible service while doing so. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Great experience, called the morning of to get an appointment and was told they didn t have the tires in stock but would have them in the afternoon. Tires showed up at 2pm and Caleb (who is fantastic) gave me a courtesy call letting me know they arrived and we were still good for 4pm. I got to my appointment at 3:55 and was out the door by 4:45. Very personable staff, clean facility and great prices. Discount Tire has my business from here on out!

Understaffed and takes too long for service. You can see the frustration in the employees faces and they make comment about being busy. I purchased tires here about 1 year ago and they ve leaked since they were installed. I ve been back a few times for this, put air in myself several times at home too. They said it was the valve stem, it was a screw, it s my wheels and I need new wheels. This never happened with my old tires! My truck is from 2016 and the wheels are fine. I m so tired of this. Never again!

I had an appointment to fix a flat tire. They were really busy but still got me out of there in about an hour, and they plugged my tire for free. That's why I buy my tires there! Good job Discount Tire!

If you're looking to replace your tires, or need tire repair these are the people you must see. They are honest and very knowledgeable. Aaron (manager) is a master at what he does.They have a massive inventory of tires. You won't find that at Costco, Walmart, or Sam's club. They even price match. I was able to buy Michelin tires for Costco prices. The buying process was seamless. There's a big difference between Discount Tire and all the other tire places.I tried to make an appointment to have my tires installed through Costco, but they never answered the phone. They never answer the phone. I kept leaving messages. Costco never called me back.Try dealing with Walmart or Sam's club. It's the same outcome everywhere you go. Discount Tire answers their phone. Every time I had a question or concern, they were readily available.I scheduled my appointment when it was convenient for my schedule. Most of the time, you have to take whatever appointment is available.My appointment was at ten. Any time you get your car serviced, there's going to be a wait. It's inevitable. Discount Tire got to work on my vehicle at ten and finished by 10:35 am. I was shocked. They are super fast. And professional. Costco cannot compare. No retail store can compare.Discount Tire earned my business for life.

This is my second time here. First time was to install 4 brand new tires. Install was fine, no issues with tires. The issue was, it took 2 hours to get it done.Now I'm here a few months later for a free rotation. Same problem. Appointment scheduled at 3pm, I get here at 2:45pm, and currently it's 4:10pm and my car is STILL in the parking lot. This will be my last time here.
