I cannot describe how happy we were to come back to white Allen. This was totally last minute decision which turned out to be very well worth it. Stan our sales guy is the best . He is so layed back and easy to work with . Victor the finance manager was the best most transparent deal maker , deal getter, closer. This guy was awesome to work with.. we got the car we wanted with the payment we wanted and last second got a free tv with deal . I will definitely return for my future purchases to white Allen Volkswagen in Dayton Ohio

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wes was happy to help me get the estimate I needed fast and efficiently. The price was fair, I was able to submit my claim and get payment authorized in a matter of hours. Will report back once all work is completed!

I drove 4 hours from PA to come trade my car in with Erik! Best encounter buying a car ever! He made the process so easy to understand with my trade in. When you buy a car from White Allen call Erik and he ll work his hardest to make sure you leave with the car you game here looking for!

A sensor went bad on my truck and I was told over the phone that it would be 2.5hr install and to drop it off at 8:20am.. I drop it off, waited about 4 hours and called to check on the status of my truck. Tracy tells me that the tech was on lunch and she would call me back in 15-20 minutes. I get a call back from Tracy about 2hrs later (6hrs after I dropped it off) telling me that the tech is about to start the diagnosing..So what was supposed to be 2.5hrs has turned into 6hrs, and they havent even started the diagnosis yet.If you need work done on your chevy in a timely manner, id strongly suggest not taking it to them.Editing for an update:I brought in the sensor, told them what was wrong with it, it took them 2 days to "diagnose" and then charged me 490 bucks to install a 20 dollar sensor.DO NOT USE WHITE ALLEN.

I bought my 2020 Silverado about 6 months ago from white Allen, and roger daniels . The process was easy . I was kind of scared to buy a diesel but roger said they have improved them .Thanks again for your help .

My grandmother has been shopping for a car for the past few days due to covid she s scared to go to the dealership in person (the last time she bought a car seat belts where extra) she and I sent a ton of messages to the Facebook page and Regina Whitenack was so helpful, patient, and understanding she answered every question we had in a timely manner it has been a real joy to work with her.

Do not recommend. If your car is under warranty be prepared for a quick exit. If not under warranty, they will find A LOT that needs work.

They give mea price and I pay the parts and when the job was done I paid the rest. They try to charge me more. Whicj I didn't appreciate it.
