Don t go here unless you want to get sold a lemon engine went out one month after purchasing it took 7 weeks to get it back not even six months later the engine goes out again been sitting down there for three weeks today being told there s 9 other cars before mine and looking at another 4-6 weeks!! Collin from service is nothing but down right rude voicemail stays full can t leave a message!! This place needs to be shut down for taking complete advantage of people!! Shame on you Byrider!! Not to mention my sunroof that was leaking a week after I bought it now pours into passenger side every time it rains there s a puddle 2 inches of water.. they won t fix it.. told me it my problem!! Now it s not only a continued engine problem.. it s a mold problem.. they have you sign a paper that you are not aware of signing fraud states that you will not take any legal action against them so no lawyer will take your case.. the only option you have is to continue to contact the Ohio attorney general!!

I came in with no car & left with a nice ride. Everyone was super cool and very helpful. Great cars and better atmosphere. Jeff was a dream to work with also. He made going through the process easy and quick. I highly recommend Byrider, Dayton. I'm impressed & cannot thank them enough. Appreciate you guys!

The staff at Byrider was absolutely amazing!!! Especially Jeff he went above and beyond to get us financing everyone else told me it wasn t possible but I am living proof that it is. Jeff is the best in the business no doubt about it he is friendly cares about getting you in a car that fits your budget and your family Thanks Jeff you are number 1 by far!!!!

I came here in a rush leaving my last dealer ship having to return the car after three weeks because it had a blown engine. I spoke to Jim over the phone and he reassured me over and over how he would love to help me and get me on the road today. The process was fairly easy mostly just waiting on answers. Jim was AMAZING and held true to his hopes of having me in a new better car the same day. He gave me every single bit of information I needed and help tremendously with warranty information I am so happy I came here today!!

Jeff is an amazing person. He got me into a SUV like I was wanting to get and stay til after 9 filling out the paperwork. He was so patient with me when I was test driving a couple cars on the lot. After everything was said and done I got to walk away happy. I would recommend to anyone needing a car to come here and no where else. Customer Service is number 1! This was actually my second car I got from them and I still own my old car. I will continue to send my family and friends!

The guy at the front desk was really nice. I m sure I got on his nerves with all the questions I asked but he still was very patient with me. The service guys fixed my car and I had several things wrong with while I waited. They checked in with me every step of the way. I don t know what other people issues were but every time they have serviced my car, it s been a great experience.

I'm only giving 4 stars due to the fact they had my vehicle for 8 weeks putting a new engine in. It's a huge inconvenience when they don't give out loaners. Otherwise, I'd give them 5 stars.

I would give them 5 stars but I simply cannot. My husband had our car up there to get a new wheel bearing. It was up there for 3 days, we went to get it after the three days and not even a day later the exact same wheel bearing is bad again. So our car is unsafe to drive I just would love to have it fixed properly and not have to worry about my family s safety.

Jim and the manager are very nice, knowledgeable, and they will help you as much as they can! I definitely recommend giving it shot when you are ready to purchase your next vehicle especially if you are in a bind like I am! They are amazing to say the least!!

A go to place when you have no options and are ready to get a loan worth WAY more than your car, get a mandatory warranty that they will use after they repo the car to fix it and sell it again. Hard to recommend to a desperate person because the cars aren't great and the loan will be worse. They exist because there will always be desperate people to take advantage of

They are so awesome. The timing was incredible it only took 2 hours and I was driving off the lot in my dream car. I got a 2017 Hyudai Elanta and I've been wanting one since I was in high school. So thank you Jeff and the onther guy. Y'all were both very nice.

Jim Maple did an awesome job getting me into a car throughout the week. Despite my recent hardships i was able to get a brand (new to us) car for my family just in time for the holidays. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a car AND simultaneously build their credit as well

Jeff was absolutely fantastic! I came an hour before close, kinda desperate for a car, and he made it happen! He pushed finance through and stayed after closing to make sure I left with a vehicle! Highly recommend!
