If I could rate this place a zero I definitely would! Never had a bad experience here until almost two weeks ago when my husband went through the wash and his windshield was smashed in by the brush and the hood and roof of the car dented in. I was told that they wanted to see how much the estimate would be before submitting it to their own insurance to determine if they wanted to pay out of pocket. When the incident occurred the owner came up to the establishment and never stated he was the owner. He told my husband and I that the manager would handle it and it would be paid for. I spoke with a worker the next day who told me the manager was out until June 13th and that we spoke with the owner of the car wash the day day before. I definitely wouldn't recommend going here and I definitely don't feel like NationWide is on my side right now. To sum this up they wouldn't give us who they were insured by and nationwide has taken 13 days to find it. I would never return here again.

Nice little car wash.they prep your car good, before it goes into the wash which actually uses brushes came all clean then you have free vacuum service. They do a great job recommend them I will definitely return.

I paid $14 for a wash and tire shine but didn't get the tires done and no one was around to tell. I went there bc they scrub your car before it goes through, but no tire shine and only two vacs and hire price, I won't go back

Best Carwash in Dayton .According to me lol. But Seriously! It s always spotless once we run it through. The young guys working in there are always nice and friendly as well. It s worth the ticket.Check them out!

5 stars are not enough.. I have only one issue I pay for a complete clean, and last 3 times no tire shine. No complaining, just an issue. Thank you Butler. See ya soon. God bless them boys in this cold weather

I came to have my car washed. I chose the 17 dollar wash and got 3 dollar added wax. I was asked about doing the express detail service for an additional 41 dollars so I thought I'd give it a shot. I went through the wash and upon exiting I took a look at exterior it was clean but for the most expensive wash certainly not the best I've had from an automated car wash. The tire shine was pretty poor as well and the car is not dried very well so alot of excess water is left. After exiting the wash I was confused about where to go for express detail service as there are no signs and no inside waiting/office area. I went around to entrance of auto wash and there are two entrances, I asked the guy where I should bring my car and told me to pull around. When I pull up and exit the car neither of the two guys says anything to me, no greeting no direction nothing they just get to work. I asked one guy if there was a waiting area and he pointed to a desk and chair about 2 feet away and said that's the waiting area. It's an old worn out desk chair at a crappy desk with someones taco Bell launch and some electronic equipment. This experience alone is enough to have me never return. Two guys worked on the car and did a pretty decent job . Overall I'm happy with the outcome and for a total of 61 dollars I think I got my money's worth bit they really need to work on customer service and getting a better waiting area.

Beautiful Sunday afternoon and above freezing weather. Cars are filthy, gate is open, and the car wash is closed. People pulling in turning around and going to the new car wash on Needmore where cars are sitting out in the street waiting to be washed. Gotta make hay when the sun is shining

We trust this wash. They have done a good job with no issues for the 5 years we have gone there. Its clean and grounds are well cared for as is the equipment. We pass 2 other car washes to get there and will continue to use them

A good wash on the van with the basic $7 wash. I liked the free vacuum. Reason for a 4 out of 5 is because the hose for the vacuum could be a little longer. Barely reached the passenger seat. Otherwise good wash and they did some prewashing and scrubbing.

Butler Auto Bath did a really good job washing my truck. I like that they offer free vacuums for paying customers. "I think they should have a couple more though" Even on a slow day, it can be a challenge to get in to use one. I will be using them again, it's 100% better than the one up the street at the gas station on Benchwood.

I've been to others but always come back to Butler. They have a true spot free rinse. Other places leaves spots on my car. People should also tip these guys. I usually do.

Best car wash in town. Cleans thoroughly. Yesterday the wax didn't come on but the manager was great. He sent me through again as he walked next to vehicle to make sure it worked.

These young men do a great job I've been to all the other car washes in the area And they don't stack up to Butler auto bath The first car wash Where they did not miss a spotTip them young man they do a great job.

I go here all the time, usually for a basic wash (nothing extra) and am always happy, but this time I decided to splurge and get a simoniz hot wax. I never saw any wax be applied? Did I just waste $2 or is the wax somehow applied during the spin brush section?Can anyone explain the process as I want to give butler auto bath the benefit of a doubt before I get upset.Thanks

Convenience of fast drive-thru wash but not the best wash. Employees are a bit rough dropping the wood handles on car. The free vacuuming is a nice plus however.

I like this carwash and they detailed my sons car. Had a little miss in communication but in the end all worked out. Someone's attitude keeps this rating where it is.

Used the dog wash. Last year when I used the dog wash it was great. Yesterday when I went in everything was broken. The lead that clips on the collar and the sink was laying broken. The actual water nozel system was not working. There were bottles of all the different things the sprayer is suppose to dispense sitting on the sink. Half the sprayer isn't working. So very little water coming out. Took forever to get the soap off my dog. It was so bad that it took 4 minutes just to rinse and clean the sink when finished. Seems to me no one is at all concerned with maintaining the equipment at this place. Save your money and your time. Wash your dog at home.

Love this car wash. Car very clean undercarriage as well. Blower very well, free vacuums. I will be back. 5 times so far

They are fast and they also have a vacuum for paying customers. The down fall is my car is damp when I leave. I advise the people who visit to bring a towel.

Nice place to get a quick wash. At the end of the wash they should allow the blower to go longer or have someone to wipe off excess water
