The old reliable this place has been here. My whole life can always count on them. They usually have everything I ever need great prices super respectful, super friendly, and they will go above and beyond to help you most certainly unless you got your car in pounded other than that they can t help you lol.

I bought a transmission and a transfer case from them, when I purchased the transfer case a few months before the transmission they helped me carefully load it in the suv and this time the guy was in such a rush he flipped my transfer case over off the towel I had it laid out on so it wouldn t leave and then flipped the transmission in there smashed my plastic covering my speaker in a car I just paid $30,000 in cash for I get 20 minutes down the road and my seats and my floors are drenched in transmission fluid. My family owns law firms in Dayton and in Xenia I will be suing them as soon as possible! Even if I don t get anything out of it your company is still paying attorney fees, my attorneys are free! I ll drag it out as long as I can!

I needed a rim for my car and saw they had some at their website.I went there and told him what I needed and his guys found the exact replacement for my car. Him and his employees were polite and professional plus he deducted $25 from the list price because it had a slight dent that didn't affect its use. Thank you, Busy Bee.

Didn't seem to want to give the car back. They tried everything they could to stall and keep from releasing my brother's car. They even made up an excuse as to why he couldn't get it out the same day it came in, so when he came back the next day they had added more to what he needed to get it out. If you can avoid this place I urge you to do so.

I would just like to say the man that owns this place is so unprofessional he charged me damn near 5$ for a copy or my receipt and then anther 5$ to use my card but they clearly have a note on their window stating that you need to spend a minimum of 10$ I order to use a card and not be charged and let s not even bring up how expensive they are so not that s 65$ for a tail light, 5$ for a peice of paper and then 5$ to use my card what kind of highway Robbery is this !

Was not impressed at all with them. If I could give them a half star I would. Called them first about a headlight and was told they had a good one after they went and supposedly gone and checked it and called me back. Drove from Springfield to them only to get there and the headlight had broken tabs and hold downs.Would not recommend them nor will I go back to them for any parts ever again.

I need ONE wheel cover. Sounds easy right? Uuuhhh no BUT..."Jerry" luckily answered the phone today to help me! I got a beautiful new/used Accord and now it will be complete! Thanks so much for your help and kindness!

Honest hardworking people. More than fair prices on good used parts. The owner even let me use some of their tools. A little slow but that's because they are busy and a little understaffed but that's a good problem to have.

I m from Massachusetts and the junk yard/auto parts places there you are free to walk around and then checkout as you leave. Unfortunately that s not the case here, and as I walked in and explored nobody greeted me telling me that I had to have a guide until toward the end of my findings I was stopped by a worker and was ubruptly told to get off the property. Planned on making some good business with them, but unfortunately I ll have to find somewhere else more hospitable.

I would give zero stars if I could.You prey on people that were already preyed on and then make them pay you to be preyed on again.. Your business practices are very poor..

was driving down north Dixie behind one of the flat bed, about 5 mins ago and no warning or anything they just turned into the laundry mat by George's, I'm wondering if this is how they get people to use their service? just slam on breaks and turn with no warning or using a turn signal! I almost rear ended them with my 7 month old in the car!

This place engages in legalized theft. My car was stolen, and recovered by the sheriff, who had Busy Bee towing tow the vehicle less than 2 miles to their junkyard. I went the next morning to look at the vehicle, and they claimed there was a police hold on it. I contacted the sheriff and the detective on the case who both said there was no hold, after a weekend of trying to get it figured out, and having the police call them yesterday, and again today, after they claimed there was still a police hold, they are claiming the bill to be $460, which is more than the car value in it's condition. It was bad enough having the vehicle stolen by some faceless POS, but these people smiled in my face as they were stealing this car. This car was my brother's, and wound up in my possession after he was killed in action in Afghanistan. It's only value is sentimental, and this company is taking advantage of the misfortune of a veteran an their deceased brother.

In the Dayton area for a funeral and called looking for a replacement rim for my daughter's 2013 Focus .. spoke to a very helpful gentleman who also helped us find the salvaged Focus on his lot and the rim .. also a shoutout to Poling's Auto Parts in Troy who helped me find the rim at Busy Bee's .. if you are in need of auto parts in the Dayton area, please call Busy Bee's and Poling's and they will be happy to help you.

This is the worst junk yard I have ever been to. I called ahead to see if they had the starter I needed, they did. Service over the phone was fast. I arrived here at 1:15pm, it's now 2:43 and they "have no clue where the guy that they sent to get the starter off is at in the process." IT'S THREE BOLTS. Back to the guy taking the starter off; the guy that we worked with, walked in after 20 mins and said, "oh i got someone taking that thing off for you." Never am i ever coming here again.

I'm rather bias since they towed my car and charged me $200 for storage for less than 12 hours. When I picked up my car they were nice enough people everything went pretty smoothly

Very convenient, we needed a notary to witness title exchange on the recent car buy.. busy bee is always helpful and reasonable. $5 for this service.. thank you !

This auto parts and towing company has existed in the area for as long as I can remember it's family owned and operated everyone is always friendly prices are pretty dam good if you ask me and I can't think of a time I've called them in they didn't have what I was looking for!

Large selection. Good prices. Service was slow. Just over a 4 hour wait. Only to be told they couldn't sale me the part because they could not get it out!

Don't waste your time with Busy Bee. Low rung of salvage yards complete with goober employees. Be prepared for an endless wait while they search for your part. Amazing they're still in business.

The business doesn't look like much but as a do it yourselfer I find this place and it's people very helpful in having and getting the parts I need in fair condition and fast. Definitely a mans land type of place. A mechanics or do it yourselfers disney land not recommended for those who don't know how to get their hands dirty.

I went there to clean out my car after an accident and the wait was a little long but not to bad the 3 men that helped me was awesome they did everything they could to help me get the stuff out of there and they didnt have to I appreciated it so much he even helped me get my plates off :)

Awful service! They damaged our car and when we called to complain they got rude and said oh well then accused us of cursing them when it was the other way around. We have never received such bad service anywhere else. Reporting to the BBB!

Nowhere really to park where you could park broken pieces of plastic that could damage your tires. And when you're leaving you have to check traffic or else you get hit. And the parts are used. But got the part for cheap
