Desperately needed an m340i earlier today. Evans BMW and Daniel helped get me into one.Recently began my search for an m340i. They're really tough to find so I looked pretty far outside of my area. I love outside of Cincinnati, over an hour away, so I was skeptical at first with working with a dealership that wasn't local to me.Regina and Daniel both made the experience the best they could. Because of the distance, they were happy to send photos and even videos of the car. They were responsive and actively engaged in helping me, even though it was through a series of calls and texts.I traded my beautiful 23 X5 in for something much more fun.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Specifically Stephen (in sales) and Daryl (in service) are the stand outs at this dealership (do yourself a favor and ask for them!!). They truly are THE reason I m writing this review because they have gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me after buying a used BMW here. They have had so much patience, kindness, and have gone the extra mile MULTIPLE times to make a few hiccups with my car right at no extra charge to me. If it weren t for these two gentlemen my experience would have been entirely different. Thank you thank you thank you!

This was the most incredible car buying process, I was looking to purchase my Dream Car a BMW X5 M50i I was looking for "The One" and there came James to make it possible! I don't live in the area and James Frye was incredibly helpful in helping me get my dream vehicle, He went above and beyond and did everything he could to help me out, from the buying process to arranging transport and delivery of the vehicle to making sure everything was done with Evan Motor Work Touch! and even making sure it would be everything and more once I took delivery He was attentive to all my questions, made himself available even on a Sunday or his day off and helped me work through the whole process and made it feel so easy, I can't thank James enough for all the help in getting in this amazing car! So grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him! Also the Whole team at Evans Motor Works are extremely helpful and knowledgeable from Zack Field to Scott in (Finance)! I will definitely recommend Evans Motor Works to all that are in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle! Thanks to the Evans Motor Work Team!

With our family, expanding my wife and I decided that we needed a new vehicle that could safely and comfortably fit all of us. After weeks of searching online for a vehicle, I remembered my friend and former coworker Steve Hatmaker, worked for Evans Motorworks.I gave him a call and he sent me a link with multiple vehicles that fit our budget and met our needs. We found a vehicle that we liked set up a time with Steve and came and looked at it. It wasn t what we were looking for. He proceeded to show us two other vehicles that were not yet on the website. The first was nice but the mileage and the year of the vehicle weren t exactly what we were looking for. He then pulled up a 2018 Ford Explorer. Beautiful! All black interior, enough seats and space for everyone with all the bells and whistles. We couldn t have been happier.We test drove, did paperwork, and brought it home!!! It is the perfect vehicle for my wife and kids. Our monthly payment is a little higher than I wanted but we have a quality vehicle that meets all of our needs so paying a little more is worth it.Steve and the Evans Motorworks of Dayton staff, thank you for your time and help in our time of need. I had a great experience with the purchase of my certified X5. I found the car online and began working with Regina. She helped answer some initial questions for me and setup a time for me to meet with Stephen Hatmaker to drive the car. They also held the car for the weekend as I was out of town. When I arrived the car was detailed and ready to drive. Stephen was great and the buying process was quick and easy.

Go see Stephen Hatmaker for your next car buying experience! Stephen was great from the time I walked in the dealership until TODAY (Ive had my car for over a month), and yes He is still in communication with me making sure I m satisfied. Stephen is a very respectful, down to earth, no pressure, motivated Salesman. He will do his best to get you in the car you want at the price you want, He is a great representative of Evans Motorworks. Overall I am very pleased with Evans as a dealership and impressed by their car buying experience and follow up customer care. So much so I am currently talking to Stephen about putting my family member in another car. Highly Recommended!

All I can say is Wow !! What a phenomenal car purchasing experience I had at BMW of Dayton. My Solution Specialist, Daniel Cooper, is the greatest! He listened and assisted me in building the exact 430i of my dreams! From the initial build to final delivery, Daniel kept me informed throughout the entire process. (And I ask a lot of questions, and kinda make last minute changes via text!) BMW of Dayton is my new go-to dealership. If you re looking for a seamless and pressure-free car purchasing experience, I highly recommend Daniel Cooper as your Solution Specialist! For my military family, BMW of Dayton offers nice military discounts!

Great experience with BMW of Dayton (Evans Motorworks)! I live halfway across the country but found a pre-owned BMW online that I was very interested in. I contacted the team at the dealership, and they were very responsive. Since I was buying from out of state, I naturally had a lot of questions about the car. They took the time to answer everything, and Stephen was especially helpful. He offered to pick me up from the airport to bring me to the dealership to close the deal. When my flight was delayed by several hours (arriving after closing time), Stephen still picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel. He came back in the morning to take me to the dealership, where I was in and out in under an hour. Very smooth transaction. Thanks Stephen and the team at BMW of Dayton! Love my BMW convertible!

Had my vehicle serviced at this location and they were great to work. Service manager even helped to arrange delivery of my vehicle to our house when I couldnt get there to pick it up. Great people to work with!

I'm very happy with the purchase of my first BMW. James Frye was great to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process go smooth.I've enjoyed doing business here and will definitely return when I'm ready for my next vehicle. I received a great price on my X3 and I'm happy with the amount they gave on my trade in. The buying process was quick and easy! I also love all the great perks included with purchase!

Daniel and Scott at the Miller Lane BMW Dealership were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in helping us with the purchase of our beautiful new BMW. My wife and I came in to buy a car, our salesman was Zach Finnegan. He was fantastic. Went above and beyond my expectations. We had also brought our son with us, and he ended up loving Zach too. He was so patient and nice with our son. The paperwork was fast, we were in and out. Wonderful experience

Amazing service as always. Purchased my dream car ( 2022 x3X3 M40i ) and it was a stellar experience. From the service technician, to the parts department, to the sales team, this BMW dealership is far superior than any other I visited during my search. I shopped Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville and Indianapolis and Evans is the best within the tri-state area. Def consider then as the first option if you're in the market for a new car, you won't be let down!

Daniel and the entire staff at BMW of Dayton have been fantastic to work with. I've dealt with them twice and will continue to work with them for any BMW needs. Daniel was awesome! Allowed me to test drive to my house so my wife could come along for the ride. Was knowledgeable on all the questions I asked and was patient with my wife and answering her concerns. I was really concerned on the warranty and service plans and Daniel put me at ease with the explanations and addressing my concerns. Highly recommend anyone in the Dayton area looking to buy a BMW seek him out. Went back today to sign some paperwork and after doing so Daniel sat with me and went over some things in the BMW app pertaining to setting up services as well as BMW accessories that I might be interested in purchasing in the future. Finally, he pointed me in the right direction to a reputable business to get my windows tinted. In a couple years I ll be in the market for a 7 series and will first seek him out to help me with the deal and get me behind the wheel. Finally, Nate did an awesome job helping me connect my phone to my car as well as showing me how all the functions worked. Semper Fi!!

I just had the best experience buying my dream BMW. The dealership all worked together for my purchase but Daniel Cooper was my sales professional, and he had all of the answers to all of my questions, very knowledgeable. He owns a BMW not just sells them, that should tell you that he beleves in what he is selling. Nick who was my BMW genius took as much time as I needed him to to go over how all of the settings and functions of my car worked! Scott was my finance expert and he was thorough and expedient! What a great team, Daniel & Nick! Ask for Daniel and you will get the greatest experience buying your new BMW!

I just came to look with no expectations to buy, but Orlando helped me find the perfect car for my family. The whole team is so personable and accommodating. The VIP perks are awesome! My favorite is free car washes every Saturday morning. I don't think I could ever go to any other dealer in the future.
