The best automotive repair shop around. I had a used car serviced for my 16 year old son. There was many repairs that needed done. They had the car done in a day. It runs and operates smoothly now. I use them for all my repairs on my other vehicles now and it is the same quick and friendly service. They have never overcharged me and stand by their work. Highly recommend!!

Lying, thieving auto shop. Take these good reviews like a grain of salt.Dude was supposed to change my entire clutch assembly on my car. First of all, charged $1300!!!! Beyond that, he put in an absolute piece of junk clutch not even sure he changed it. Taking it soon to get it looked at to see if he did change it, or if he bought the cheapest piece of junk he could find.I would say a lot of times reviews tell a good story, but this place doesn t deserve a 4.7.

Chris is kind and honest. My car is running better on gas and it's so quiet after getting the timing chain replaced before I had any issues. I appreciate his honesty to prevent losing my car in the future. The front desk guy was also great to work with! I appreciated that they answered all my questions with respect. I would go back.

Always take your car for a second opinion after these people! Took my new car knowing what I needed replaced and it was spark plugs. Guess they thought they could convince me otherwise and tried to convict me I needed a whole new engine!! Definitely did not!! Took it somewhere else and got the parts that actually needed fixed. And guess what I did not need a new engine in my NEW car. Almost costed me $8000! Never taking a car there again

The only place I'll take my car!! Staff is knowledgeable, kind, and have never overcharged me for service. If there were 10 stars, they'd get all 10 from me.

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and no Stealership overhead! I use them personally and professionally and have sent many friends and family who have all been happy. Including Tesla tire rotation and service!

My wife and I were traveling across the country and stopped in Dayton, Ohio when we realized at the gas station that my fuel door would not open. We drove around town and were recommended we go to B&D. They were able to get my car in immediately, diagnose the problem and get the door open in about 30 minutes! It was a life saver! I would highly recommend B&D based on our great experience with them helping us with an unexpected problem. Thank you!

$130 to read my codes and "fix" my battery connection. They "disposed" of my factory battery clamp that was missing a nut and replaced it with a ziptie. 0 stars really in my opinion.Service: BatteryService: Battery

We were driving through on a road trip from NJ to Oklahoma, when our 2012 Tahoe started having mechanical issues. We found B&D Automotive based off of other reviews. We got to the shop before they even opened, and were greeted by warm friendly faces. Chris was very informative, with very fair pricing, and worked quickly to get us back on the road. In less than 2 hours, they had the problem diagnosed, parts ordered and in, and us back on the road. Great job guys. Chris, Dalton, and the rest of the team, we thank you.

B &D Automotive, (formally G-Tech Automotive), is an awesome auto repair shop!First and foremost, they are honest and fair as far as cost is concerned. I have used them for all my auto repair needs for years and have recommended them to friends & family without hesitation. They have all had a great experience with these guys. I started using them for my vehicle repair needs when they were still G-Tech, and they were great then as well. I continue to use them and the new owner and his staff are just as honest, fair, and knowledgeable as before. Simply said, this is a top notch place and with a top notch staff!

I had my motor blower replaced here a year ago, finally got ahold of someone to speak to after leaving a few messages over they year. The blower would come on for a few days then go back off. It has done this both cold seasons now. I talked with someone today that seemed like he was talking in circles I m not sure if he knew exactly what he was saying because I sure couldn t figure it out. ( i m not a mechanic either though so) but long story short it cost me over $300 one year ago to not get my motor blower fixed and they expect me to pay over $300 again this year and there s no guarantee they re gonna actually do their job this time. So it is what it is. I m out the money but go here with caution. You have been warned lol

These guys are amazing. Always willing to help. Honest, trustworthy, and dependable. When ever we're having vehicles issues, this is our spot.Located at the corner of Miller Lane and Little York Rd.It's always hard to find somewhere we can trust. Will I get ripped off? Will they try to take advantage of me?All you'll find here is respect.They have always been straight up with us. What we need. Things we need to look out for. And above all, they way they treat us personally.They don't try to just upsell you. They make sure what you need is taken care of.Great work and always in a timely manner.Our families trust these guys, and that says a lot.If there was a star above 5, I would give that to them as well.

I only gave it 3 stars because I wasn't the one who had work done on my vehicle, my mother did. That being said...she hasn't had any problems with the work they performed on the front end of her SUV that I'm aware of so I can't really say either way if I think they're good or not! Someone there looked under my dashboard for the box that they hook those little machines to in order to give you codes about what needs repaired on one's vehicle and that person said the piece under my dashboard wasn't even there just to find out at pep boys that it IS there! In his defense, though, a different radio, as well as a remote starter, was put in my car before I bought it and the wires under the dash are pretty jumbled up down there so I'm sure that's why he couldn't locate the piece he was looking for.

This place is a great business! We were on our way out of town and our car had an issue, we googled the nearest place and this was it, we stopped and he took a look at the car and was able to help us right away, even with a packed place and lots to do, the lady at the front desk drive and got the parts for us and he got them out in all in about an hour! They were both so friendly and so helpful!!! Great service and very very knowledgeable!

This is the ultimate neighborhood shop where you can find a competent mechanic(s), an owner who is a good businessman and has terrifically helpful support staff. What more could you want! They are pleasant, efficient, competent, and fairly priced. Been taking my cars to that shop for years and have ALWAYS been pleased and impressed. We are lucky to have B and D here on LIttle York Rd.

Passing through Ohio in the middle of a HOT summer... so of course the a.c. gives out! Time crunch, who will possibly check out my car at 9 am on a Monday morning without an appointment? THESE FOLKS WILL. And such friendly people! Sheila at the front desk got my car in right away, even though all 3 garage bays were full. Chris the owner diagnosed the issue right away. Very reasonable rates, fast efficient service, very helpful people. Thank you so much for being there!

I'm 64 years old. I've never met a more honest mechanic or more friendly lady who answered the phone. I believe her name is Kayla. They're only concern was getting me back on the road as quickly as possible without inflating the price because I was from another town. Five stars for these guys. I'm not an easy person to please :-)

What a great place! I had a serious break down and received fast and efficient service. The cost of repairs was far less than what I expected!!!I was even able to use their loaner vehicle to grab some food while theyfinished the work! Excellent experience!

Chris was very nice and professional. Communicating with me during the day on what my truck needed. Cost for repair was reasonable and less than other shops in the area.
