This Brenda Pettit.I had the absolute worst Customer Service today from a gentleman at this store. I needed assistance with checking my oil. He was rude. He treated me like he didn t have time to help me. He acted like he hated his job. I was very disappointed. If this person is so unhappy, he needs to quit his job. The Customer Service at this store has gone down.

I needed a new battery for my car and I went here for help. Harry was so great! He was so helpful and nice and made sure I needed a battery before I purchased one. I had a great experience and definitely will come back to this store! Great customer service! Thank you Harry! You were wonderful!

Deal with these folks, they treat you well. Unsure anybody specific customer technical & mechanical abilities, so far so good, even using Duralast components for suspension. The preserve, coat, & finish merch & tools, will get the details on those.

Typically, I will get my parts from a Auto Zone. If you setup a loyalty card it will keep all your receipts and warranties so you don't have too and that is hugh for me.

I hadn't been in an AutoZone in a while, but it was right there when I needed something. I received great customer service from someone who was very helpful. I got what I needed, and was made aware of some great deals.

I get most of my vehicle needs from AutoZone and its counterpart Advance Auto just down the street. Prices are solid and at market value, no crazy deals, its what you would expect. If you have any issues with your vehicle ask one of the friendly employees and they will be more than happy to help you, great staff here.

Quick and fast, last time I bought a battery they installed it. This time they would not. Said they didn't have the experienced people working that could do it.

The team over at this autozone was amazing and helped me get my car together. Jerry came out and helped me put my headlights in and was so kind. I appreciate that store and highly recommend going to this one.

I went to Autozone to get my battery checked. I ended up needing to get a new battery. They did a great job getting me in and out with amazing customer service. Kiel also changed the battery for me.

For the most part their very helpful and know their parts. I ve gotten some great tips when getting a battery replaced here before, or buying tools and parts to work on my vehicle. The staff is so so when it comes to being attentive and making sure you re not waiting to long. I tend to walk around while they debate who is going to help you haha. But when you do get help it s pretty good.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Both visits they had exactly what I needed and installed everything on my car for me. Only issue would be that when it's busy(traffic), it's hard to get out in traffic.

New to the area. I ordered on-line and picked up at the store. Very convenient and great prices. It is easy to compare prices and products on-line. Very courteous and helpful staff, at least Benjam L. was. Their rewards program is very attractive as well.

This review has to do with a particular employee, who shall remain nameless, that I encountered the last couple trips to the store. Both times I walked in and was greeted by a silent, thousand yard stare. On the first visit, I proceeded to tell him what I was looking for. I showed him my phone on which I had their website showing a picture of the product along with the part number. Instead of saying something like Let me find it for you , his response was Just because we show it in stock, doesn t mean we really have it . He then pointed me in the general direction of where the product should be located and I had to go find it myself. Thankfully, it was there and I was able to purchase the product I was looking for. The next day, I returned to have my vehicle scanned for codes because I recently had the ABS light pop up on the dash. Again, I was greeted with the silent stare. I politely asked him to scan my vehicle for said codes. He said they don t offer that service but I could buy a scanner and do it myself. Immediately, I knew he was lying to me. Not only because I ve had it done before and its clearly on their website under services provided, but also because I saw the other employee scanning someone else s car when I was there LAST NIGHT! This particular employee either didn t know how to do it, or just was flat out too lazy to do it. I m not sure which is worse. Either way, I was fed up and ready to leave when he had the nerve to ask my why I wanted it scanned. I explained how my abs light came on the other day and I wanted to narrow my search for the issue by having the codes scanned. I also mentioned that I replaced one of the sensors because it wasn t giving an Ohm reading. He told me the sensors don t work that way and I must have messed something up replacing the sensor. FALSE AGAIN! The sensors should read at least 0.02ohms and the light was already on before I replaced it... Fed up with the incompetence, I drove next door to Advanced Auto Parts. They promptly scanned my truck and got me the sensor I needed. My vehicle has been running fine ever since.

Went in trying to find out if I have a bad fuse for cd player. A young girl I believe her name was Ari came out and helped find exactly what I needed. I was totally empressed with this young lady! Thanks for going above and beyond girl!!!

Waited to get a battery for 20 minutes. They helped someone ahead of us as well. They said They were understaffed which they told us several times. Was very obvious they needed additional help. But the other issue is they told us on the phone that they had 2 different battery options for our vehicle. By the time we checked out, they only had the most expensive battery they quoted us on the phone. All in all not the best experience

I live at AutoZone great service great parts and love that $20 reward I get about 4 or 5 years I love the place plus I know most of the people that work there just from going there though love it I'll never quit even though everybody wants me to go somewhere else but I will never go anywhere else

The staff, without exception, go to all lengths to provide auto parts you need, but they also help with installation on quick fix repairs. I feel comfortable referring all my friends to their stores.

I was having a problem with my car I went to AutoZone to get my alternator tested and he told me that my battery was garbage because it came from Walmart and told me I needed a battery and said the only battery he had was a $200 battery. Me being a woman and not knowing that much about cars I purchase the $200 battery and come to find out it wasn't my battery it was a starter in my car. So this store takes advantage of women because they feel they may not know as much as men.

Always got what I need when I need very quick to get it for me and get me sometimes a little busy but not lack of employees because nobody wants to work anymore so for the employees that they do have their thank you very much for all that you do

Cashier was pretty rude pressuring me to give my phone number and then acting like I didn't know how to use the card reader when it repeatedly malfunctioned. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Dawn, was so great to me!! When I arrived I was looking for a windshield wiper. I had no idea what I was looking at. She helped me put the windshield wiper on my car and showed me which I thought was my Engine light turned out it was actually my tire pressure light ( or something like that) haha! No idea what I'm looking at and she explained everything. Thanks Dawn for helping this poor woman out when it came to my car :))) YOU ROCK!

Special thanks to Terry for a excellent job in replacing a battery in a older vehicle that required extra effort to get the job done. Wanted to tip him, but he refused.
