Ms. Victoria was professional and very helpful. She made sure I had the appropriate windshield wiper AND installed the wiper. She was definitely blessing on this rainy day.

I've been going here for a couple years now. Everyone has always been super helpful and get me in and out. Today I had quite a big list of things I need and I was in and out oglf the door in no time. Always nice and usually have a great atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite autozones to go too!

The store manager Victoria was very helpful. Even came out in the pouring rain to help me with my car and got me back on the road quickly.

Past few times I ve been to this location the workers were very professional and courteous And they were working. Store is fairly clean for an automotive store. Overall experience was real good

I went to get a battery for my key fob. Cashier was helpful and friendly. She pulled up a video on her phone so we could see how to get it open and figure out what battery I needed. She also helped me get the package open.

The store manager, Jeff, is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He knows me by name when I come in to the store. He is very personable and I always ask for him when i go in to purchase something for my car.

I was hot, having a tough day, and got to this Location the minute they were closing. They took pity on me and sold me the brake fluid, and jack stand I needed. I'm never in this part of town so I wasn't prepared for how nice, courteous and helpful these people were. I'm glad they were there for me on a day like this.

This review is just for this particular store. I usually have good service and such at every AutoZone stores. But I go in to get a battery charged and tested. I was told it will take an hour. One hour twenty minutes later I come to see the status of my battery. I was told it hasn't been put on charger at all. The excuse(s) we only have two people working. And the other is a complimentary service and we get to it when we can. I almost bought a new battery but this location will never receive a dime from me again very unprofessional. Needless to say O'Reilly down the street with one lady working put my battery on the charger gave me a ticket, took my number. All of 5 mins. No excuses. Just get the job done.

Had a check engine light I needed checked out. The rep there was amazing and it was an easy fix that actually resolved itself a few days later.

People at front desk did not greet me... The one person that asked me if i needed help was a security guard. Then, when i got my one item the cashier acted like it was a inconvenience to help me. He didnt even speak to me.

For the past two days I ve encountered exceptional great service from staff here. With all the stereotypes businesses on the west side face, the staff here are wonderful at customer service and doing their best to answer questions you may have. I was really impressed at how knowledgeable and friendly staff were

I couldn't change my battery and put a warranty and they didn't file it. Don't ask for a warranty they will straight up take your money and not even file the work as well as the core bull.

Once again lacking in customer no service...make eye contact when you serve your customers. I've spent around $500 in one month get it right or I will go someplace else. Better yet take lessons from the store on North Main!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a store.. I had an air filter I had bought with my oil and brake pads she said I needed a receipt I asked her why can't she just look it up on a computer she says I can't. So all in all she just didn't want to help me. Because I went back the next day a different manager was working and he let me return it for my full refund. So the dark skin lady that's the manager is straight worthless, and straight hatter on white ppl, well that's the energy I felt from anyway

This Auto Zone is ok for a quick trip if you know what you need. I found the employee that worked with me to be not the most knowledgeable about the part I needed. So I purchased the wrong item and tried to return it. Their return policy is tricky, so make sure you get the right one the first time.

I've always loved AutoZone. AutoZone has always been there for me. The staff, their Parts. I just can't help expressing my gratitude. Thanks AutoZone for always being there. Great quality! Special shout out to Victoria at this location. You're the best!

I CANNOT give enough credit to the young lady that is the manager of this AutoZone on W. 3rd St. She is extraordinary and AWESOME. If there ever was a picture of a super woman... it WOULD be her!!!. There is almost Nothing that she doesn't know about automotives! And if she doesn't know, she can certainly direct you to it. You get more for your money, that's for sure. Excellent AutoZone to go to. 10 Stars for them!!

Customer service was slow when I was here. I came in picked out 2 windshield wiper blade replacements and waited 15 minutes to pay for them. Use of employees by management seemed directed in the wrong direction.
