Working on a car is stressful.. there's been a few times almost cried...However the district manager Jamal at this location was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Christopher S the gentleman that helped me go through five different parts.. he never got frustrated with me.. absolutely patient professional and I cannot ask better experience.. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough.

Very ghetto rude rushed me out the store I was not done shopping also asked if they could diagnose my check engine light and they have every excuse first it was the system isn t working for that then I come back and they don t know how to reset the check engine light.

I did not get his you could tell I got iol for my s 10 2003 gave me air filter oil filter antifreeze and transmission fluid I asked him to get it all for me Because They no longer have them books at oil,spark, auto info you know want I mean Help a guy that wants to look for something I and all I could do is take his time up we are looking at computer amazing work that he done but you need to get some book

Had a huge battery problem today, an my 73 year old mother was alone till I got there. Thank you 2 Ms. Barbara White for all of her help in changing our battery an saving us money!! Despite the cold weather she put our battery in with no complaints !!!Thank.you again Ms. Barbara White of North Main St. AutoZone....

I was driving my daughter to school when I realized my tire was fiat. I asked if they had air to which I was told no. Barbara the store employee offered me her personal air compressor. This is above and beyond excellent customer service and just being an overall kind woman!

I don t know what s going on with Auto Zone but all the parts I ve been getting from there have all been junk. I have went through four alternators. I was all John ride out the gate to starters was junk right out the gate I mean like seriously and then their ball joints are plastic now I mean seriously man like what a rip off.EDIT auto zone has reached out to me and took care of me good way of taking care of you re customers it s greatly appreciated.

All employees (Barbara, Donald, Armel) were awesome and way more than helpful! They helped change the battery out for me when my car wouldnt start. After that they all went completely beyond their duties. Anything I needed was no problem and they were eager to help.Very attentive, helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring enough to make sure to take care of any issues to help me get back on the road! Truly the most pleasurable experience I've ever had in an auto parts store(which I'm usually made to feel like an idiot while they know it all!) WILL DRIVE WAY OUT OF THE WAY TO COME HERE FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS FOREVER. WHOEVER HIRED THESE EMPLOYEES SURE DID IT RIGHT THEY NEED RAISES FOR SURE.

I always go to this autozone.i have a 1986 dodge ram and even with an older vehicle they know exactly what the issue is.Barbara is so knowledgeable and very personable. She always goes above and beyond.Donald is absolutely awesome.They always go above and beyond when I come in.

Yeah AutoZone on Salem avenue has everything that you need it's crazy because the one on main Street the man told me Cody told me that what was messed up on my card wasn't nothing but a sensor and everybody else told me it was my rear gasket seal seal or whatever that's called and this man just told me it was a sensor and that fix my whole oil leak God bless you man and you're awesome

Greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Employee was quick to assist. Unfortunately price for a 95 Honda (battery) cost over $200. Employee told me to go to Rural King instead!
