This young Spanish worker didn t wait on us but he is awesome and needs recognition. The other workers ok but this guy (we wish we knew his name) was amazing. Visited 10/27/2023 around 5:00 pm to purchase a battery etc. He deserves a raise and to train staff. Great customer service!!

The man and woman that were there tonight were AMAZING. Helped change our bulbs out. Really helped us out. Very pleased :)

I lost my ticket for my battery and tried to have two different girls help me out both walked away said they wouldn't let me get my battery so I saw they fellow I left it with day before he was nice and helped thank goodness

I stopped in for a specific item and upon doing so I could hear the rant of a male, loudly criticizing a coworker who had apparently worked the previous day. His profane rant was unappreciated and inappropriate. He did acknowledge my presence by stating that "there's a customer in the store." Yes, there certainly was! I probably will not return to this store-1st impressions are everything!

Lady answered the phone very rude. Don't know why anyone would hire someone who is rude and has no idea about motor vehicle's. She gave me more ?s than answers.

I had the best experience with Auto Zone employee Daikel. He replaced my battery and went above and beyond finding answers to problems I have had numerous mechanics try to fix. Also a big thank you to Lisa and to Dave. You all are amazing!

This place has went downhill. Can't stay off their phones. Can't open at the times displayed on the door. Lack of communication when you are standing right in front of them, talking to them. Go to O'Reilly's. Far less headache. Don't listen to anything "Billy K" has to say. He's a joke. Call me a liar again, the facts were smeared all over your hands.

Very unprofessional, I'm not entirely sure they even know what they're doing. I would not recommend this location at all. They couldn't tell me if my battery was bad. They even tested it. An outside source who regularly visits the store was correct in telling me that I had a bad connection.

Went in because my tire went flat and ended up needing a new tire not just fix a flat. The commercial manager was very helpful in finding me a very nice shop just half a mile away.

Bought a bad battery from another location. The man told us we had to go to the original autozone to return it. Had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to find out he was lying because their return policy states "return nationwide"They need to train their employees better because that was a lot of time out of my day and it made me really mad.

I buy most my auto parts from this store! The Staff is very smart on where stuff is located. I went there to get transmission fluid yesterday dextron VI and the girl bent over backwards finding that for me! Thank you so much! It's people like her that make this store Great. A+A+

Pretty good car part store sometimes has discounts on good parts as well. The staff is helpful at times, most noticeably Sherlonne!

Very Poor service the lady name sherlonn acted as if she did not want to be there. She gave off bad vibes, and talked to me nasty. And when you have someone like that, it brings bad customer service, she had an attitude. If you're gonna be like that, no need for you to work there. Point blank period. Very much uncalled for. That particular location will not get my business no more, it was so bad, I returned my product and purchased from Advance Auto Parts. Something needs to be done about her and her attitude.

They were very lenient. The reason I say that is because my sway bar ball joint broke and I literally changed it in the parking lot. And they gave me no grief, And they're very helpful. They even called around to see if they had the caliper pins I needed. And when they didn't have it they even called other stores to help me out so I would definitely recommend going here. Very helpful friendly workers and all around good business and definitely recommend it.

Always over the top service here. This location in particular is my personal favorite. I drive across town for their exceptional customer service. I have been a customer of theirs since I first got my license back in 1997. Yeah, so these people have been my absolute rock, shield, mentor, ect Thank you Auto Zone

Want to get some rotors and brakes for my car. The service was friendly and fast. Pulled up my warrenties with no problem with the information given, paid for items and sent me on my way. Short staffed but handled my needs with ease.

I went into the North Dixie location to purchase windshield wipers and Jay greeted me with a smile and asked if he could help me. So he proceeded to help me find the proper wipers for my car and then went outside and installed them for me. Being a 73 year old woman I was not looking forward to doing this myself in the snow, but Jay was wonderful and made it very easy for me. Auto Zone could use more employees like Jay. Thank you Jay!!!

I went in and purchased a wiper blade. They have books hanging so you can find what you need easily on your own and A clerk came over and told me they would double check and make sure I have correct blade and offered to put it on for me. Great customer service.

The man that was to be helping me with part look up. Seem overwhelmed even tho their was only two customers in store.I asked a question cause I wanted make sure I got the right part. He was rude and made upset looks at me. Cause he had look up the other part. This is just one employee and maybe on his bad day. So just three stars

Went in looking for a leaf spring bracket for my truck they found it and had it on hand. The whole process was 20min. Almost didn't go my buddy said O'Reilly was cheaper. But the lady working there was lost had no idea what I was saying. Inn pretty sure she was homeless just wondered in and stayed answering questions.

I came in when I was dealing with an alternator issue. They were helpful on the phone and helpful in person. The lady tested my battery and alternator and gave me great advice on what to look into next.

Customer service really is bad guy didn't understand what I was asking for and I was being very clear about what I needed will not return to that store will go to O'Reilly s and this isn't the fist time I've had a problem at this store
