Being a woman not knowing anything about vehicles, it's hard to find a shop you can walk into and feel comfortable and confident that you're going to be taken care of. I've been to many dealerships and shops, all of which have wronged me because I'm a woman on my own with no knowledge of vehicles which makes us easy targets. I've heard great things about ARC so when I had an issue with my truck yesterday, I decided to give them a try. I called them and they got me in immediately, explained the issue and had it fixed in no time! Walking out I felt confident my truck was fixed properly and at a great price. The staff is very friendly and made me feel like part of the family. Thank you ARC for taking care of me, my truck is running great!

My mother recently purchased a vehicle from Judah Hill owner of ARC Enterprises, LLC. The car she purchased has a defective motor and needs to be replaced. My mother is 87 years old, and I find it so shameful that a business that prides themselves on engine diagnostics would sell a car with a defective motor. My mother is so trusting she thought everything was in good working order, Ken the man who handled the transaction promised the car was in great shape and had been recently fullly serviced. When I called about it, I was told to have her call Kia and have them help her. We are seeking a refund.UPDATE: I posted the above review and I need everyone to know that this company came in and completely replaced my mother's motor with a brand new one and covered the costs. I am totally amazed and grateful at their generosity and professionalism in handling this difficult situation. THANK YOU ARC for all you did to make my mother happy with her purchase she loves the car!

A 4.9 rating with 112 reviews is rare, and is why I picked this place. They saw me same day and took care of my problem, which I really appreciated as an out-of-towner who is dependent on my vehicle while I'm here. So here's happy review # 113, these guys are great!

I haul freight for a living I broke down on I70 west not knowing what the problem was I was nervous and scared of what the situation was I am a owner operator that just started working for myself so my money wasn t quiet where I wanted it to be this happened on a Friday and most places are closed on the weekend roadside assistance said they would Towe me to the closest mechanic shop so I called Arc because it was the first place that popped up on google I spoke with someone and they said that they wouldn t be able look at the van until Monday because it was late in the day on Friday and they were closing til Monday but I can still have the van towed to the shop so Saturday morning I got up and I was in panic mode far from home with freight that had to be delivered so I started calling around to see if anybody was open on Saturday Everybody was trying to charge some ridiculous prices that I couldn t afford at the time because my money was not right and to no prevail Juda came in on a Saturday on his day off and diagnose the problem for me and the rest was history. He gave me a great deal and He did it in a timely fashion I felt the energy from him as soon as I started talking to him and after talking to my son , which I was talking to for the whole night, trying to figure out what my problem was my son also told me that was an act of God to have my van towed to Arc enterprise out of all the places that I could ve landed at God sent me to him he saved me a good $3K that I did not have also gave me some valuable advice that he didn t have to give I recommend if anybody in the Dayton area or passing through that need any work done this is the guy you need to see now I can breath easy and get back to work ARC ENTERPRISE IS SHOP!!! with great people I THANK YOU JUDA AND MAY GOD KEEP BLESSING YOU THERES NOT A-LOT OF HONEST PEOPLE LIKE YOU STILL IN THIS WORLD I M SO GLAD WE CROSSED PATHS .ONE LOVE FROM ISRAEL!!!

I visited this business a few months ago but I'm just now able to make this review. ARC did excellent work repairing the oil cooler on my chevy cruze. I seen 4 different mechanics prior to contacting ARC and none of them could figure out why my car kept running hot on me. They also had me buying parts I didn't need such as water pump, thermostat and kept my car for long periods of time. ARC contacted me the same day with diagnostic and had the repair done the next day. My car runs excellent now and will be using them again for future repairs. I recommend them to anyone that needs repairs done. ARC is the Thank you so much for helping me.Service: Engine repair

A coworker referred me to ARC Enterprises LLC. She highly recommended them. I needed new brakes in 2019 and chose to take my car there. In March of this year I had several issues that needed immediate attention, so took my car there once again for service. I had no problem getting an appointment either time and the work was done quickly. The owner, Judah, is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of service provided by him and his team. I highly recommend ARC Enterprises LLC to everyone. I will definitely be back for any car repair needs in the future.

Judah, went well above and beyond what any other dealer would have done. He made sure I was in and driving the vehicle as soon as I possible could. The closing day if the sell, Judah personally picked me up at my home and drove me to his shop where the vehicle was parked and waiting for me to take her home.i would highly highly recommend Judah to anyone who is even thinking about buying a used vehicle. He will treat you with the upmost respect at all times, and he will not overcharge you with some junk car. Thank you again Judah, I owe you brother!!

Bought an Avalon from Judah and the communication was probably the best part along with how knowledgeable he was. Extremely friendly staff and took care of us regardless of the situation we were in, couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience!

10/27/21 Updated rating from 1 star to 5 stars to reflect the outcome of the conversation I had with the owner of this establishment, Judah. Judah listened to my concerns, expressed understanding and validated my concerns. Shared a plan to correct the issues I presented and was agreeable to refunding me the total amount paid. Thanks to Judah for your professionalism in handling this matter. I appreciate your desire to make things right with your customers.10/21/21-Brought in vehicle for a specific issue. Was charged $149.99 for a complete written diagnostic assessment which included over $11 for "shop supplies" but the written assessment did not specifically diagnose the original problem I brought the car in for. The recommendation for further diagnosis was included which of course would cost more money. I won't be back and won't recommend to others.

Fantastic place. The staff is professional, and the shop is clean. They diagnosed and repaired electrical issues that I was having with my truck within a responsible amount of time for an affordable price. Absolutely Love Arc Enterprises! They always fix all my Family cars in a timely manner and keep us updated on the progress and even if something else needs to be fixed. They are always professional, and Friendly! It s always comforting and knowing that they are not a company that tries to get over on anyone like other car repair companies! Love my car s nice cold air. Debit on highway flew up and hit front end of my car. Put a hole in my condenser with immediate loss of a/c. My grill and bumper in front looks fantastic!! Thanks!! ARC got me in quick and didn t take but 1 day to fix. I love what I save with their special reminders and coupons. I've had 2 cars repaired here multiple times and would recommend them to anyone. I like the fact they do a full workup of your vehicle (including pictures) at the first visit and send the findings for your review with no pressure. Who knew I have a rear window brake bulb out, or my exhaust hangers were almost rusted out! Good work gentlemen, and thank you!

The men who work in this shop have integrity, knowledge and skill. After breaking down on the side of the road I came to be associated with them purely by luck. I was stranded in Ohio two days, only because of the weekend. The minute they got in on Monday morning the jumped on the diagnostics, called me and supplied me with photo evidence of the issue with my car. They told me what they could do to get me on the road and what they could do to fix it the right way. Honesty is not easily stumbled onto these days, but all five men I met here were the real deal! The repair wasn t cheap but immediately I knew it was right and safe. They called to check and make sure I got home safely. If I could increase the stars in this review I would. Recently purchased a new vehicle, I had to take it to my guys over at ARC to make sure it was mechanically sound.Got an oil change and they fixed a tire that had a nail in it.They gave me a wrench-free inspection and gave the car a clean bill of health.That's true peace of mind.A huge thank you to Judah and his team!Services: Tires, Oil change

I have been taking my vehicles to ARC Enterprises for a few years and would not trust anyone else. When it comes to keeping my vehicles safe and running properly this is the the place to go. To me this is more important than who is the cheapest. Their prices are competitive and the staff is friendly. Thanks ARC for being a place we can trust to take our vehicles!

I've been going here for about two years. The management is great. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you leave safely with repairs that last.They've even went the extra step to walk my dealership through a warranty issue. The team at ARC was absolutely amazing! They came and picked up my car from my place of employment and service my vehicle quickly and I was able to pay my invoice directly from a link they sent to me! This was by far a great service! I would highly recommend them for any job that may need done!

A good family friend has been recommending ARC for years. We purchased a 2007 Subaru Tribeca (which btw is no longer being made) from an owner via Facebook Marketplace. It was a good deal. We test drove it and loved it.A few months in we noticed there were several leaks. They weren't bad at the time until we took it in for an oil change. We learned that there was an oil leak, a steering oil leak, a radiator leak. All of it was coming from the underbelly of the Subaru. It also needed breaks so overall the cost was thousands of dollars. We got a few estimates and even before each mechanic would look at it they would mention how expensive it would be.We decided to try ARC and we regret not going there sooner.First, they treat you like a person. We have had many car repairs on the several cars we own from the dealership to AAA to local shops, etc. Customer service is not always a great.Second, ARC does not play when it comes to estimates. Not even an hour later, they sent us via email and text an estimate of each repair WITH pictures showing what needs to get done. It was very detailed.We understood that our vehicle needed parts that needed to be ordered and some would take a few days. They consistently updated us on when they were arriving and gave us an estimate of when it would be done. Alot of places DON'T do this.They saved us thousands of dollars. The vehicle runs like its brand new.I think what stood out is that even after the lead mechanic gave our vehicle a test drive, the owner came out and said he had to take it out on a test drive. I never seen that happen before. He then came back and reviewed the repairs with us.I have been back ever since and I am created not just by name but they ask how our other vehicles have been. They know their customers and their cars.ARC is another Dayton gem. They set the standard on customer service.Also, I enjoy the fact that I can pay via smart phone or in person. It makes the transaction so much easier.

They mean well but I'm not thrilled with the service. I took my van in for an alignment and oil change. They were running a deal on an oil change and lube but I never got the lube and when I asked what happened, they told me the guy who told me about the lube was fired. As for the alignment, they promised me it would be done by 1 the next day. I told them 3 would be fine. After calling 3 times, they asked me at 4 if I could pick it up the next day. It wasn't ready until after 5. Then they acted as if I was unreasonable to get upset when I told them when I needed it. Not going back

I highly recommend ARC for any automotive needs. They are highly skilled, keeps the vehicle owner informed with a timeline in getting your vehicle completed and back out on the road. All were very friendly and knowledgeable about my BMW. They are also very affordable. I will be using this auto repairs shop for future needs. 5 Stars is highly underrated!!!!

Wow! Personable staff who are fair, honest, knowledgeable and TRUSTWORTHY! Judah and his crew singlehandedly shut down my fears of being a single female in need of automotive help! I don t think I have ever left an automotive business feeling like I was honestly taken care of- that is until today. Thank you for getting me scheduled so quickly, for explaining everything to me simply and just for making this whole experience a lot less scary!

Amazing shop, with amazing people! Quality work done fast!I was in a bind when my clutch went out. I couldn't afford to pay everything up front. They were kind enough to work it out with me and got me back on the road. They have earned my loyalty as a customer!

While passing through Dayton on a cross country road trip we experienced some car trouble. Happened across the folks at ARC and couldn t be happier with the service we received. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, and the price couldn t have been better. A great experience all around. Thanks ya ll!

Owning a small business we trust all four of our vehicles to these guys. They are responsible, clean, and get the job done in a timely manner. They are always upfront of what needs to be done, could be done, or should be done and they do the job right the first time. You couldn t pay me to go anywhere else.

Was introduced to ARC by a co worker and I m glad my co worker did. The staff is very friendly. They are willing to help you out any way possible. Had my car looked at to make sure everything was running like it was suppose to be and they were able to check it out and help me understand what was going on. Very professional
