I wish I could post a better review, but after months trying to get an appointment, promises to call me back (but they never do), and the inability to project appointments beyond a week, I have to give this business a 1 star review. I had to follow up several times myself when promises were made, deadlines passed, and no contact was attempted. I get forgetting once or twice but they had 4 chances and failed each time to communicate. If you're busy, that's cool, but that's no excuse to not call your customers for weeks.To be clear, I wish I could rate their ability to work on cars and workmanship, but you have to be able to get an appointment and they have to effectively use a scheduler (or calendar... Or any other type of scheduling app) instead of saying, "we'll see what business looks like in a couple weeks and then call you back with an appointment time."I wanted and hoped for better based on the reviews.

Nate was able to get me BC coilovers for my 240z at a dealer price and have them and new all new bushings installed this week! Couldn t be happier.

I can't say enough good things about Apex Precision Import Repair! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. These guys helped me get my project finished after another shop dropped the ball and left me hanging. Apex got more work done for me in a month than the other shop did in a year. The car came out amazing, these guys are awesome, doing great work at reasonable prices and with a quick turnaround. I cannot recommend them enough.

My daughter is a student at UD and was having car trouble. I found Apex Precision in a UD Parents Forum on Facebook. Nate was highly recommended. I messaged him and he answered right away (it was a Saturday even). My daughter dropped off the car the next day, they looked at it Monday and it was fixed the next day. The best part is that their shop is less than a mile from campus and he gives all UD Students a 10% discount. I would not hesitate to use him again and would 100% recommend!

Nate and the team at Apex are some of the best. Very open and honest about work that needed to be done, and didn t try to persuade me into something I didn t need. Very prompt in diagnosis of the issue, and just as in the repair. Went above and beyond to find one measly, discontinued bolt that was needed for my suspension rebuild and drove 50 miles, after hours, to go pull one from someone's parts car (all of this after scouring all the local junk yards and breaking over a dozen of said bolts trying to get one out.)Knowledgeable guys. Import/JDM focused. I've been to Honda dealerships for work and they didn't even know what a Prelude was. These guys know a ton about new and historic imports. I'll be taking my car here for any work that I don't feel like tackling myself.

Took my car here after bending the whole rear end of my S197 5.0 and lets just say Nate and his people know what they are doing and I m more than happy with the work they did, such great attitudes towards their customers and always willing to help. Car feels great and will be coming back to have headers installed hopefully in a little while.

Even though my Mustang is not an import, Nathan took care of my A/C issue and now it blows constant cold air. Super awesome guy to do business with. Took the time to explain everything. Would definitely come back in the future.

Was having boost issues with my 95 R33 skyline. Brought it to this shop they help locate the issues. Found a problem with my brakes while at it. And did preventative maintenance.
