I stopped by Advance Auto Parts to get a replacement headlight for my wife's 2012 Honda Odyssey and was genuinely impressed, meriting a solid 4-star rating. The staff there were super helpful, quickly pointing me to the right product without any hassle. They showed great knowledge about different vehicle models, which was reassuring. The headlight fit perfectly and the quality seems top-notch. The price was reasonable, though a tad higher than online options, but the convenience of immediate availability made up for it. The store was busy, leading to a bit of a wait, but that's understandable. Overall, a great place for reliable auto parts with service to match."

I just want to brag HIGHLY of the store manager Greg and his associate (I didn't get his name). I came in Saturday to this location after driving 8 hours with 3 kids from Hickory, NC with a dead battery. Prior to stopping by, my car wouldn't start in two different locations, had to call roadside assistance to jump my battery twice, and had already had a nearby auto place try to replace my battery and after an hour of trying they told me only a mechanic could replace it. I drive a 2020 Ford Explorer and where the battery is located is not convenient and is under a piece of plastic. Greg and his associate went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure the battery got replaced and they did so with a smile on their face even though it was freezing and took 30 minutes to accomplish. It is hard to find people like those two and if I had a say, they definitely deserve a raise. Thanks for proving that there are still good people and employees in this world. I can't thank you enough!

Called first to see if they had a couple of hard to find lawnmower parts. I wanted to bypass the battery solenoid and needed a couple of electrical switches. So I went there they had the parts and were polite. Fair price to.

I'm a "only take my car to the dealership" person. That has changed.Travis, at this location, helped me select the parts I needed. He installed a wiper and brake light bulb for me.Such a great customer service experience. I'll be back. THANKS

Sales person very helpful,and parts ordered always are always there when promised. You can't beat the service I tried the competition and tired of having to order items that should have been on the shelf. and staff that never worked on any car or truck, not even their own vehicle Advance Auto may not be perfect but they beat the hell out of the competition.

All the staff was really friendly, and really helpful. After visiting AutoZone and O Riley's. Advanced Auto was my last hope. Their the only ones who took the time to help me by testing the part I needed tested and even helped me get a broken bolt out that I broke. Thank you.

Staff was patient and helpful but brske parts were bad, had to make an exchange and got more bad parts which messed up my ebrake system. They refused to replace what faulty parts tore up. Now im out of pocket for parts

My car takes the organic hybrid stuff, and the guy knew where it was and told me how to and where to pour it and when . So it's a good store in my opinion.

Store wasn't as stocked as it would normally be, probably because of the slow down in the supply chain but I think that's a problem other auto parts stores face also 3.5 rating

Good service cheap prices. Order on line and you will normally be able to get a 15 to 20% discount for pick up

I'm not paying 20 bucks for a jug of antifreeze(coolant. I will just get it from the dollar store. Also they charge 4 bucks for a quart of oil.

Excellent service came in with a headlight out replace both headlights right there on the spot great job guys
