I was sold a lawnmower battery for 232.76 for my 2013 Honda Fit. Next day I had to get my car towed to the dealership for repairs. Honda lied and told me I needed a new battery because that battery didn t charge. I took the battery back the next day and was informed there was nothing wrong with my battery, except it being the wrong one for my car, and won t be getting my money back!! I can go back another day, when the supervisor who took advantage of me, worked and try again. I will be getting ahold of the BBB and AG before I take them to small claims court. Just edited: I got ahold of corporate office. They contacted the store. They were so nice to swap out the lawn mower battery for one that fits my car!! No thank you!! I want my money back!! Don t bother with this shady company!! Be warned!!Edit: I finally had a chance to get ahold of the BBB. I received a call less than 24 hr. I got a full refund. I believe the supervisor was a little indignant with my description of a lawn mower battery, lol. I honestly thought it was. However, it wasn t the right one for my car and I shouldn t have went through so much trouble.

It was raining and I was an hour away from home when my windshield wipers started acting up . I was struggling to see. I stopped at the advance auto in Moraine Ohio and the assistant manager Amanda took great care of me , not only did she help me find the right wipers she came out and put them on. She is the best ! Thanks for getting me home safe!

Customer service was absolutely terrible. One gentleman helped with tools behind the counter. He handed me the metric set of line wrenches after asking for SAE. I again stated I needed the standard set and he proceeded to put the tools back on the shelf and walked down to check out a customer. Not one word said to me from the gentleman the rest of my experience. Then another gentleman started to cash me out but then also walked away, until Tony was able to complete the task they started. Props to Tony but advanced auto parts ston in Moraine in not a location I would recommend.

Just had to replace a bulb I walked in and Tajuan H. Helped me get the correct bulb and replaced it less than 10 mins he was polite and efficient taking care and acknowledging another customers coming in or waiting on help.

They have some nice things. Their prices seem to be lower than O'Rielly, and rhey also offer a military discount, and have a rewards program.

Gentleman got me the gas cap I needed even though it was not in stock. Even tested my car to insure it was the issue and safe drive back to TN. Thank you for a great customer service experience.

The Advance Auto Parts in Huber Heights sold me a starter that was missing labeled. The Moraine store had the correct starter and swapped it out for me so I could get the car finished tonight.

I had the pleasure of being help by a gentleman named Doug at the Springboro Pike location. He was the most informative sales person I have ever encounter at an auto parts store. He not only answered all of my questions, he also provided some helpful tips and tricks to keep my car running smoothly. Thank you Doug for making the headache of a new battery a pleasant experience.

The employees are not only the most polite people but their knowledge about the parts and products they sell is truly amazing. I won't go to any other place to buy my auto parts or any vehicle products, it's all Advanced Auto or nothing! Plus, if people didn't know, Advanced Auto offers free battery charging for autos or any recreation vehicle.

When you are on the highway and the oil light suddenly goes on, it's nice that this place was fairly easy to find. It had a good selection of the typical auto parts, as well as a good selection of various oils. They also sell funnels, so that helped a lot. They were helpful and efficient, as well as polite.

I came here today because Autozone gave me the wrong brake pads and insisted over the phone that I was mistaken that it must be me ?? Advanced on the other hand searched out the problem and tells me there are more than one set of pads for my car and gives me the correct set and they worked perfectly, and now you have a brand new customer Advanced Auto, thanks for being competent

I personally like Advance Auto, I haven't had any issues with the parts that I ever got from them, I'd like AutoZone. The couple exceptions to that, as soon as I had a problem, I brought it in and they exchanged it right out and the next part worked fine with no more issues.

The guys here have been great to work with, they were able to find the exact carburetor for my classic car and have been very helpful in finding other parts that I need.
