I've taken cars to various garages around the area, but this place has become the only one I use. They check your car, tell you exactly what is wrong, and what they suggest doing to fix it, then perform exactly what they said they would do, for the upfront, stated costThey are honest, professional, accurate, fast, and friendly. Most recently, they replaced the engine in my 18 yr old Honda. Work was efficient, pricing was accurate, and the car runs like new.An excellent place to care for your vehicles.

As a former employee I can say hands down some of the worst management. Constantly lied to I was shown a made-up email to trick me about getting a raise. They're only worried about their bonuses no matter what the cost to the employees. The head manager and district manager know absolutely nothing about cars. And you wonder why you see new faces in there all the time. Go to Jamie's right behind them

Brought the car in for repairs, car wouldnt move. They say its the rear brakes causing the problem so we go through with the repairs. Rear brakes and New battery is 950 bucks. I leave the repair shop, my brake pedal hits the floor and barely stops me with a loud grinding sound .I return to the shop, now they say its the front brakes. Another 300 dollars for the parts.. okay thats fine. I leave the shop again, the same grinding noise... nearly 1400 dollars and my car is still messed up. I dont even want to return to the shop to have them fix what they messed up because I dont trust them. Seriously dangerous mistakes being made twice in a row. Dont try and save face by commenting on this review... we tried that. If you need repairs on your car.. dont bring it here. Horrible corrupt business making prey of hard working people.

I was stranded on my way from TN to Cleveland, OH. The guys at the shop were AMAZING. They got me back on the road quickly, and were over the top kind every step of the way. I am eternally grateful, and wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I have been using this shop for decades, through the change to AAA and they have always delivered. They are easy to work with and do only what is necessary. Thanks Mark for your kindness today for my son.

Mark, Rob, and Ronnie went above and beyond to try and provide diagnostics on my old 1994 vehicle. Mark was exceptionally kind to a gentleman who had a hard time understanding a few things. Wonderful experience.

Steller service from this shop. They are often busy, and sometimes it takes a couple of days. One of the busiest shops I know. However, the wait here is 100% worth it. The mechanics and Techs also are very friendly and communicate well. They always let me know before they do service, no after the facts or hidden costs.

Be aware of pricing of any kind of services especially any kind of diagnostic services.Was not made aware of the $160+ price for diagnostic services when I scheduled the appointment.Considering a mechanic who needs a computer to tell them a fan motor is not working.

I want to give a 'big' shout out to Wayne Mills, Service Manager and his team at the AAA Alliance Beavercreek Service Center, 3870 Kemp Rd, Dayton, OH for the great service they provide in repairing my 2012 Toyota Tundra, which needed additional brake and wheel adjustments, and repair from previous work that was done at a different location. Wayne went over and above in making sure I was totally satisfied and that everything was repaired correctly and returned to me in perfect condition. The mechanics and associates there are very qualified and proficient with providing expert service. My truck now rides better than it has in a long time ! Wayne did a great job working with me and keeping me informed through the entire process!I will definitely use them for future service needs and I highly recommend them to anyone who who wants quality service at a fair price. A+++.A very satisfied customer!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolutely will never bring a car to them again. Charged $170 over quoted price. Detailed quote included parts and labor with book time and diagnostic fee. They did not contact to authorize additional work and did not honor quote.

We have been coming to this place for a few years now, Charles and the rest of the staff have always done an amazing job for us and they are the reason why we come back.While I was waiting on my car though there was a staff member (who I did not know) asking Charles a lot questions while he was working and was disrespectful towards him, that me made notice.I recommend that if this was Charles boss, please take a minute and look how you treat your employees. The staff there is amazing and need to be treated with respect.

Very pleased with the service I received from this shop. I had taken my car to the ford dealership to have the AC fixed. They misdiagnosed it, tried to charge the AC, then said it was a seized compressor. Long story short I paid $200 to not have anything fixed (they eventually refunded me after I complained). Anyways, these guys diagnosed the real problem within a couple hours of me dropping off the car. Had it fixed the next day and came in under what they originally quoted me for. Josh really worked with me on the price and communicated promptly. I won t take my car any place else. Refreshing to receive authentic customer service from an auto shop for once.

Car having electrical issues, quoted 7k for repair. As I worked to save up the money, I was told my car could stay there, and if it became an issue they would call me. I noticed on my way to work today that my car is no longer in the lot. No call, nothing. My car had better be found, my father's ashes were in there.

Very bad experience here. They broke interior parts on my drivers door, said nothing. I showed them, they took picture but no manager ever called me! Maybe oil changes are safe here, but I would not take my vehicle here for Door, window, electric repairs. Also price was actually a few dollars more than dealership would have charged *and not broken anything!!).

I had my car towed here because my alternator went out. I was in the market for a mechanic/repair shop because of multiple bad experiences from other places. I m so thankful to have found this place. Great communication, efficient and very transparent. It s worth the drive for me to have my car serviced here. I m really happy with this location. Everyone is so friendly and honest.

My car broke down very close to this business. The guys were all very helpful..I had my 89 year old mom in the car..I was lucky enough to get on the schedule..as it was after 330 pm.The car was fixed and ready to go in about an hour..thank you guys!! Great job!! I will return for more work again!!Highly recommended!Reasonable prices!

Brought my Jeep here for transmission and radiator leaks. The pricing was fair and they did good work. There was one thing they missed but they took care of it with no charge. I recommend them for your mechanical needs.

The best experience I have ever had while getting my car fixed. Josh and his team made me feel at home and completely taken care of while checking my car which I had no idea what was wrong. They were very patient and understanding of my time too. I highly recommend going here over all other car service areas as I know I will. Thanks guys you are awesome!

Was recently broke down and looking for a good car shop to take care of me quick so i did not have to stay another night in the dayton area. Josh was able to get me in and get my car up and running again in just a couple of hours! 100% recommend this place to anyone! Honest people who will do there best to help you out. Great service!

Well I am glad my daughter's car broke down in the drive thru of Starbucks which is right next to AAA Tire and Auto. This was by far the best professional service and honesty we have experienced since my daughter has been going to college in Ohio. Our experience has been horrible with a couple other shops but we found a place we trust! Josh thanks so much for the professionalism, honesty and great customer service!

We found AAA Tire & Auto Service when our AC stopped working as we traveled 1400 miles east in August. They were honest & thorough, at a reasonable cost. We were highly impressed with their work and their customer service. As we sat in the waiting area, several local customers came up to us to let us know we could trust AAA Tire & Auto Service.

They charged me for an alignment and didn t do anything to my vehicle. Then upper management never got back with me when I was looking for answers. Very unprofessional.

Excellent service, very friendly and reliable. I am newer to the Dayton area and have been searching for a reputable mechanic for some time now. They are reasonably priced and explain the problem in detail, especially for people like me who aren t familiar with engine problems. They also seem to be a family business and aren t there to take advantage of you.

The cold killed my battery and I was stuck between a rock and hard place. Beavercreek Auto was close by and I have been told by many they do a great job. It is definitely true! The didn't have my battery in stock, but let me drop off my car, gave me a ride to work and went out and got the battery needed for my car. Bruce and his team are awesome. They were polite and very helpful. Thank you to the gentleman that drove me to work too.

Excellent, honest service! One other place quoted me $3000 to fix a bunch of stuff I didn't even need, and these guys made the necessary repairs at $450. I was referred here by another friend. They are well-respected, so they have a lot of customers. If you need something repaired, make sure to call ahead and schedule a time.

Derrick is a wonderful employee. He made sure my vehicle was up to traveling standards before my homebound trip. Didn't charge me a penny. I will tighten him up, as soon as I am back in Dayton.
