As timely as they can be during not great weather! Customer service people are always nice and helpful! Road service crew is always great giving you advice and keeping you safe in the road!

Poor service. Called for battery jump. Representative stated my battery was bad and needed replaced. Took original battery back to dealer who stated was good and AAA states 8 out of 10 batteries need replaced regardless of condition. AAA will not give refund or take back battery. Get second opinion if they state battery bad.10-15-23. Have been in contact with Member Relations who stated I told them to put battery in and they will not refund or take back. I advised under recommendation of their representative. Poor service.

My parents had some problems at the height of covid getting back from an Alaskan cruise booked through AAA. AAA was wonderful in helping to find an alternate route home

A very clean and quiet environment. Friendly and courteous AAA Staff members that greet you on entry. Retail and Amazon package pick-up is available.

Choose any other service provider than this one. Waited 6 hours for service on an night where no major issues should have caused understandable delays. Multiple calls to the service center to be given Multiple stories on reasons for delays and to be told the provider had been assigned but they never showed up. When I asked for a new provider they said they had no other options and if I changed now it would cause further delays. Was eventually told the original provider just said they weren't going to take the call and a new provider had to be called anyway. Call center is no help and the providers are unreliable. Each dispatcher gives you a different story.

Absolute garbage. Dispatch repeated my location back to but sent it as a different place. Sat hours. At 2:30 in the morning on the highway. Strange people kept stopping. I was scared and I called her back got an attitude and canceled on. Never ever will they het my money again

I'm not 100% sure this is the right AAA to leave my review with, but I have to thank the tow service man who came to our rescue just north of Dayton. His name is Jim Rogers. He went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe and taken care of. We will be forever grateful.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYYY Very ignorant company why would they have somebody pay a membership just to not do free towing that makes no sense my friend only has one car & these people literally said it would COST 95$ to tow the same car WHAT THE HELL YOU HAVE TO HAVE A DIFFERENT CAR IN ORDER TO CONTINUOUSLY GET YO CAR MOVED

Don t waste your money. Overpriced and customer service is terrible. Especially the local Dayton location.

Very helpful. Called regarding roadside service and plans and the employee took time to share all the different plans and prices even though I was canceling. If my new insurance didn t cover it I would definitely it ll buy again. Especially due to great service.

Booked flights to Texas. Found prices to our liking out of Indianapolis at almost half the cost of Dayton`s .

Worst service ever from AAA. We were told an hour max. The service provider called and said they were on their way within that hour but weren't there (from 8 miles away) after 45 minutes. They finally called and said they couldn't provide the service we needed (warrantied battery) and wouldn't be coming. We called AAA back to get another provider and were called twice more to get the same info we provided the first time. Got a phone call about 3 hours after the first and were told we would have to seek outside services because they no longer carried the battery. We told them to send someone to jump the battery. This service was, mercifully, provided quickly. The provider said he thought it was the starter. We had him tow it to our repair shop and are waiting for a report from them although, they think it's the battery. So in other words we can't get service on a warrantied part and were treated rudely by the first service provider for a service we've been paying for for over 20 years just in Ohio. Add to that the 5 years in Texas and a few more years in Ohio before the Texas years. We'll be looking for alternatives to AAA you can bet on that.

The travel agent we had been working with was out of the office, and we had to work with another agent. She took the time to hear about the problem we had to straighten out and what we needed done. And it was all taken care of. Great job!

Have been with AAA since 04. Have Premier RV. Not always a perfect experience but great overall for years. They have rescued me so to speak a few times over the years. All my adult kids now have AAA. Dayton ofc is helpful. I recommend.

Goodness people big help always I've been a member for six or seven years now whenever I call for service it is really fast they always get me where I need to go or my vehicle I really appreciate it you have a great business you have great response time your people are very friendly so thank you for the opportunity to have AAA

Awesome staff. We wanted a hotel room without carpet and they came through, not just once, but twice. Marriott Columbus, Ohio and Marriott Louisville, Ky. So glad to be members.

I wanted you to know about the super star you have in the Hamilton Service office by the name of Rina! She was phenomenal. Please let her manager know they need a whole team of Rinas She was simply amazing!

We went to AAA to have a trip ticket made up. Jannah not only made a trip ticket for us but gave us scenic & quickest routes, places of interest we could see on our trip, maps, tour books, everything we needed for our trip. As always when we left we felt we were ready for our trip. All we have to do now is pack our bags & we'll be on our way. All of the AAA reps we have dealt with have always been professional, polite, & are very knowledgeable. I will always go to AAA for road trips & other vacation travels. Thanks AAA
