Julie was a pleasure to work with, and Royce got the deal done really quick! We went in expecting to our credit to be denied, but they got it done! We left with a great car and had great customer service in the process! I'd highly recommend World Auto Net to friends and family!

I bought my first car from a dealership here less than a week ago, it has been a great experience. Fred(the owner) was great and super patient as I was back and forth and unsure with lots of questions as it was my first time! The car is great for the value so far, and the 6 month 6,000 mile warranty is a great plus. Great communication and called to check in on me. They are all very friendly and helpful and got me in my new ride quickly! Highly recommend!!

This was my first car buying experience, and they made it so easy and yes even fun. All of their cars are beautiful and Julie is just a wonderful person to work with! Being so young myself, I was worried about "getting the wool pulled over my eyes" but she walked me through everything and even helped me with solidifying my insurance. Why because she cares about her costumers! I'm in love with my purchase and I will most definitely be shopping here again!

I had a very positive experience with them. It was a great relief to deal with people that I feel I can trust. Fred and Julie were both helpful and willing to make things right. I'll send my friends their way, and I'll return here next time I want another car. They made the experience of buying a car a pleasure, rather than stressful (which it was in the past).

I'm a single dad who had a car completely paid off. One day the engine blew out and I was devastated knowing that I either had to shell out 4k or try and get financed for the car. My credit isn't great and I have a repo on my record. These people worked so hard to get me approved for a 2016 Ford Fusion. They also worked with an amazing rep to get me affordable full coverage insurance. I couldn't be happier with my situation. Julie, Ryan, Royce and Freddy are great people who took the time to sit down with me and explain how I could refinance in the future and how to help continue to rebuild my credit. I felt no pressure or even the slightest hint of "car salesman" during my entire interaction with these people. It came with 4 brand new tires, an inspection and fresh oil change. I highly recommend them and I already have started to do so with a few people that I know are looking to get a used vehicle that's in great condition.

Great customer service. Great to work with and honest with you on all aspects of getting a good reliable vehicle. Mine even comes with a warranty. You dont normally get one with a used vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable car. Julie was great to work with and really cares about your needs.

I was nervous at first about buying a used car, but Victor and Fred were so accommodating. Victor answered my inquiry about the car I was interested in immediately and we arranged for a test drive. Victor told me right away that there was a minor issue with the car (a tire sensor had been left off when they had the brakes replaced before the car was purchased). They took the car to the dealership and had the sensor replaced before I picked the car up. Fred (the owner) was very friendly and gave me a great price on the car. There was no pressure to buy - they were more concerned with my satisfaction than making an immediate sale. Victor even arranged for a ride to the dealership for me to pick the car up. I am very happy with the car I purchased and with Victor and Fred's friendliness, no pressure sales and concern to uphold their great reputation. Thank you Victor, Fred and World Auto Net!

Fred the owner is good as they come when buying a car. His family orientated philosophy makes an easy way stress free when purchasing a car. His entire staff are freindly and very helpful! Also a big shout out to his Mechanic Pat great Mechanic that truly cares about every vehicle he works on! You can't go wrong with this dealer ship

Fred Heidi and Patrick are the best people at world auto net. Fred is the owner he'll take great care of you on any car needs Heidi will take great care of you and help you manage your payments if you have issues and any paper work she great and sweet and Patrick is the best mechanic and honest they are ony the ones i have bought cars off of and I only trust them to buy a car an Patrick to work on my car this is the 2nd car bought off of them in 3 years and each time or an issue that arised they took great excellent care of me and they worked with me till I was able to pay Please come check them out Great excellent service And again they will always take care of their customers

I have a mechanic friend Patrick that works here. He is great ,always helpful, knowledgeable, prices reasonable. Goes over and beyond. He has worked on my car 3 different times and it's always been fixed right. Never have had to return it over the same problem.

Great experience in the Service Department. Brought both my car and wife's car in for work and received courteous, professional, and honest service from Pat Quinn, and at a very reasonable price. We have found our go to place for car repairs after hit or miss success in the past. I highly recommend World Auto Net.

Fred and Mike were very helpful and responsive. I was from out of state and I titled the car in a company name. Fred helped me navigate the extra paperwork and was quick to get extra information my local BMV requested. He got in less then 5 minutes while I was at the BMV. Fred was always super friendly on the phone and extremely helpful. We love our Audi convertible we bought from them!

I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and not having any luck because of bad credit and shady dealerships with over priced inventory and horrible staff members. I came across this place just before they closed on Thursday coming home from grocery shopping and stopped in because I needed a new vehicle. Both Julie(the saleswoman) and Royce(financial manager) were very pleasant and accommodating and didn't rush me out the door. I came back the next day and with BAD CREDIT I did not expect to get approved. But not only was I approved...But quicker and easier than I would've thought!! And I left with a lower payment than expected and a nicer car and a full stomach after Julie ordered and fed me pizza!! Thank you all I look forward to doing business with you in the future!!

Best Customer Service!!! Kim was so amazingly awesome. She helped us get a car for our family. After getting the car we had some minor issues with it and they gave us a loaner car each time. They even came and switch out a loaner car we it wouldn't start. If you are looking for an affordable vehicle and beyond excellent service "World Auto Net" is the place. Greatly satisfied with the service and our new car. Thank you so much for making something that would have been painful, to making it painless.

Fred and his staff were the best! I have been purchasing automobiles for over 25 years and used to work in the car business -these guys are one of the best used car dealers in Northeast Ohio. They have selection and financing for everyone, honest staff, and good follow-up service.

I bought a used dodge charger from them, everything went fine until the second I purchased it. Fred failed to fix things on the car that he had promised in written form before the purchase took place, He has ignored my calls. I am contacting the better business bureau in regards to this. They are lucky I don't get a lawyer involved.

Comfortable atmosphere people we're really friendly. Had a great experience came here looking for a new car for me. Nice selection of cars and trucks and vans to choose from. You'd be crazy not to at least stop in and check out the inventory.

They worked very well with me to do an in house loan and got me a decent car for the money. After having the car for a few weeks i had a few issues and they took care of it no problem. Now that the warranty was up had a fuel pump go bad they replaced it and not even a week went buy and the fuel pump again went out. After that was fixed for the second time the car has broke down again. They have supplied a loaner vehicle for me every time and that was very helpful. After asking the owner to switch us to a new vehicle that was more reliable because of the two kids me and my girl have he said with trading that car in i would have to put an additional 1500 down. Im about 50/50 with this place they help us but they dont if i get a new car ill wright a new review.

Best Deal from Best People. I love this place :)I purchased my Prius 2010 from World Auto Net. It was such a wonderful, an easy and fast transaction. Jay Graig showed an excellent and professional customer service with his fast response and he even arranged the car to get delivered at my door in Virginia. The car was as described.I'm so happy with my car and I highly recommend any one to buy your next car from World Auto Net. This is the right place to buy a car from. I'm planning to buy a car for my wife from them.Best Deal Best people.Thank you :)

Had an easy experience with World Auto. They were upfront with a couple of items shown on the vehicle s carfax and negotiating was trouble free.I flew in and they picked me up at the airport, the car did have a couple of scratches that one can not see on pictures, but other then that, everything was great.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible place to buy a car. My son bought a car from them in October 2016. The car has been on the road less than 30 days in the past year. Royce was a poor excuse for a salesman and the owner (Fred?) is a poor excuse for a human being. The entire organization is shady and unprofessional. $8500.00 for a vehicle that doesn't run. Customer service is combative and non-existent. Heard a lot of excuses about the car being pre-owned. Sure, but I think it should at least run. The first issue was even a safety issue on a brake line recall that they couldn't bother to fix before selling the vehicle even though they knew about the recall before the sold the vehicle. The right thing to do would have been to at least let the buyer know about it, but they did nothing. Good thing no one died when the brakes failed. These folks take advantage of people; they do not operate an ethical business.

Fred, the ownner, helped me find my first financed vehicle and I must say the process was smooth and fluid as water. They have an incredible selection of vehicles and for the price he's the best dealer around. Don't sell yourself short by going to a corporate dealership. There is no hassle here. When you seen the best don t bother with the rest . World auto net is the only car dealership that I get my cars from. I ve gotten 2 cars from here and i couldn t be happier . Fred and Royce are amazing people. They have a 6,000 mile/ 6 month warranty on all their cars so if anything goes wrong within that time frame they will fix it. Check them out you won t be disappointed.

I purchased my 2010 Ford Taurus September 2017 i dealt with Terry and Jeff the current staff was pretty cool, i purchased the warranty for 1500$ extra. Not only a month after having the vehicle i had to fix the brakes which is understandable. The a couple of months later I had to fix the fuel injectors i called the warranty company they dont cover it i was told another plan had came about i would have to purchase that plan (which i was told i had the highest plan). In april my front end began to act up and my gear needs replaced, now my check engine light is on and my transmission is slipping. Up until April i paid my payments on time each month but since i have to pay out of out of pocket for things i thought the warranty covered. Ive come to the conclusion that ive been sold a lemon. The finance company advised me to trade it in to another dealership no one will take it

I made the trip to World Auto Net after finding a used car I was interested in on their website. I ended up purchasing the car for a fair price, and the service was friendly and professional enough. There wasn't anything particularly outstanding about this dealership, and the only complaint I have about it is the amount of time it took them to send the car's title in the mail. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would do business with them again if I find myself in the market for a used car again someday.

We had a wonderful experience here!!! Julie, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as just nice to deal with. All of the staff were very friendly and made you feel comfortable. This place seemed different than most places. And the car is beautiful at a really fair price. I would definitely recommend World Auto Net (and will be going there in the future.)
