Paid well over $100 for a full synthetic oil change in a Chevy 2500 Express Cargo Van of which I have five. I went after just over 3,000 miles to get the washer fluid topped off. And although I was well under and did not require an oil change as the synthetic is a 5000 to 10,000 replacement requirement they would not honor their washer fluid top off policy. Little did they know that they lost out on a several thousand dollar a year account. I wish the Texas 10 was still open!

I always check my front engine splash shield when I get home to make sure they put it on correctly. This time they didn't take it off, They just sawed off a piece of the splash shield to make it easy to drain my oil. I know it's annoying but you should of asked. Also a couple days later I took my girlfriends car in, The guy told me coolant was mixing with her engine oil and to fix it he needed to flush her coolant. First of all, How does flushing the coolant out help to fix the problem? I gave these people the benefit of the doubt with my car and when I took my girlfriends car in I lost their trust. It's a shame because I've been going to this place for over ten years. If you guys have to cut corners and try to up sell people to make more money then maybe you guys should just raise your prices on oil changes so you don't resort to ruining your reputation.

Cake is for a simple basic oil change ,Needed 2 extra quarts of oils . Sign says $7.99 each I was charged $8.99I questioned it and he said that s what on the computer and can t change it.Did top off fluids like advertised not tire pressures. Said I needed a new filter when I just put that one in 2 weeks ago .Even with military discount I paid $12 more than I ve ever paid elsewhere.Never will go back .UPDATE: so your response clearly shows you don t read the reviews nor care that you ripped someone off.Service: Oil change

Overpriced even with a coupon as the owner likes to respond and tell people to use. An oil change should not be $90.. completely ridiculous, and always trying to sell you something. They didn t bother checking my tires until I asked them to, nor did they bother having me reset my oil change light. 100% would not recommend this place. I m quite sure you can find quality elsewhere.

Do not take a German vehicle here. Do not know how to reset service mileage, donot have proper coolant either. Also, didnt even have a window sticker to let me know when my next oil change is due. Left, and had the dealership reset the service light, and fill coolant. Mind you with tax they charged over 130

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!!! I ve been going here since around 2018-2019. I ve never been disappointed in service, or the friendly attitudes from every worker I ve come into contact with.They are very knowledgeable!!, not just about oil either. ! Theese people are very kind, helpful and friendly. I recommend them to anyone I know looking to get oil or filters, wipers, etc.. thankyou take 5 $

Always a pleasure visiting my friends at the State Rd Take 5!! Absolutely professional, thorough and friendly. They take their time to explain exactly what they did and what you need. I own a foreign car and require special fluids which they always advise me of if they do not have them available. I do not go anywhere else.

This was the first time I had gone to this location to have my oil change done at Take 5. Both techs that had service my car were knowledgeable of the industry and were both very nice respectful people. I will be going back to this location in the future. Good job guys you earned another loyal customer.

I personal love 5 oil on state rd. It's not only the quality of the oil but its the staff that brings me back year after year after year. I relocated to Toledo and I honestly come back to Cuyahoga Falls on State Rd for the high quality of the staff. My car isn't due for another oil change until next month but my dashboard message indicated the right rear tire was low so I stopped in to have air put in it and they treated me like a rockstar. You would think I was there to buy every service they offered instead of just having a free tire check! I love that kind of attentiveness and it's why I keep going back there every time for my oil changes and other maintenance.Service: Tires

Great service and nice people, also the best special in town. It took 10 minutes and I got a full synthetic oil change for around $65 out the door.

These guys are amazing. They weren't able to service my car due to some mechanical issues but they took their personal time to look over my vehicle and see if they could pinpoint the issue. They filled my fluids without charging , were super helpful, and the friendliest people. We love it here.

I ve been coming to this location for a few months now and always have great service. The team at this location is always professional & great customer service.My most recent visit Jo & Yuma did a phenomenal job on giving me the run down of the recommendations & services. They both worked as a team and made this service visit great. Came in for a badly needed oil change (and more), left with a wonderful experience. TJ the manager right off the bat was incredible; knowledgeable, funny, and customer centered. Not only was the service VERY fast but he was able to work within my budget for what my car needed. I sadly did not get the other two gentleman's names working today but they were very friendly as well.If you are looking for speedy service with a personal touch please give these guys a drive thru.Thank you guys for the laughs. Everything was fine until They forgot to put the panel under my car back up and it was dragging. I had a Dr appointment so I had to drive there with it dragging and then drive back to Take 5. Very dangerous and destructive to my car.

They give excellent customer service I am not sure that I needed synthetic oil since my car only has 74,000 miles on it so next time it will be back to regular oil no sense is paying for synthetic at this mileage however the representative was very nice and I let it slideService: TiresService: Tires
